Miami Pizza Takeaway Poole in Poole

Online it said the shop was open. I have paid online to then receive a text telling me its shut and I will receive a refund in 3-5 days 🤔 not happy!

Now, I'm not judgemental to anybody doing a job or trying to earn a living particularly during the pandemic. However, when a delivery driver does not read instructions regarding a delivery then why are they delivery drivers? The address was flat 3, number 1 but the delivery driver rings me outside of number 3 church road. I opened the window to swearing and shouting from delivery driver advising he couldnt find my address. I told him the address was around the back but the delivery driver became hostile and abusive, refusing to deliver my food. Of course, I also then became hostile but the delivery driver took the food back to clearly go to waste. I don't care what nationality you are, or anything else for that matter but it really doesn't take much effort to be polite. If the driver was struggling, then why not ring me in a polite manner rather than hostility. Where I live, its very clear what is number 3 and what is number 1 and then also very clear to where flat 3 was, its clearly written in chalk and pen on the wall next the the house. No other delivery drivers have struggled so much with delivering and none have ever sworn and been so abusive. I will never order again.

Worst pizza I've ever had. Base was horrible. Pizza had no taste at all. Expensive waste of money! Would never order from again! Stay clear

Nearly over hour late chips soggy cold soft kebab cold wont be ordering again from them.

Rude staff over the telephone. We will never use this place again. Called for update on delivery, was told a few minutes, but 20 minutes later still no delivery so called again and was told the same. Still no order after a while. Order eventually arrived but was wrong. When trying to call again then was ignored until we called from a different number only to be told to f*** off over the phone after we explained the order was wrong. We didn't mind having a late delivery, only just wanted an accurate update. But then on top of wrong updates the order was wrong too. A minimum of customer service would have gone a long way and made us feel better. But no, we were told to f*** off over the telephone and hung up on. Lovely!

Is not so good,the taste is poor,more oil,bad smell

I gave it 1 star and called it "worst kebab in town". But I decided to give it a try after new management took over and I gave it 5 stars. Now - 5 months later - that kebab shop never was as bad as it is now. They don't even make an own chilli sauce anymore only pouring some bad quality sauce from a tube, meat was very dry, salads not fresh. Very disappointed after an amazing start. Never again

Got a chicken burger and was like eating a bit of leather could only have one bite and my partner got a chicken doner kabab that was swimming with grease also the garlic baguette was over cooked will not be going here again not impressed

Have always ordered from here , ordered from here tonight kebab turned up was completely burnt and crispy couldnt even eat it, both chicken burgers were uncooked , chips were cold and the jalapeno cheese bites was cremated and were all falling apart payed 23 pound for this not happy at all WILL DEFINITELY NOT BE ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN !!!

Used to use here all the time brilliant tasty food but not so much now shame really chips are about only thing that taste nice now

Oh my goodness,Just spent 15pounds on 2 pizzas. Must say I do not think that the base is made from scratch but bought in bulk from a shop.The testure was like cardboard.Absoulutly dreadful .I have had better pizza from Lidl.Be warned go else where.

Possibly one of the worst takeaways we have ordered from. First of all we spent around £40 between us and our chicken and doner wraps we ordered were large ones but they were small. I ordered a large doner kebab which was tiny, I managed to eat all of it which is very unlike me to do it was definitely not a large. Secondly they forgot my partners chicken burger and chips when my friend phoned and explained there is no burger they said we were lying?! Excuse me but we are not going to spend over £40 and then lie to get more food. Needless to say we had to do a lot of convincing to get our burger which we played for! Also they explained that there was no chips with the meal and said the website got it wrong! Thirdly when my partner did eventually get his burger it was cold and dry and also my garlic bread baguette was rock hard and couldn't eat it. Will never order from here again it was our first and last time, horrendous customer service followed by awful food. The two who ordered the wraps have just ordered some food from a different take away as they are still hungry. What you pay for and what you get is not worth it just don't bother.

They have cancelled my order with no reason while i was waiting for delivery. Not good.

Eat here all time after tonight never again, after waiting 1 hour and 25 mins wasted £45 on the worst takeaway I've had in ages, everything was greasy and burnt none of us ate it, shame as really liked this place.

On holiday in the area at the moment so decided to try a local Kebab shop. Ordered online and drove down there, very clean shop nicely laid out and incredibly friendly staff. The food was quick, fresh tasting and very reasonably priced. My wife, who likes a good kebab, said it was possibly the best kebab she's ever had! Will certainly have another if we are ever in the area again.

POOR POOR POOR!!!Usually ok but lately been getting worse. Longer and longer delivery times. Tonight after an hour I called to see where it was ,apparently it was on its way so after another half an hour I called again. The driver couldn t find my address even after I have full address and postcode there was no phone calls yo inform me either so I said I have never waited this long for food and don't bother sending it now. He said it's up to you! not sorry or any offer of discount UNBLOODY BELIEVABLE jusy its up to you! Hoe us it my fault yheir new driver can't find me?So now it's past 8pm with no dinner after ordering at 6:20pm and now had to call somewhere else and hope they don't take an eternity either. Very disappointed in Miami with poor customer service and absolute disinterest. For the sake of £20 he had to throw our order in the bin and will lose my custom forever.

Won't go anywhere else for pizza. Kebab or burger. They cook to perfection and delivery is when expected. Great prices and I'm always full up afterwards. Staff are friendly, polite and patient. I Love miami pizza it's the best

Quite possibly the best takeaway I've ever had, when ever I come over here to see my family which is not very often always a double cheese burger with chips & can coke. Great people.

Dreadful the pizza was cold the chips were cold despite seemingly being cooked a number of times they were really quite nasty, when we complained they told us they did not want to have us as customers !!! Whatever happened to "the customer is always right" this place is obviously well avoided if you like your food ! Order at your peril.

We always ordered from miami, recently the standard has dropped and so have the portions. Big shame

Favourite pizza place. Cheap prices, large sizes and good crusts. Regularly order (especially 2 for 1 deals that run most of the week).
