Costa Coffee in Liverpool

I like costa coffee so it’s the nearest one. The guy who was serving behind the counter seems nice. Place my order and wait for it but same time queue start building up and ended up with 8/9 people. Anyhow got my coffee and came to table but surprised that the spoon and cutlery was used and with lipstick marks. Can’t believe its Costa service.

Order did not come and the delivery driver didn’t ring he just claimed delivery and got off

Spilled my coffee, they got me a new one for free

Poor server was lone working and struggling with the queue it seemed. Although he was lovely he did forget bits about my order as he was under pressure.

This Costa never sticks to the advertised opening hours. Door says 4pm and it's closed by 3.30? Why?

Staff were very nice and service was really quick even though he was on by himself and shop was busy.

FOOD WAS MISSING COFFEE WAS EVERYWHERE ALL OVER BAG ALL ROUND ROBBERY £13.41 TO WASTE MY TIME AND NOT EVEN HAVE MY FOOD IN THE BAG !!!

Food came lots of stuff was missing ordered a tuna melt panini got a prawn sandwich ready made from marks an Spencer’s instead not even a phone call to see what other options there was instead of the missing + wrong items just left them missing. Son was very upset and still charged £25 for order. Also charged £4 odd for a £1.90 ready made sandwich 🤔

Really happy with the food! The store ran out of an item I ordered, but they rang me to ask about an alternative. Very polite on the phone. Polite driver. Everything arrived hot, thanks so much.

Absolutely awful the drinks was all in the bag an not the cups. The Mac an cheese was half empty an open it looked like she had been eating it on the way 🤢. No apple flapjack either The only thing that was edible or drinkable was the Diet Coke would definitely not order from that Costa ever again an I definitely would not recommend it to anyone go to a different Costa.

I really like strong coffee and this lady but my cup in wrong place and I cold see half of the coffee is going on the tray I told her and tell she went the coffee was finished then she pored milk in it and give it to me I paying for that waisted coffee I had to buy a expresso to top up my coffee it's sad to see people don't care

Quiet little Costa with friendly staff

Nice place but was closed the other day when it should have been opened.

This Costa has lovely staff. Coffees and teas excellent in this one. Some costas serve Luke warm coffee.

Located in the old post office!

A nice little Costa outlet which I found to be quiet and relaxing place to stop for a bite to eat. The flat white was well made and tasted good
