Costa Coffee in Leicester

MOST EXPENSIVE COFFEE EVER. IT TASTED SOUR PLEASE BE AWARE WHEN YOU PARK IN THEIR CARPARK YOU WILL BE ISSUED A FIXED PENALTY TICKET. STAFF WERE ON THEIR PHONE BOYFRIENDS COMING IN TO GET FREE COFFEE STAFF HAD RED EYES AND HAD A SAD FACE WHEN SERVING. SUCH A SAD SHAME THE BRAND HAS GONE DOWN TO THE SEWERS USED TO BE GOOD.

Never open on time. Service is not good. And the coffee is standard nothing special

Worst Costa ever. Ordered mocha to take away (and paid for!) but drink was some sort of bland white drink - no coffee taste, then diluted with hot water (ie no milk/hot chocholate either). Although requested "small" this was a very small drink (not even two mouthfulls) ... except I had to throw it away - ot tasted aweful. Lesson mearnt - check take away from this outlet before leaving the area.

Love the coffee but staff can be super slow and today I didnt get my beans on my app...bit disappointed.

As expected, always quick efficient service& a superb coffee

Chocolate Frappe, Coffee and Cream Frappe & Mango cooler were very delicious refreshments on the hot summer day! Besides we had a proper family time together in the cosy atmosphere. The staff were pleasant and polite. Thank you!

DON'T PAY FOR PARKING as there is a number plate registration on the wall in side Costa

Nice and chilling experience. The waiter was able to customize my drink with a helpful spirit. Unlike the center costa branch this one accepts notes of 50. The sandwich is cheddar and tomato 🍅 but it was not the best, it lacks cheese. Atmosphere is fine for working but not on weekends were cinema has lots of visitors. Parking is also available.

Very convenient to have in a theatre hall. The staff is always very polite but could do with better speed and efficiency, maybe an extra pair of hands as the wait is often quite long. Obviously no one wants to be late for their movie, or to have to get in 20 minutes early just to pick up a coffee. Maybe grab one of the experienced guys from the Clock Tower as they are a lot faster there. Hoping to give you 5-stars soon

The ladies working here Sunday morning 16th Feb were 2 of the nicest Costa Coffee employees I've ever been served by, such lovely friendly people even my children thought they were nice. And an amazing Laté before going in the cinema, what more could I ask for.. Great customer service and a great drink ☕

The seating area a little noisy but this Costa is inside of Odeon so thats ok. The staff is so fast and kind.

Nice addition to the cinema experience. Grab onc of Costa's products before or after the cinema. Cheerful service.

Not a perfect place for a quiet coffe as theres noise from the Cinema! but if you might want to grab a coffee before watching a movie its good ,parking always youll find free spaces!

Expensive waste of time coffee/tea. Rather have a Tetley's at home

It's not the biggest Costa I have ever been to as it is inside the newly refurbished Odeon but the staff are friendly and it's clean and fresh as you expect being brand new. it's nice as no other coffee shops are near by to this and you can run in and grab a drink or bite to eat and head straight back to work and if your not working you can take it in to have while you watch a movie
