Very nice workers Alfred and ash and they have a lot of time for my children and very polite and great customer service the best workers in subway .

Dipping sauce for the waffle fries missing.

i been visiting this type of Subway for years with my familiy, theres been some intresting things i have seen from both the public and the workers. But the workers have been freindly i normaly get the the Usual (Breakwich and Tuna Melt) today when i got them i was served by and lovely Lady called Lauren Alfred (not sure if i got it right) shes has a nice smile while seeing a hungry person and i think shes doing great - Breakwich Guy

Manager Lauren and the person working together was so nice and helpful explaining the menu to me will definitely be returning!

Manager on her private mobile while on the till, very rude and arrogant, snappy and just general not a polite manner. Forgetting fillings in the sandwhich and huffing when I asked for a napkin for the water I was cleaning up myself I would not go back to this store.

Queuing doesn't matter, because the server will pick whoever they want, even if you've been waiting for 15 minutes and the other person has just walked in.

the food was very disappointing! foot long subject was cut like a hot 🌭 that was squashed up and not toasted at all. with hardly any filling and ingredients missing. it was ment to have been a meal deal but my drink was totally forgotten as well. I was so looking forward and so upset with the result 😞

Very slow. Just one person on. People were walking out. Got served after 20 mins, the prices seem have gone up a lot, £15 for two 6 inch subs, with little filling. Not be going back.

There half the menu available as they didnt have half the stuff . Disappointed

no contact from restaurant, food came cold, took 2 hours to arrive and just eat couldn't do anything to remedy the issues. no customer service to speak of at all...

i ordered extra bacon and cheese on my sub i didnt get bacon or cheese

found my address (very few do) food nice and warm because of it.

Even though it wasn't busy the tables were dirty and tje floor was messy

my house is so hard to find as its the 1st house down a dark ally next to allotments and the first number is 39 so my food is mainly late and a bit cold whenever it gets to me. if it wasn't for that fact it would be on time and warmer. I do appreciate all the delivery driver's that deliver my food. so thankyou 😊

they forgot my lettuce, the time was changed 30 mins was added to the delivery time

I walked in here at about 9:00 and left about 9:20-9:25. This man appeared to be a beginner, quite slow, and was working alone with no other staff. He took absolutely ages to make one simple meal. They seem to focus on web orders then people queueing. I would not recommend.

The worker behind the counter was the only one on a Saturday night, he was run off his feet working very hard. There should be more people working as he could not do all orders alone and there was a very long queue. As well as this, a very rude man put in a large order, came back and was verbally assaulting the worker and swearing at him. When I asked him to not swear at the worker as it was not his fault he told me to shut the **** up. He was very aggressive and despite the worker trying his best to fix the issue he refused to apologise for his behaviour and was threatening me. There should be security around for this.

My order turned up with the wrong crisp, no footlong and no salad, all we received was a cooling and a bottle of Dr Pepper

Absolutely disgusting. Ordered a sandwich with pickles. They added jalapeños. Tasted absolutely minging. The tomatoes were incredibly soft so has been left out for absolutely hours. Worse subway I’ve ever had.

As much as my order was last minute(as the other places rejected me) the staff here created perfect meal no compromise towards anything which I worried about. Thanks guys hope you got your shift wrapped up okay, absolutely 10/10s, changed my opinion on the company completely 🥹

Fresh but far too much lettuce and very little tomatoes, peppers, onions and the olives were nearly non-existent!!! Not a great selection to be honest!

I ordered 2 foot long margarita slices and they sent me two foot long boxes and inside was 2 5 inch slices this is unacceptable I refuse to order here again untill this has been sorted out

All the half subs were cold, one sub was missing any salad or sauce so we won't be ordering again

Went in for lunch and was greeted with a smile, shop was a bit busy but they served us quite quick.Will go back again,I recommend the Garlic steak as it was amazing!

Sub ordered was not what I received. Sub received had cucumber in it but did not ask for it AND did not have the onion or sweetcorn that was asked for. Very disappointed and annoyed.

Time kept moving on so original delivery time was 1.30 ended up arriving at 2.10.

Everything was delivered, but was missing items from philly steak sandwich, items which I had paid extra for.

Order was incorrect. Ordered footlong. Received 6”.

If I could give it ZERO stars I would. The staff member, had gloves on, finished with the customer in fronts order, shoveled the rubbish in the bin and then started to make my food with the same gloves he had shoved his hands in the bin with. Then got funny with me when I asked if he'd mind changing them as they had been INSIDE the bin!

It was late about 45 mins late and the food was messy and I’m not happy with that and it was bad food and messy

Should have got Pepsi max cherry but just got Pepsi max. Should have got walkers oven baked cheese and onion. And just got walkers cheese and onion. Everything else was ok.

Popped in at 8:15pm and it took 35 minutes before I was even served and then a further 10 minutes to make a sandwich. I have never seen such slow poor service from any other subway. The fact I could have gone to a restaurant and had a meal in the same time is ridiculous. Is this not fast food? I wish I had just gone to the Tesco next door, would have bought a pizza, driven home, cooked it and eaten it before they’d even served me. Absolute jokes of a place.

Driver gave me the wrong order so then I had to drive to the shop and explain and get them to remake my food! So what was the point of ordering it to be delivered!!! Shocking

Driver denato is very friendly and helpful. A great asset to the company. He read the instructions regarding not waking my baby which most drivers don’t! 10/10

Would have been nice if wasn’t cold and squashed!

I came in and ordered ‘the baller’ as it is the closest thing to a meatball marinara I could see. But while I was paying they wrapped it up without asking if I wanted any extra fillings. Made for a very disappointing sandwich. I wish they had told me I didn’t get options on salad with my choice, these are my favourite part. So disappointed

I have not taken delivery of this item as it is over 2 hours late. I have sent request last to have the money refunded and I will never use just eat again. The order that she brought was not even the order this is the problem with just eat they use people that are unreliable and are not 100% able to converse in English when you explain to them why you are not taking the order in. I want a refund of all of the money as I had to go and get my own food. You need to sort this out abysmal company.

Food arrived well over the 'estimate', too late, due to trying to find a delivery driver. They use this excuse quite often now, and the problem is the customer can't cancel without a charge or get in touch with anyone to sort it out. This is the last time I use Just Eat as this problem has been going on for a little while now. I should at least get a refund for the delivery and service charge for it being so late, but that'll never happen. As for the food, it wasn't wrapped properly, and the quality is almost what you get in store. I find it's different every time, and this time was good for delivery, but not as good as you'd get in person.

Small salads, all items cut very thin, even sauce seems watered down

Food was nice but there wasn't as much salad as you normally get if you go in in person. Apart from that can't complain really.

Visited recently and defo gone down in my experience..... they seem to focus on web orders than the actual people stood for ages in a queue patiently waiting...... 15 mins appox waited and still they were doing web orders .....will defo not have my recommendation anymore .. shame food was nice...

Cheesy bites/ crinkle wedges were cold, Sub was nice however.

Food wasn't made as ordered, wrong bread, wrong sauce, cheese missing from one of the Subs and 2 items were missing from the order. Not rocket science to check the order is complete before sending it out. Delivery driver was on a hands free call while walking up the drive - totally unprofessional. Wouldn't trust them to get it right without going in to watch them make it myself. Very disappointed given what we spent.

It's subway turkey sandwich was good

Visited earlier this evening (22/05/2023 approx between 7pm-8pm) Only one person working, but it was very quiet in there, so I was served immediately. The lad working greeted me, and he was very polite, friendly and efficient. Unfortunately I didn’t catch his name, but he was the only one (that I could see) that was working, so I hope these reviews get passed on to the management/store/staff, and he is recognised. I’ve worked in customer service for approx 20years, and so I know how important and moral boosting it is to receive great feedback. I don’t eat here often, but it is my local Subway and I have visited a few times over the past couple of years, and as far as I recall, I have always received good service and never had a problem with this store.
