The mango frappe was rubbish. It didn't even look like a mango frappe it's the worst I've ever had.

Around my chair it smelled like piss.. Mmm such a delicious smell to be smelling in a coffee shop, but then it is Penge! The seats had some questionable stains and looked dirty. Scribbles on the walls. The staff are a little loud and childish but friendly and fairly competent. Otherwise I really liked thier air conditioning which made the air very fresh (apart from other things) and cool on a hot day. Its also nice and spacious and not very crowded or busy, its a nice place to relax as the spaciousness allows some air to breathe for yourself since you are not sitting inches away from strangers like in some other cafes or costas.

Barista mestro don’t know how to make medium frappe he don’t know any measurements for frappe he take around 10 minutes ti make one frappe and than also is not correct and testless

Staff just stand there shaking their heads, ignorant. Toilet door doesn't lock. Staff don't care

Delivery person very professional and friendly

I order 3 coffees and just one arrived. The delivery lady split the 2 coffees in her bag. I asked her if she is will bring another ones but she couldn’t speak English!!! An hour later and was still waiting for my coffees that never came. Paid £14 to receive just one coffee!!! Unacceptable service!!!!!!

We ordered something they didn’t have and we’re given something we didn’t like. Sausage baps were nice though.

Most depressing costa. Staff is miserable and does not want to be there. Coffee is lukewarm but also depends who make it. ALWAYS something happening either theft or someone disrupting.

Very clean and spacious environment. Good coffee. On this one occasion the barista was not too friendly but normally the staff are really nice. Would definitely recommend a visit. They have good toilet facilities too.

Food could do with more healthy choices not that I normally eat healthy it's easier to pretend I'm dieting with a healthy salad, service is hit and miss depending on the shop you use, brilliant place to sit and have coffee and cake 😀

Having not used Costa since November was left not wanting to go back,tables were dirty,no cakes and no staff,think I will stick to independent coffee shops,may cost more but at least they have choice and staff who care,,,

On this occasion not sure what happened but my Paninni was soggy and tasted a bit funny. Had to bin it

Large latte did not seem large at all, a lot missing from the cup. Seemed more like a medium, not overly happy with paying for a large and getting the size of a medium.

I just want to say a massive thank you to two colleagues who helped me keep a drunk gentleman inside and warm until he went home safely. It was just on 5 mins before closing time a worker who had black beard and glasses and another with blonde hair. This was today 26/12/22 around 17:55pm

Used to really like this Costa but shocked today by the rudeness by the staff. My elderly mum was given the wrong size drink. She asked for regular size not medium. They served a medium to us and said that was a regular when it was the same size as my medium hot chocolate, they started laughing at her we are both so upset by this experience

Nice, clean and capacious. Service is standard, however the food and drink prices are beyond reasonable/astronomical. Toilet facility is nice and clean. Atmosphere is warm and relaxing.

Although the hot chocolate was good it’s the second time this week I’ve been and they’ve not had a particular syrup . The service was good though. Drinks could be hotter

Every time we order there’s always something missing, it’s not worth ordering anything from here again.

The driver has give me my drinks and they had spilled all over the bag. I have basically wasted my money on drink that I can drink and cleaning up my carpet as it went all over it. You couldn’t see they had spilled until you opened the bag. By then the driver run off before I had chance to give them back. This is such horrible service!

The coffee was very nice and the Hot Chocolate too. The plain butter croissant was awesome and the taste of butter was felt in every bite.

No ketchup sachets included which i asked for in order notes. Otherwise all good.

Missing choc flapjacks. Wrong coffees and wrong sizes. Coffees were cold despite supposedly only having left the cafe 10mins before. It did arrive on time, but so many mistakes with order. Do not use Penge branch they seem to make too many errors.

All excellent again. This restaurant is very consistent in quality and service. The only one I order from now. Toastie was delicious and the coffee hot and fresh, delivered by a lovely driver.

I have this for brunch several times a week, which should speak for itself just how much I enjoy it. The coffee this morning was hot and good. I have an extra shot of coffee every time.. The toasted cheese and roasted tomato sandwich is delicious and the muffin is saved for a bit later, when I have space for it!

As ever, this was delicious and I have eaten it all very happily. I do always have an extra shot of coffee and would recommend that.

Lovely little Costa much needed in penge. Nice big store with plenty of seating including outside. Big enough to socially distance or if you have buggies or a wheelchair. Staff are very polite and efficient. Always smiling and happy to help. Order at your table via the app available at this store as well Food is lovey and fresh. Highly recommended if you are in need of a relaxing afternoon (or morning) caffeine boost.

Mess up orders quite frequently

This is the second time i have had an order delivered twice. At least i only had the muffin with the first delivery! I don't expect to pay twice however but may well be disappointed. Needless to say, I shall not be ordering from Just Eat again, promise. You have lost a very regular customer.

As always the coffee as hot, strong and good, the toasted sandwich of Cheddar and roasted tomato was yummy, as was the blueberry muffin.

I order this breakfast often and have not tired of it yet. The coffee with an extra shot was hot and good; the toasted sandwich was yummy and the blueberry muffin delicious. I will order again.

Syrups were not correctly added to the 3 coffees. One was meant to be caramel but was hazelnut. Two hazelnuts had no hazelnut syrup in.

The Coffee, as usual was good and hot - it was also a huge cup which took some time to drink. The cheddar and roasted tomato toasty was delicious as expected. Blueberry Muffin yummy. This is a favourite order for me and I am sure to order it again.

The girl with black hair serving coffee today is in bad state, very agitated, while I was waiting she made few mistakes, banging the cups on the table, very bad mood. Should not be working in this place cause the other girls are very nice and make lovely coffee. Get rid of her or tell her to wash the dishes. Customers were noticing it.

I was sent a cold toasty still in the plastic if I wanted to I could have made it myself very disappointed just because I ask them not to burn it like they’ve done previously more than once

After receiving half the order (come on how hard is it to put the right order in a bag) the sausage bap was so hard it was like trying to chew a stone not sure if the bread went off in 1942 so thanks costca as I now have to get to the dentist to replace these shards with teeth do not recommend if you like your teeth !

Burnt cold toasty my large hot chocolate was a medium in a large cup cold fajita very disappointing

My coffee was nearly cold just a tad warm could drink it like it was water. My toasties was cold very disappointed. Won't order from a coffee place on just eat again if this is the standard.

It's turning into the only chain coffee shop that is maintaining standards. My previous goto is now my avoid at all costs. This one is definitely sells drinkable coffee.

Honestly there's not enough words to describe my amazing experience in this specific costa. I just love this place it's my second home. The manager Nikol it's the best one I've ever met besides being very friendly. She's all you need from a manager 5* rating just for her. The staff is amazing excellent service. Definitely recomend it to everyone.
