No space, full of coffee procrastinators.!!!! Will not be back

Costa coffee is probably the worst for latte this is one is not exceptional. Stuff working hard and busy I get it but I have asked for a latte not a espresso on a hot milk. Kindly requested them to not put in a glass and, chucking espresso on top of a boiled milk. They didn’t care, asked them to kindly make another one when they’re not busy and they made this thing instead calling “latte”. Very frustrating. Definitely Waste of time, money and energy. Thanks for ruining my morning coffee

Very well organised in relation to social distancing.

Queue for ages for a collection order that wasn’t in the collection area, to be told that what I ordered has sold out, and that they can’t issue a refund. Told to contact customer service but of course no number just useless FAQs. Abhorrent business practices, will simply take my business elsewhere. If you’re reading this m&s does a better coffee for less money just 2 mins away.

It is in urgent need of repair, everything is very neglected.

Great staff shame they can't get salted caramel sauce for my frappe... After 3 weeks I'm getting withdraw symptoms...

Sadly our teas were cold and stewed, tea cakes were very nice. My issue is how FILTHY the chairs are! I think the manager should insist that the Company recovers or replaces them as it puts customers off as soon as you go in. We probably won’t return. It’s a shame as such a good location

I don't recommend it to anyone.

This place needs a good clean. The seats are filthy and the walls are covered in splashes of coffee. It's been like this for ages, is a clean seat too much to ask when I'm paying £4 for a coffee?

This branch has gone downhill, lots of staff behind the counter but none of them cleaning the tables. Customer's arriving and cleaning up tables from the last customers in order to sit down. Costa charge enough money for drink's and food to provide a clean atmosphere to enjoy surely?? Toilets need a good clean too!

What happened!??? Came here a few months back and the staff were incredible ! I remember the 2 guys with brown hair always working hard and always incredibly kind and cheerful, now all new staff who are slow and look unhappy ??!!? GET THOSE BOYS BACK

Needs a good clean. There is a smear of milky drink that has been on the door now for nearly a week. And food marks on the soft seating. Some stuff the staff can be doing others the company should be taking care of. Nice friendly staff, though, with good service.

Ok but dirty. Food under the tables. Litter outside from previous customers. One toilet was out of order, the other dirty and not cleaned.

Great location, ample seating. Staff is great, always smiling. Coffee never tastes the same!! It's not bad, but I expect a standard tasting latte or a cappuccino when I order one at Costa (no matter where it is). I've been to this Costa like 6-7 times but somehow the coffee tasted different almost every time. Staff looked different this time around. Not sure if that's the difference - who and how they prepare same coffee!?!

Regular here on Wednesdays. 2 weeks ago, me and my carer went here for a coffee. When we arrived there were only 2 members of staff serving us. My carer sat down as I queued up. Suddenly a server said to this guy in front of me "we are only serving takeaways now!" I panicked and left the queue to tell my carer what was being said, then I got back to the queue (having just left it) only to be told that it was takeaway CUPS that were being served not people be served for takeaways only! If the server herself was a bit clearer then I would've stopped panicking. Extremely poor customer service

Disappointing. Coffee weak , and staff indifferent. No smiles, looked bored. Place reasonably clean tho.

Beware! They will accept delivery orders, only send half of it then have their delivery partner refuse a refund. Their customer service is appalling and will refuse to discuss it further. Bunch of scammers frankly.

Staff are not friendly. Very rude and abrupt. I ordered 3 x toast and when I asked if they could toast a bit more as it was white I got attitude. I also normally get 4 butters - 2 per each slice of toast. Only 3 here so asked for another. Never expected to be told u had to pay as normally wherever I go I'm automatically given 4 butters. I presumed, rightly or wrongly that this is what you get. I visit Costa daily, sometimes 2 x daily and have always had a friendly lovely experience. Not at this costa. It was also completely empty at 930... understandably so if this is the norm. Won't be coming here again.

Been coming to this Costa for a few years now and it's been a pleasant thing to enjoy until today... I ordered a toblerone hot chocolate ...the picture looked great with whipped cream and sprinkle's..... Well what I got was hot chocolate, with with some cream on and "no sprinkle's" and a chocolate sat on top the lid ?.. I couldn't be arsed to ask what went wrong, just take it I "won't" order anything like this ever again from this Costa... Totalling disappointing 👎

The service of the boys who work is great, unfortunately at 10.30 am the hygiene quality of the bathroom is disastrous, Come on, it is a coffee that is considered economical, but it is not so economical, so a quality of service is expected. And the truth is that it is the dirtiest bathroom I've seen on this chain.! As a tourist in this country I have found the bathrooms of MC. Cleaner than this site ..! A little bit of the details, especially in the cleaning of the bathrooms please.

Costa, Imperial Park is a good stop-off after shopping. Comfy seats, good atmosphere. Ample free parking so handy place for pre Xmas rush.

Visited today and was not impressed. No crockery as dish washer not working. Tables littered with rubbish. Also noticed a wooden partition, between seating and serving area, was absolutely filthy with dried liquid stains. Also no serviets.

Just got back from spending a few hours chatting away with my friend and the staff couldn't have been more welcoming and attentive and patient with us. Big shout out to Dylan who was a super star!! Perfect spot for great drinks and good food

Absolutely brilliant service from the whole team here. They work so hard day in and day out even being so short staffed they still put in 110%. Extremely polite, very efficient, amazing food and drinks made. Well done to the team here 😊

Under staffed, which resulted in dirty tables and no loo roll in the toilets. The 2 members of staff were working flat out, but just serving customers. Served in take away cups even though we sat in (seems to be common practice nowadays) which meant our tea was not strong enough due to milk being put in straight away. Good selection of cakes however despite it being late in the day.

It's a nice place but was disappointed that the drinks were cold and hadn't to ask fir it to be hot up again Also it was very cold in there I think they can now turn the fans off being it is now coming to winter.

After quite a wait with only one car in front we ordered two lattes. While the guy handled me drinks one of them spilled on me, my clothes and car. Wasn’t even offered a tissue… we didn’t receive lattes either, two white coffees, no foam whatsoever. Won’t be coming back.

Drinks not extra hot as requested. Tables not cleared, not the standard expected. Customers moving trays to other tables. Very poor.

Extremely long wait for 2 drinks! We came for a QUICK drive thru coffee on the way out for the day, as it was fairly empty, we ordered a frappe and a strawberry lemonade. We were told there would be a 5 min wait on the frappe, we were happy to wait 5 mins. We were told to pull into the waiting bay where 2 other cars were already parked, There were 5 staff behind the counter and 3 of them were stood around doing nothing, not to mention the cars that had ordered after us, parked behind us in the waiting bay had recieved their order of 1 or two drinks within a reasonable time and we were still waiting. After waiting nearly 40 mins for 2 drinks in the blistering 34° heat I was not happy! When our drinks finally came i asked what had taken so long as there were people coming in, ordering and leaving within 10 mins, and the people ordering after us had been and gone, the young girl (probably no older than 17) replied and told me she had only just started her shift and she didn't know what was going on?! No explanation or appology so I dont think I'll be returning to this Costa again unless I have a spare morning or few hours just for a coffee!!

We’ve been here several times recently. Once at 5pm but says they are open until 7. And then another time at 4.30pm there were people inside, but one of the staff locked the door. There are a few things wrong with this. Firstly people were turning up wanting to come in but they had locked the doors, secondly, if there was a fire, this seems to be the only fire exit. In my experience, I was under the understanding that you cannot lock customers inside a store?

Amazing! The staff are very friendly and the cake I had was really yummy! Definitely recommend the lemon and blueberry cake 🥰😋

I would like to share a review of this lovely friendly coffee shop. But especially to one member of staff who is always always so friendly and helpful, JORDAN, he has been working there now 4 years I believe. I know this because I asked him. He is so friendly every time I go in, nothing is ever a problem when you ask him. Every Costa shop should have a JORDAN.. I hope this review reaches him. He is such a valued member of the team.. Costa give him a pay rise 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍 I'd also like to give a shout out to Kieran who is always there working so hard with a big smile. Nothing is ever a problem. He is hard working, polite and such a team player. I love coming in to see his smiley face. He is always happy to help. Aneta is another member of staff who is also friendly, helpful and smiley. Love these three members of staff especially. This shop is by far my favourite.

Middle of the day and the drive thru is closed, the front door says drive thru only. Drove for ages to get here, waste of time, won't be going again.

What it says on the tin, good coffee cake what more do you need from a coffee shop.

We went to this Costa coffee shop yesterday afternoon. We ordered three vanilla lattes! The woman with the blonde bluish hair serve us! We were waiting for our drinks! They accidentally through we ordered takeaway drinks! We ordered three drinks to have in this store! But here's the shocking comment from a man accusing us not ordering three vanilla lattes! We did! The payment went through successfully! What also happened was twice! We waited for our drinks during Christmas season 2021 and now yesterday it happened! They forgot our drinks twice! Hopefully things will change or we may go to the subway which is also at Imperial park or another Costa Store somewhere else!!

Abit slow at opening up, didn't have till set up ready to serve and hot chocolate wasn't as nice as usual

Usually VERY slow, plus 10 minutes to get served and this morning it was then another 12 minutes after ordering to get the coffee, always loads of staff wandering about, never any more than 1 serving and 1 making coffee, do not go if you want a quick takeaway!

I can't understand why the wait here is so long, so much longer than any other Costa. There's 4 staff serving and with only 4 people in front you're looking at a good 20-30 minute wait to even be served, it's madness.

This place has improved loads recently and it's now worthy of a 5 star rating IMO. The toilet is clean, the tables and seating area is tidy and clean, and even the staff seem chatty and friendly now. And on top of all that, the coffee tastes great too! In fact it's too nice, I must cut down on my visits to the place.... 😊

The guy got my order wrong again, so removing another star, human error is well, human. But consistently not making the drink as per the ticket, and causing long queues due to constantly having to remake drinks is very unprofessional. Edit: he keeps getting orders wrong every time I’ve visited, had to remove the final star :(

The staff are so kind and helpful. It gets very busy and often there's nowhere to sit so we don't visit too often but it's always nice when we go

Insane wait time. Entered with 20 minutes until my bus, one person in the queue ahead of me so should have had plenty of time. 15 minutes the person in front of me was still waiting for their drinks and they hadn't took my order so I had to leave. At lunch time there should be more then two baristas especially since they are both doing uber eats orders at the same time.

Don't think much of them anymore, hot chocolate not as good as it was, and they don't like giving you a receipt, they keep saying there till is not working properly and can't give you one.

Friendliest staff ever! The manager here is so great, there are obviously people who are regulara and he knows their orders off by heart, always with a smile. Nice atmosphere, really efficient, and nicest staff experience I've had at Costa - thanks! (Manager was called Nathan on 20th - great asset to Costa)

Absolutely fantastic service. Great manager, super friendly and very efficient. Great vibe in the shop as a whole. Best mocha I've ever had (put a smile on my face) so I'll definitely come back.

Large queue, the covid scan code did not work but the girl taking orders and making the drinks was excellent very polite and helpful.

Drinks are very nice but there is always a long wait at this particular coffee shop. Always plenty of people serving (which is the easy bit!) but not enough people actually making the drinks/food which is the bit that takes the most time! Took 25 minutes today to get 3 drinks. Having said that, the staff are always very pleasant and cheery 🙂

Spacious and great location as lots of shops are near by. Parking is free.

The worst service I've ever had at a Costa. Staff are completely overwhelmed, queued for 20 minutes and only one person got served the whole time. It's gone downhill since they started offering Uber Eats, this is now prioritised way more than the people queuing in store.

The slowest costa I think I have ever been in. I think in all I waited 25 minutes for a latte. When I got to the front of the queue I waited 5 minutes just to take my order. There was only 5 people in the queue so didn't think it would take that long.

Staff are slower than an Austin Alegro without wheels. 2 stars because one staff member cracked a half smile.

Friendly staff who kept us up to date with table wait whilst in queue which is always helpful. Cafe was nice and clean as always and my coffee was delicious

Nice and open space inside and a few seats outside; both welcome in the current pandemic. Everything kept constantly clean/sanitised and service is efficient from friendly staff.

Great service everytime we visit.

They've done a great job in making this place Covid-friendly, with sanitiser at the door, markings on the floor and a sensible queuing system, as well as tables outside. It does get busy, as you'd expect - don't forget Costa has an app so you can click and collect to save some time! Outdoor seating available, just a couple of tables at present.

So nice to be almost normal. Sitting in glorious sunshine outside with coffee and toastie. Fab service as ever.
