Its a costa love the coffee brownies ans the cakes always the best

Would have been 5 except for both cups looking dirty. Staff and food great.

I call in here quite often when I am out walking. The staff are always really friendly & the service is always very quick. Love the lattes & prawn mayo sandwiches too. Aways a good choice for lunch.

Closed early due to staff shortages.

Lovely chilled out place, nice staff and good service. Not tried the food so not going to comment on that but it smelled nice! Tried a different Frappe... the chocolate fudge brownie. I still prefer the salted Caramel but was still nice!! Good place to go if your doing some shopping and need a pick me up 🥱😑

Only popped in quickly but it is fairly clean and tidy, my only complaint would be that the toilets smelt very strongly of urine - but it’s a toilet so kinda expected!

It's OK. Prefer Starbucks coffee. Getting quite pricey now.

Beautiful place, wonderful view

My friend and I have visited this location several times since it opened. Recently we parked up and ran inside as it was raining heavily. We ordered our coffee like normal and sat and chatted. Sounds great right? Nope! A week later we both got £60 parking fines for staying in the car park for over 90 minutes! This new parking system apparently has a terminal you’re meant to put your car reg in and then you can avoid incurring a fine. No staff highlighted the new terminal which is buried amongst a bunch of visual clutter by the till. Go somewhere else for your coffee. These people wouldn’t know customer service if it hit them in the face.

Grabbed a coffee from this branch at 06.20. Before heading out on a busy days driving a HGV. Can honestly say it was one of the best coffees I’ve had. Well done the lady who served me. I didn’t catch your name. Wish this was my local Costa

Worse drive thru experience. Didn’t understand my order and didn’t even try to rectify it. Paid £5 for some watery milk 🥲 will stick to my usual Costa!

This is our go to Costa shop. Service wise it's a hit and miss sometimes you get really good coffee sometimes it's just fine, depends on the barista I guess. In the evening few items are at half price which is good. Don't forget to use the app.

Typical costa nothing exciting about the place, other than its less busy than the ones in meadowhall. Staff are friendly. The car park is very small but Next at home is only behind it

It's a Costa but the annoying thing with the location is that when you come out of Meadowhell, you've got to drive to the roundabout and then go all the way round it to then come back on yourself to then drive onto the car park, which is quite tight to turn into. Other than that though, it's quite pleasant and relaxing inside.

Staff more intrested in cleaning and getting out of the door than customer service. Clearly says 9.00pm closing on the door yet kicking you out at 8.30!!

Great atmosphere but the cream on my hot chocolate tasted very sour. I thought it might just be me but then my husband tasted and said the same. I went up to the counter to tell the person at the counter but she argued and told me the cream is in date. Fair enough if it is in date but cream can still go off before it's expiry date and it still tasted sour and ruined my drink. What happened to customer service?

Staff were lovely but you have to get up to order your own drink and then get up to collect it. For the price, I expected a table service.

Costa's drive-thru service provided a delightful experience from start to finish. The efficient and friendly staff ensured a seamless ordering process, and the quality of their beverages was outstanding. The perfectly crafted drinks and delectable snacks made every visit a true delight.

Keep being drawn back to Costa as we like the taste but think they overcharge. Never eat there as prices far too high. This Costa is one of the better ones. Came today and sat in the area just to the right as you come into the cafe. Member of staff came and put chairs across the gap and while I went to get the drinks my wife said he made as much noise as he could

A member of staff is quite abrupt and doesn't have patience whilst ordering.

I collected my free cake for my birthday. I had carrot cake. It was dry and crumbly not in a good way. Very heavy dense. Flavour was ok. Definitely need the free coffee I had to eat it.

Coffee and cake were delicious and the vegan biscoff cheesecake was absolutely beautiful. Unfortunately the toilet facilities left a lot to be desired. There were three toilets (one disabled). One of the two non-disabled was in a disgusting state and the other toilet had no running water, which I only discovered after covering my hands in liquid soap!

03/2023: Asked for a flat white with whole milk and I got a flat white with semi or skimmed milk. These people will always short change me as if they're not already charging £3.15 for my beverage. Watch them when they make your coffee (if you are fussy about your coffee) as they would happily used skimmed milk in a flat white, without even telling you (they're supposed to use full fat milk). Out of all the staff in there, only 3 can actually make a decent cup of coffee, the rest don't even want to hear how you like your own cup; they don't know how to follow very simple instructions and I reached this conclusion after trying so many times. There doesn't seem to be any quality check controls as a flat white tastes very different with different staff members, some don't even bother with the texture or the famous art work Costa is renowned for, the end result is the customer being charged for a flat white, while getting a latte that lacks the texture that makes a flat white what it is, and sometimes they use the wrong milk. Trying to complain is useless because nothing changes, so much so that I've decided to spend my money in other coffee shops that know how to make a decent flat white, and charge me for the right brew.

This is a relatively good branch. One of the better branches. The main issue is cleanliness. Tables are always messy. You have to prompt staff to clean for you. Confectionery is the usual stale stuff. It would be great if they can bake in store. This branch has a drive through which is good.

Costa Coffee is a great coffee shop with a wide variety of drinks and snacks. The coffee is always fresh and the staff are friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is relaxed and inviting, making it a great place to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee. The prices are reasonable and the food is delicious. Overall, Costa Coffee is a great place to get a quality cup of coffee and a snack.

Don't enjoy their coffee, very bitter, all their locations are always messy, tables rarely clean, little options for babies & children and I find their food very expensive

Very busy place staffed by very disorganised staff... no one seemed to know what their responsibilities were and they all looked like busy people with no clue. Shame, not a good advert for costa... won't be using this one again for sure

Nice coffee had to clear our own table. The external main door was broken with a constant repetative screech And a bang shut !

The restaurant itself was lovely and clean and the baristas were friendly and made great drinks Low review as none of the taps worked in the toilets and the toilets were unclean

Waited 20min for coffee, we ordered 2 latte's 1 Hot chocolate and a flat white, the coffee tasted burnt and the flat white came cold, we asked it to be changed and he re made the drink unbelievably hot so much we couldn't hold the cup, the guy who served us was rude and stressed the Hot coffee was obviously done on purpose because we asked for a warm one. We also wasn't aloud to use the costa app. We definitely will not be returning to this store, we use costa at Doncaster every day and never experienced this service! 10/9/22 19:30

Went tonight 27/07/2022 around 9.30pm google says open till 10.30pm then the gentlemen in the window was really rude basically telling me they were closed and to go away and let them clean absolutely appalling service made a special trip from the motorway and then to be treated like rubbish because they wanted to go home

All we wanted was an iced coffee as we are going through a rough time! Online it clearly states closes at 10:30pm, we arrived at 10pm to find no one was home!!!!! We checked the door to see as the drive thru was shut as the lights where on, only to see it says it shuts at 9pm!! Absolutely disgusting, DISGUSTING!!!!

Again asked for extra hot flat white, and it was just a different temperature. No consistency whatsoever, every costa you go to seem to have their own rules. Yet you go any McDonald's and it's the same, costa learn from these proper franchise chains.

Fast and friendly service. So pleased that Costa have finally realised that a Flat White is a drink served short and strong (in the form of their new "mini") however why can't they buy the proper "mini" cups when drinking in. It would save using takeaway cups even when drinking in ??? 🤔

I used to go with my best friend is one of my favourite branches if I want to go have a drink and relax.

Just waited over 20 mins in queue ordered a large latte and a cappuccino. After having to wait again before getting to the dispatch window had to hand the cappuccino back. It was clearly cold to touch but still passed it over. Handed it back where another one was given to me straight away. This was warmer but tasted it as we drove away and was definitely NOT a cappuccino. We couldn't go round again as the queue was getting longer. Very disappointed

A bit disappointed been traveling all day went it to be told there were closing my son wanted to use the toilets so he could not and had to wait a bit longer while we found some were else . We were paying customers and do feel that we should of be aloud we just got a clear no more inside and that there were closing .
