There half the menu available as they didnt have half the stuff . Disappointed

Even though it wasn't busy the tables were dirty and tje floor was messy

I walked in here at about 9:00 and left about 9:20-9:25. This man appeared to be a beginner, quite slow, and was working alone with no other staff. He took absolutely ages to make one simple meal. They seem to focus on web orders then people queueing. I would not recommend.

The worker behind the counter was the only one on a Saturday night, he was run off his feet working very hard. There should be more people working as he could not do all orders alone and there was a very long queue. As well as this, a very rude man put in a large order, came back and was verbally assaulting the worker and swearing at him. When I asked him to not swear at the worker as it was not his fault he told me to shut the **** up. He was very aggressive and despite the worker trying his best to fix the issue he refused to apologise for his behaviour and was threatening me. There should be security around for this.

Went in for lunch and was greeted with a smile, shop was a bit busy but they served us quite quick.Will go back again,I recommend the Garlic steak as it was amazing!

If I could give it ZERO stars I would. The staff member, had gloves on, finished with the customer in fronts order, shoveled the rubbish in the bin and then started to make my food with the same gloves he had shoved his hands in the bin with. Then got funny with me when I asked if he'd mind changing them as they had been INSIDE the bin!

Popped in at 8:15pm and it took 35 minutes before I was even served and then a further 10 minutes to make a sandwich. I have never seen such slow poor service from any other subway. The fact I could have gone to a restaurant and had a meal in the same time is ridiculous. Is this not fast food? I wish I had just gone to the Tesco next door, would have bought a pizza, driven home, cooked it and eaten it before they’d even served me. Absolute jokes of a place.

I came in and ordered ‘the baller’ as it is the closest thing to a meatball marinara I could see. But while I was paying they wrapped it up without asking if I wanted any extra fillings. Made for a very disappointing sandwich. I wish they had told me I didn’t get options on salad with my choice, these are my favourite part. So disappointed

Very slow service and rude stuff

The guy that served me didn't say a single word to me from start to finish! Threw salad at the sandwich and half wrapped it. He must've had a bad morning!!

Visited recently and defo gone down in my experience..... they seem to focus on web orders than the actual people stood for ages in a queue patiently waiting...... 15 mins appox waited and still they were doing web orders .....will defo not have my recommendation anymore .. shame food was nice...

It's subway turkey sandwich was good

Visited earlier this evening (22/05/2023 approx between 7pm-8pm) Only one person working, but it was very quiet in there, so I was served immediately. The lad working greeted me, and he was very polite, friendly and efficient. Unfortunately I didn’t catch his name, but he was the only one (that I could see) that was working, so I hope these reviews get passed on to the management/store/staff, and he is recognised. I’ve worked in customer service for approx 20years, and so I know how important and moral boosting it is to receive great feedback. I don’t eat here often, but it is my local Subway and I have visited a few times over the past couple of years, and as far as I recall, I have always received good service and never had a problem with this store.

Ryan is unbelievable. Great quality sandwich and very personable. Subway is very lucky to have an employee like Ryan.

Today, they had a few staff on. Orders were carried out efficiently, and service from staff was good. Overall, it was a friendly welcoming store.

Two young members of staff were extremely polite and professional on Sat late afternoon/early evening shift. It is rare to get such a good customer service and perfect subway. Will definitely return to this branch .

Brought 2 subs, young man behind the counter was very friendly and polite. Asked plenty of time's if I needed anything else and was very speedy and efficient.

Bad customer service, bad attitude/behaviour from worker (who acted like a manager) - overall won't be coming to this branch again.

Rubbish. Ordered an Italian meat, got chicken and bacon. Ordered it toasted, came untoasted. Paid extra for cheese, came with no cheese. Ordered salad, came with no salad. Ordered normal Pepsi and paid extra, guess what came with Pepsi Max. They didn’t manage to get anything right with the order, I won’t be eating from here ever again

Food was fine just got the impression that the staff were somewhat tired from being overworked and probably underpaid but that's subway for you like I said not a bad place all together food was fine

They need to improve the taste of the bread, cardboard flavour is no longer acceptable.

Cold hash browns in my sandwich, the bread was falling apart on both sandwiches, screwed up what was asked for, missing items on the order.

One staff member was very polite

Don't ever order to be delivered because you don't get what you ordered ever!! Unless you like missing items from your meal then go ahead and order.

Bought an imitation Philley cheese stake(nothing like the real thing if you ever go to Philladelphia). The more I unwrapped the packaging the smaller the goods got. I paid for a 6inch that didn't have much filling in it and on the just eat app it cost me just under £10. Ripped off and very disappointed.

The staff were very good and the food was very enjoyable.

Worst service I’ve known. You would have to see it to believe it. 30 minutes to serve me and the 2 people in front of me and they still messed up my order. Just go to a proper cafe it’s quicker.

We had to wait for about 8mins whilst both members of staff continued cleaning, one staff member Andy was trying to get a tiny amount of food out of the smallest gap. He also infront of our eyes scrapped food off the glass the went into fresh food urgh. The other member of staff a ginger haired guy has always been friendly and helpful we got the impression that Andy was his supervisor. Andy only added a small amount of meat to a salad whereas in the past I've had plenty of salads (I have salads because I'm gluten intolerant). The ginger guy added another scoopful of cold meat as Andy would of seen him warm it up. We left after a while still not happy with my salad as it seems a lot lower than usual. When we got to where we were going to eat Andy had not even given me a fork for the salad. Also my friends roll feel apart in his hands very overdone cooking. If I go to subway and see this man there I will walk out of the door or wait till the other guy is available.

Had the tiger bread with chicken and the bread was incredibly dry and tasted stale. Service was I sufficient apart from having to repeat myself many times.

Terrible, I ordered a turkey breast sandwich with a pepsi and some cookies. What I recieved was a tuna sub with no drink, the only thing they got right were the cookies. What???

I went yesterday to get sandwiches for lunch and I changed my mind after seeing how the sandwiches were prepared..It was very busy..the guy who was preparing the sandwiches would pick meat , salad and cheese to put in the sandwich with his hand..no spoon no nothing..I know he had gloves on which he did not change in between customers..He would use the same gloves to pick meat then he would pick salad and other stuffing with the same glove..I dont feel this is right..I am vegetarian and I would not love to eat a salad from a hand with a glove that has touched meat and ham..I would expect the staff to use a spoon or a fork to pick the stuffing rather than their own hands..I would not get any food from them in the future unless they change the way the prepare there sandwiches with.

Food is OK but doesn’t matter if I go in and buy the food or use the App to order in advance they keep getting my order Wrong and missing drinks that I have paid for and needing to go back to the shop

Poor service and something about the fact the staff didn't cover their noses with their masks, thereby breathing directly onto the food when they leant in, wasn't very appealing. To top it off they waited until they'd done all the food before saying they didn't accept the vouchers (which had been in my hand since before ordering) and that I should have checked online for where accepts them. After leaving the shop and checking the website I found they actually are meant to accept them! Thankfully there is a tesco express right next to it that is more professional, helpful and doesn't make a fuss about accepting their own vouchers

Utterly terrible. Extremely rude staff, there's often only 1 member of staff working on a Saturday evenimg so orders are delayed, today we ordered the same salad twice, when we got home we realised that one was nearly empty! Total waste of time and we will never visit again.

The young man serving was very patient and polite, really excellent customer service from him this evening (28/7/20). Shop itself situated next to a Tesco Express so parking spaces available. A small subway, not as 'attractive' as some but the customer service made up for it whilst we waited for our order to be made up.

My boy Dan sorted me right out with a naughty chicken and bacon sub whilst keeping us entertained and keeping up with good chat during the sale, especially in today's climate was very impressed with the service and my sandwich ❤️

Just order online and pay £10 a sub if you want that much!! Stood in queue for 15mins watch delivery's be made up why nobody actually stood in the shop was served apologised or made aware of how long the potential wait was. Walked away.

No social distancing, too many customers inside, had to remind staff of my 2nd order as they forgot!! Very slow service

Best sandwich shop to have ever lived. Big variety of sand which fillings and big range of bread types. Always trying out new stuff as well like the toasties and nachos. Check your post cos a lot of the time I’m getting send big offers.

Here every other Sunday for coffe and roll!

Just what you'd expect from a subway, only a little less classy.

This subway is great and are reasonably not to busy so I can order quickly and be done, parking right outside so it's great, and subway vouchers work here. I'll have a footlong paprika bread with peperami salami and bacon no cheese and toasted please with jalapeños and BBQ saucd, thats my signature sub and it won't be long before it's on the menu officially I recommend it to all.
