Service was pretty poor, maybe a new member of staff, but definitely slow!

A slightly different Costa, no windows, partial view over some of Tesco interior. Feels 'cosy' and relaxed with a mix of 'normal' height rectangular tables and chairs with lower round tables and almost-sofa style seating. Situated on the first floor, has stairs and also a lift. Reasonable prices and friendly staff. Hidden away to some extent as you need to enter Tesco head half way down, then the steps are on the right wall (amongst the non-food isles). Places to leave your trollies if you've been shopping. Toilets on the same level.

Ordered items and manager clearly did not listen to what I said. I then had to order twice. Girl did the small chocolate for niece and was extremely rude saying I should have asked for cream when I in fact did do so. There was no need to be rude. The food and drinks were okay but I would not visit here again.

Shout out to Lewis and Kelly today who were very friendly, great chilled atmosphere in Costa Tesco Park Farm. Lovely hot chocolate. Nice and clean..5 stars!

Rude staff. Sarcastic comments while getting my hot drink. A staff member from tescos called Bryan also was there laughing with this certain staff member being sarcastic. Definitely need sorting out. Isn't on to behave in such way

Not a very good selection of food, visited at 0900 no food on offer

Bright, airy but no bacon rolls when I went, 24th September, so couldn't take advantage of the breakfast deal!

Went in this morning...no decaf coffee at all.Need to have decaf as get migraines otherwise..had the decaf tea instead which was the worst decaf tea I've ever had. Staff were OK but disappointed with the options.

Need more staff the queue is ridiculous tables not being cleared they have 2 staff and one of them are dealing with the order online.

First time back since lockdown. Social distancing measures enforced so felt safe. Welcoming staff and delicious latte

Obviously a new guy. Asked for 2 iced drinks and gives us 2 frappes. Finally got the correct drinks but was over charged and they were made wrong and tasted horrible. The only place they ended up was the bin.

Went this morning and the coffee was great but my other half had a bacon roll. When it arrived the bacon roll was burnt to a crisp... The roll was so hard that he dipped it into his coffee to start with then gave up. The bacon was really overcooked too. My scrambled egg muffin was OK and not overdone but difficult to understand why the bacon roll was served up as it was obviously burnt and not good enough. Would the staff have been happy to eat it as it was?? I think not!!

I love it here and often go in for lunch, finding the staff very pleasant. However, yesterday I am sorry to say that their cleaning was not up to standard......I don't just mean crumbs on the floor, but under the tables on the dark wood area it was very dusty. It didn't look as if it had been cleaned for ages. Come on Costa! Up your game! We shouldn't have to put up with that.

The staff are great. Friendly and professional. I walk in and they know what I want. A massimo decaf cinnamon latte. The ratio of coffee and syrup is alwaus perfect. This is by far my favourite Costa, and I have frequented a good few all over Kent. I will happily travel to get my coffee from here.
