Subway in Poole

Brought a 1.25L of Fanta and was sent a tiny one, Ordered 6 dips and got 3. Is it really THAT HARD!!

Just awful, how does it take an hour to deliver 1 sandwich, a salad and garlic bread at 12pm on a Sunday? Hot items like garlic bread and hash browns inside breakfast sandwich were completely cold, definitely didn't get the double meat I paid for in the salad either. Worst point was watching the courier sit at the restaurant for over 30 minutes on the tracker, they also sat outside the house for 10 mins after delivering which was weird.

Tamper seal broken, all stone cold and missing cookies. 1 sub fell all out into the bag, very disappointing and then you don’t get your full money back?? Won’t be doing it again

Not much filling, shame as would if been nice.

Local subway that has friendly staff. Not all staff consistent with making the sandwiches some seem go be more generous than others with the salad.

Got a subway through Uber eats, it took over an hour to be delivered. I had a sandwich that I never got. Asked for a refund through uber and they said they weren’t going to do it. Tried ringing subway and no one picked up the phone. Won’t be ordering from them again

ordered at 19:45 arrived at 21:00, everything also had to be reheated!

Ordered food at 12:48 and got our food at 13:59. The waffle fries were stone cold. It’s not the drivers fault. He apologised for the wait due to it being busy. We tried multiple times to contact the shop and they kept declining our calls or answering then hanging up. The delivery driver was very nice and can’t fault him. This issue is directly towards subway on ringwood road.

Just been in here after using it for years new staff/ manager. Always ordered same teriyaki chicken for years manager didn’t even know how to make it and had to go off menu and also wouldn’t let me choose my own salad instead put what was on the screen. Also asked not to add a sauce and they did anyway. Won’t be back anytime soon

Food came wrong order. Had tuna which I’m allergic to I asked for chicken. Tried to call shop kept getting hung up on I had to drive down to sort it where I was then spoken to so Rudely by member of staff not even a sorry for the wrong order

It was a very slow process for the short order that I placed. The food was either over cooked or undercooked due to the lack of care the employees had for their jobs. Me and my wife were standing across the counter for full minutes before an employee even approached and took our order. Speaking of employees all of them were very unenthusiastic and grumpy without any sort of respect for the customer. This led me and my wife to leave before the food even finished because of the unsatisfactory atmosphere. Very low rating, and would rather go to the McDonald’s 10 minutes away.

Always order from this subway as it’s always great, thanks for the extra cheese :))

My sister ordered a delivery tonight to Poole hospital and payed through uber eats, they refused to give it to my dad as my sister was getting tests done and the block made my dad pay a extra £20 for the order. We did not get a refund and only got the food becayse we had to pay for again even though we paid for it previously. It was my sisters last £20. Absolute joke

Took 2 hours to come. Food came extremely cold. Not happy at all would like a refund.

Took 1 hour 5 minutes to arrive. Watched driver on map go in opposite direction to my house. Food was stone cold on arrival.

24/7 means 24/7 door locked, employee looking at me crouched behind counter.. pathetic..

Thing is if this shop had more people working here that cared like agnieska it would be the best subway but every time I come here her co worker always has head phones in and really does not care always misses stuff in the sub and mixes dairy contaminants with vegan stuff and the salad not using proper care and it’s a shame because agnieska honestly makes the best subs

half the items were missing, I ordered a meal and all I got was the sub. no cookie, drink or snack. HOW DO YOU FORGET AN ENTIRE MEAL. SERIOUSLY?

I had a breakfast sub and it was stone cold like it wasnt even cooked and cheese wasnt melted so yeah thanks for that i ended up binning it wont be ordering from there again !!

Food was very nice, unfortunately the delivery was awful, this happens far too often now. They just keep shifting the delivery time, I don’t think this is the restaurants fault, it’s apparently locating a driver that’s the problem. Very annoying.

i been visiting this type of Subway for years with my familiy, theres been some intresting things i have seen from both the public and the workers. But the workers have been freindly i normaly get the the Usual (Breakwich and Tuna Melt) today when i got them i was served by and lovely Lady called Lauren Alfred (not sure if i got it right) shes has a nice smile while seeing a hungry person and i think shes doing great - Breakwich Guy

Manager Lauren and the person working together was so nice and helpful explaining the menu to me will definitely be returning!

Manager on her private mobile while on the till, very rude and arrogant, snappy and just general not a polite manner. Forgetting fillings in the sandwhich and huffing when I asked for a napkin for the water I was cleaning up myself I would not go back to this store.

Queuing doesn't matter, because the server will pick whoever they want, even if you've been waiting for 15 minutes and the other person has just walked in.

the food was very disappointing! foot long subject was cut like a hot 🌭 that was squashed up and not toasted at all. with hardly any filling and ingredients missing. it was ment to have been a meal deal but my drink was totally forgotten as well. I was so looking forward and so upset with the result 😞

Very slow. Just one person on. People were walking out. Got served after 20 mins, the prices seem have gone up a lot, £15 for two 6 inch subs, with little filling. Not be going back.

There half the menu available as they didnt have half the stuff . Disappointed

Even though it wasn't busy the tables were dirty and tje floor was messy

my house is so hard to find as its the 1st house down a dark ally next to allotments and the first number is 39 so my food is mainly late and a bit cold whenever it gets to me. if it wasn't for that fact it would be on time and warmer. I do appreciate all the delivery driver's that deliver my food. so thankyou 😊

I walked in here at about 9:00 and left about 9:20-9:25. This man appeared to be a beginner, quite slow, and was working alone with no other staff. He took absolutely ages to make one simple meal. They seem to focus on web orders then people queueing. I would not recommend.

The worker behind the counter was the only one on a Saturday night, he was run off his feet working very hard. There should be more people working as he could not do all orders alone and there was a very long queue. As well as this, a very rude man put in a large order, came back and was verbally assaulting the worker and swearing at him. When I asked him to not swear at the worker as it was not his fault he told me to shut the **** up. He was very aggressive and despite the worker trying his best to fix the issue he refused to apologise for his behaviour and was threatening me. There should be security around for this.

My order turned up with the wrong crisp, no footlong and no salad, all we received was a cooling and a bottle of Dr Pepper

Absolutely disgusting. Ordered a sandwich with pickles. They added jalapeños. Tasted absolutely minging. The tomatoes were incredibly soft so has been left out for absolutely hours. Worse subway I’ve ever had.

As much as my order was last minute(as the other places rejected me) the staff here created perfect meal no compromise towards anything which I worried about. Thanks guys hope you got your shift wrapped up okay, absolutely 10/10s, changed my opinion on the company completely 🥹

Fresh but far too much lettuce and very little tomatoes, peppers, onions and the olives were nearly non-existent!!! Not a great selection to be honest!

I ordered 2 foot long margarita slices and they sent me two foot long boxes and inside was 2 5 inch slices this is unacceptable I refuse to order here again untill this has been sorted out

All the half subs were cold, one sub was missing any salad or sauce so we won't be ordering again

Went in for lunch and was greeted with a smile, shop was a bit busy but they served us quite quick.Will go back again,I recommend the Garlic steak as it was amazing!

Sub ordered was not what I received. Sub received had cucumber in it but did not ask for it AND did not have the onion or sweetcorn that was asked for. Very disappointed and annoyed.

Time kept moving on so original delivery time was 1.30 ended up arriving at 2.10.

If I could give it ZERO stars I would. The staff member, had gloves on, finished with the customer in fronts order, shoveled the rubbish in the bin and then started to make my food with the same gloves he had shoved his hands in the bin with. Then got funny with me when I asked if he'd mind changing them as they had been INSIDE the bin!

Should have got Pepsi max cherry but just got Pepsi max. Should have got walkers oven baked cheese and onion. And just got walkers cheese and onion. Everything else was ok.
