Toilets were disgusting. Service was poor, waited for 10 mins. Whole place is minging

As expected, everything in perfect order and quality.

Was told they couldnt make my drink as they had no syrup. Told them it was fine without syrup as i wasnt picky about it being in or not but then proceeded to make my drink with the syrup they told me they didnt have? Confused as to why they didnt want to make the drink?

I used the drive thru and ordered my latte in my reusable cup. The staff were smiling and efficient, and I will use this venue again when in Taunton.

Great place for coffee, sausage and bacon baps, and muffins.

Always friendly, quick service. Impressed that many staff seem to remember regular customers drinks. Friendliest Costa we have been to and special mention for Hazel who is friendly, efficient and always greets with a warm welcome even at the end of the day. A credit to Costa

Good service Standard costa offer

Just been to the drive thru and got 2 medium cappuccinos. Only live up the road. By the time i got home, the froth had settled leaving the cups only 2 thirds full!

There is a good seating area inside with large windows that provide good lighting. There is also outside seating with large umbrellas to protect from the sun. I had a Biscoff cheesecake which was solid enough to eat with a fork - I enjoyed it so much I forgot to take a photo!

Never seems to have quite enough team members for truly great service. Good drinks, as expected though.

Very long waits at lunchtimes, staff lackluster

A better alternative than the Starbucks in the Sainsburys car park. Cheery staff.

I have never had a bad experience in any Costa and this was no different. Service was a little slower due to new staff being trained but quality was still good. It was busier today but still top knotch drink and a nice gluten free brownie with staff very courteous and polite. Service was quick and top quality drink. Popped in today for a treat of a large mocha. Same great taste with polite and professional staff. Really busy today. Super busy today but all staff were friendly and professional. Never had a bad experience in any Costa. Long may it reign.

They some times are shut before the advertised hours on the website for some reason or another. Could do with been open a bit later

I like Costa Coffee. I really love the service here. Its normally quiet when I visit early in the morning. Its clean and well presented with lots of seating. I would give it 5 stars but it Costa lot!

Convenient when you're driving, busy if you stop in though

When we arrived at costa, the place was fairly busy, chatty and had a nice atmosphere, unfortunately though there were still pots on the tables where people were not sitting, the line gradually got longer and waiting times were also getting longer, I feel like they are understaffed behind the counter and that there should be a person that goes around cleaning the tables and making the place look respectable. It got very quiet around 4pm and that's when they started tidying.

Really sad! Awful hot chocolates! Could see from the car they unfortunately weren’t using the correct amount of “white chocolate liquid”. One tasted really sweet other, was just hot milk. Really disappointed. Staff saw us watching and just sort of giggled it off. Looks like we will be going to star bucks next time! A waist of £14

Very impressed it shows what a difference can be made when managed and run with customer focus. Food was surprisingly good as was the lattes. Also a good multi aged atmosphere. Would definitely call again when passing through.

Not my first visit here. Today, I walked in just as it was about to close, Katie at the door let me in, fixed me the best ever coffee. It is absolutely amazing how she had a smile on her face even after what must have been a long day. Thank you..

Good place to visit for a short break really delicious coffee

It's a great little costa indoors, my gripe is that the drive thru always seems to be closed. Doesn't matter what time of day we show up, there's always cones blocking off the drive thru. It seems pretty pointless having a drive thru if it's never open for purpose.

Drive thru with seating inside/outside. Ideal location within a retail park and also nearby the Travelodge. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. A good selection of food and drinks for everyone. There's parking available and free for a few hours.

Please clean more often guys, especially outside.

The young man that served us today was really helpful and pleasant, I wish I'd got his name because he should have a pat on the back.

A really handy spot just off the major ring road. Very friendly staff and most importantly I had a very tasty cup of coffee. Drive thru option was great and very efficient. Would go there again if I was in this part of Somerset/Taunton again!

Quick service and clean and tidy..

Standard Costa coffee, no lemon muffins but a really good blueberry one . Where this one stands out of the staff, who are lovely.

Very friendly staff who offered me table service on seeing I had a baby who was breastfeeding. Only reason to not give 5* is that the place only has x1 highchair which makes it difficult for those of us with weaning babies/toddlers.

Great coffee…but charges £1 more than other costa shops !

Busy store on the retail park. Stopped for a break on journey along M5. Was very busy on a Sat Lunchtime, but service quick.

Getting more and more expensive, never open half the time, always a gamble. Used to adore this place especially for the late evening trips to grab a hot chocolate in the winter. Good thing Starbucks is next door which is consistent with opening times and cheaper

It would be helpful to have the ooening times for the costa in here not just drive thru opening.

The staff were very polite, waiting time was OK. Only down side was the condition of the toilets, but maybe we caught it just before their next cleaning time. All in all a quick nice and easy experience.

Poor selection available, but the customer service was what earned this rating. Absolutely no interest in me. Somehow my fault that I was ordering things shown on the screen but not available. Costa is usually a go-to place in unfamiliar parts of the UK. Not this one.

Had the new autumn latte hot chocolate with cream. Really recommend, nice new Costa to visit which also has a drive through too.

Well it’s a drive through…. You order… you pay and you’re at the mercy of whoever is on at that time… I’ve had really nice coffee and some are just ok… chance your arm for the convenience… simple..!!

Waited 20 minutes for my drink and it wasn’t very busy, other customers waited 5 minutes for there drink, person at till noticed that I hadn’t had my drink for some time, she called for assistance and I had a refund and a free drink Rating a 4 because of the waiting but the person who gave me the money and my drink was ever so lovely. Not so much with the young lady at the till as she was giving some looks that made me felt uncomfortable

The coffee was good and the place clean. However, before you set directions, if you want to come here to do some work - not only does it have a VERY SLOW wifi service but my mobile has poor connection and there are few sockets!

Went there for a bite to eat. Had a panini with a large hot chocolate. Not too busy. Left dog in car. Reasonable prices. Can have a drink in cafe or use the drive through. We had ours in the cafe.

Found a quiet corner to sit & hold a conversation with daughter and grandchild.

Went with my Mum. I had a frappe and mum, a cooler. Great choice of drinks, as always, and thanks to Costa rewards and the coffees I get through in a week, we got them for free!

Americano was luke warm and mint choc thing with cream was disgusting. Took it back and was changed no questions asked which was good. Ashtrays on tables outside all dirty. Shame cos I love a costa

Used to be great for meeting in an evening, however they now close about 7pm. Easy access for getting a coffee however sitting inside is fairly noisy if it's busy.

It's a Costa Coffee... Same products, same coffee. Hard to distinguish one from any other... The difference is the people, their attitude and the quality of service. This branch is a good one. When chuffing up and down the M5 I will stop here rather than the service areas.

Awful. Asked for a medium skinny latte in a cup and got a glass. When corrected, just tipped into cup and it was cold. Refused to reheat. Dirty tray....loos dreadful......Not going back. Whatever happened to the old crew, what a disgrace from 5* to zero in 2 years.....

Not impressed ..ordered white toast & got seeded brown!! Not funny with dentures!! No sausage baps at 09.00?? Asked for single shot coffee but received extra shot. Had to wait 10minutes for that to b corrected, meanwhile the toast went cold!! Table sticky, not wiped .
