my order has not been delivered

only half of my order arrived, delivery lady said "not my problem". I tried to call the store - no phone number anywhere that works I put a query in on here and it says 7 days! I've had to order again to get the coffee I want - this cost me way too much money and I am hugely disappointed & upset by this experience.

Placed an order it was only for two drinks but it was still a very quick delivery order

Called in yesterday morning around 10am to be greeted by 2 smiling staff on a very busy day. They took time to ask how we were & if we were enjoying the day off work while preparing our order. A credit to Costa!!

It's a Costa. Friendly, helpful staff and the usual Costa experience.

I don't usually leave reviews but I just wanted to say how much I appreciate the staff in this Willow Brook Costa, the coffee is great and it's always clean!

Order for a coffee was over an hour late coffee arrived cold which is down to the lateness of delivery not down to Costa. I would like a refund terrible service

Costa coffee is great. I used to go often with my dog for a warm drink after our walk in the 3 Brooks nature reserve. Unfortunately last few times it was very unpleasant as I was told not very politely that dogs are not welcome inside. I could not even order a drink to go without leaving my dog outside. I am very disappointed that Costa is no longer a dog friendly place. I have been since having my coffee in Starbucks across the street and they are much more welcoming to my dog. I hope you can reconsider at some point and start welcoming again well behaved dogs.

The staff are very friendly, helpful and welcoming. All in all its a lovely place to have a coffee.

This is the third time the chocolate twist has been missing from my order. I never get the money refunded either.

Ham and cheese toasty lacks ham and cheese, you have to look long and hard to find them ???

Didn’t receive the 2 hog roast toasties and no of contacting costa to get them delivered !!

Lovely pots of tea, cappuccinos, cheese and ham toastie, and Bakewell tart. It was clean inside, and not too busy mid-afternoon

Still the best place for a coffee in Bradley Stoke. Starbucks opened last year but Costa is still busy and rightly so. Steph and the team are super friendly and work incredibly hard. Food isn't exactly cheap, but compared to other coffee shops in the area, it's great.

Absolutely awful visit, one female member of staff was rude and lacked basic customer service skills. Thankfully Starbucks have opened up in Bradley Stoke now!

I dont tend to go in coffee shops as I don't drink coffee or tea. On this occasion I had a white hot chocolate and it was lovely the staff were friendly and fast at serving.

Location is good. Many options of cakes. But smoke smell is too stong when sitting inside.

Greeted by friendly staff members, Molly & Lewis, the service was professional, great coffee as always, the people being served before me with a young child were given really lovely service too, my Mum enjoyed her little treat at Costa Bradley Stoke, we will visit again as wheelchair access wasnt a problem & the service was outstanding, thank you.

Could benefit from general spruce up, light fittings grubby. Still great coffee!

Every time I go there,There are no staff and they are closed this is been going on for months now ! I will look for somewhere else to have my coffee ☕️

The opening times all over the place, sign on the door says they closing at 4 due to staff and technical issue, but most of the times they even close before 2pm. I don’t know what the issue is but they really need to sort this out, this been going on for weeks. They would also need to let ubereats that they are closed, the amount of times I’ve ordered coffee and the delivery man turns up saying that they are closed is just unacceptable waste of everyone’s time.

Wrong item received. Lucky I'm not allergic to nuts as it was covered in them.

Frappe missing and toasties was baked beans which I can't eat and not cheese and tomato as ordered. Discovered toastie was wrong when I bit into it after I had already reported the missing drink. Difficult to get the second item rectified as I don't know if Just Eat picks up the first complaint and not the second.

Changed the milks to soya based,all costas.Not so nice,and cannot tolerate soya.

Driver was at the restaurant for ages so think the delay was with them not the driver .

I would say that when ordering from this restaurant in the morning, you have a 75% chance that the order will be rejected. If you can't fulfill orders on Justeat, then you should leave the platform.

Atmosphere was quiet, staff friendly but only gave me a slither of whipped cream on my hot chocolate which I expected more that for the price I payed just for the cream. Passionfruit tart was full flavour it even made me go back for a second one. Would defiantly be back despite the slither of whipped cream.

Had really good service here today, the guy who made our frappes did them perfectly and although they were extremely busy they didn’t take long to get peoples orders to them.

Heater in toilet fo disabled not working for a number of weeks and needs a deep clean

Consistently poor for anyone needing Gluten Free. They have over 30 different sandwiches or rolls yet NOTHING gluten free. Very disappointing. Update April 2022: the gluten free selection has been sorted. Costa have paired with M&S and now have a good selection so well done. Unfortunately on my visit today the condition of the cafe and in particular the outside areas was disgusting. Literally vomit on the floor which I reported to the staff and they did nothing about. This was immediately outside the window of the cost of property.

Willowbrook 4:20 today. No one in queue, girl behind counter making Frostinos, saw us, didn't acknowledge us, say she would be with us shortly or call another member to help. A guy comes from.back, walks past us and empties bin, another none acknowledgement. We were looking at both to show we were wanting to be served. Left because all we wanted was a quick takeaway drink but no one seemed to want ro seevw us.

Hot chocolate is a bit anaemic here. But lots of seating inside and out.

I ordered a ham and cheese toastie and theyve given me a toastie with sausage in it? Bit ridiculous not happy at all.

The order was wrong. The americano had no milk in it, and the gingerbread were the sheep ones instead of the teddybears, which was important as the children here are vegan so can't eat the sheep ones.

Don't think they should allow supermarket trolleys in most were empty except for shopping bags

My issue was driver. He turned up at aztec Hotel called me and asked to meet me there I said no this is not my address as per the postcode and address he then turned up and was very rude and insisted I was lying about where I out my pin even when I showed him he kept repeating himself saying I was wrong and next time they would mark my order as delivered even though ot wouldn't be and I wouldn't get my order he is also driving a car and not a bike as per the app

Ordered a large drink but got medium

Awful drink, meant to have a gingerbread latte with cream, no cream - a quarter missing (the same with my partner's drink) and no gingerbread man. Won't be ordering again

Bought a cake (almond bake) was not fresh, disappointed. Christmas drinks lacked flavour and only tepid. Would not use them again.

My drink was half empty from where the lid had come Off

We were missing a gingerbread man which I paid for.

The hot chocolates that we ordered were only just over half filled. There was no syrup in the latte that we ordered either. Not impressed!

When the drinks were delivered, they had both spilt every where and half the drink has gone.

Went in when it was quite busy but the customer service didn't lower, the staff were energetic, kind and you could tell that excellent customer service was important to them. I didn't get their names as it was busy but they are an absolute asset to the company and I would come here again for their customer service
