Delivery was great. Coffee had no syrup (paid for). Second mistake with order in one week. New staff at Costa need more training.

delivery was perfect, but 25 quid for 3 coffees that wernt large like i had ordered and a wrap for 6 quid to be tiny, wasn’t worth the money

The darkest and dingiest Costa Coffee, I have EVER been to. This place is gross. Everything being served in takeaway cups with litter left on most of the tables. Had to get a code for the bathroom door and that was gross too. Dirty and dusty. This place must be incredibly short staffed or something, I don't know, but Ew. I hope this coffee doesn't kill me.....

Message is for store. How hard can it be to read a written ordered?! Order wrong despite it being very clear……ongoing issue with most places and perplexed as to why people either can’t read or can’t be bothered to check! Poor

I’m really unhappy as it’s my Birthday and I recieved the completely wrong order! I tried to contact the Costa shop and the line is cut off ? Not very good service

Sent wrong drink and coffee was horrible half filled with bits floating in it

I left my bag here yesterday and I came back this morning, they had popped it in the staff room for me so it was safe until I returned. Thanks very much to the staff who made sure my belongings were safe and waiting for me. ❤️

Busy shop inside Next, due to larger Costa outside being unable to serve hot drinks, no seats available due to people hogging tables holding meetings, staff stressed but pleasant and friendly, no power to move people on even though they weren't buying anything 😔

Wrong item delivered. No creamy mac and cheese. A tomato and cheese sandwich instead. No option given to send it back as it wasn't mentioned when I was given my order. Not good.

Excellent all round, a lovely relaxed atmosphere with very thoughtful caring staff x

Boycott this place, I worked here and was bullied by the staff especially by the managers Danielle and Ben, I lost everything because of them, suffered depression and almost took my own life, no one should ever go through what I did, please do not come here

Staff are friendly, tables always need clearing and cleaning.

My friend and I regularly use this Costa. It's a nice little place for a catch-up. Friendly staff and nicely set out. Don't usually have lunch there, but I had the mac and cheese this time. It was quite tasty, though the portions aren't very big.

This is shocking service why charge me for items you haven’t got in stock or why not phone me keeps happening all time this

Absolutely filthy. Coffee was nice and service good. It wasn't 'busy' messy; it was grimey... food covered and sticky floors and tables.

Order totally wrong!! We tried again after you got it won't yesterday. We wrote on the note that it was 1 shot in the large latte. Again it was delivered full strength. It was cold and the millionaires shortbread is missing. Please can you re deliver it . Thank you .

The order was incorrect. In the notes at the bottom under the How can we Help section I specified that the large latte should only have one shot however it arrived normal strength. The delivery driver was very pleasant and helpful, it just a shame the order was incorrect.

Forgot 2 Almond bakes and wrong toastie.

My order was passed to my husband and the bag fell through with coffees and biscuits all over the floor.

Driver gave us completely wrong order. Kids are crying they didnt get their treats for dinner!!

The toastie was stone cold and soaked as the driver dropped the coffee on the doorstep money down the drain

One coffee was a medium rather than a large and two custard creams were delivered rather than one custard cream and one bourbon :(

Three items missing from my order

had to order twice because they didn’t bring the cheese toasties, then ignored my calls.

Twice now i have received my order and both times the coffee was spilt all over the bag 👎🏻

The coffee I ordered was the Oat Caramel Energiser - the drink delivered was made with dairy milk and I had to throw it away.

Over an hour late and didn’t get what I ordered.

Waited an hour and 15 mins for one drink and a toastie. When it finally arrived the toastie and even the bags were really cold. The delivery lady was on a bike so maybe that is why.

Sorry to say but worst Costa coffee I have ever had, couldn’t taste it felt like it had been sitting there for ages before delivery. Same with the panini. Very disappointed

Very bad as food was wet and coffee was half a cup and driver put his had inside the cup .. well I won’t be using just eat anymore

Frostino was horrible tasted like nothing wouldn't order again aslo waited over an hour just for a few drinks mango drinks were runny and all over the bag

Second time this week this store has got something wrong, last time it was a £4 sandwich they missed out, this time they added sugar and syrup to a small coffee which made in undrinkable

Went to the wrong house. Again. Absolutely ridiculous.

No plastic covering over the drink so it sloshed all around the dome cap and made mess.

What I ordered wasn’t what was delivered. Will not use Costa again. This is the second time.

Food was great but unfortunately didn’t get the best driver, ended up having to chase after them because they went to the wrong house. Apparently the app said it was that house, even though I had my correct address. Not the first time this has happened with another restaurant unfortunately.
