A lot less busy than nearby cafes

Sorry, but it depends on who is serving... One gentleman who served doesn't even know what a lungo looks like. Everywhere else it means lungo presso with more water and I say with a little milk. Nothing difficult. I get a heaping pidi cup of black coffee. I say I didn't want presso.. and he pours water on me with a sour face that this was a lungo?? And he won't even give milk..? Never thanks again. They will understand better at KFC.:D

The food and drink was not good

The lady at the check out is really rude. She told me that there isn’t cold drink and when I asked to double check, she was extremely rude and told me to go to another cafe. Would never return!

I love Costa coffee. My go to place anytime for a good coffee, specially Americano...since they give it a big cup

Excellent coffee, poor service. Terrible confusion, I want coffee without lactose, due to intolerance. After placing the order I ask if it is lactose free, of course it wasn't and the lady scolded me for it. Another great experience. I need to use the toilet, I go there and again the same lady yells at me, why dare I go there, when she is washing it there. Extremely unpleasant service, do not recommend. I will definitely not come here again

I visited the cafe on 13.12. and I was very satisfied. The service was pleasant and helpful, when I asked anything about the coffee, everything was answered by the young lady in training and colleagues. The toilets were OK for me. The desserts were delicious and fresh

Big disappointment! Unfortunately, we didn't read the reviews in time and bought a coffee here. The service is very unpleasant, even literally obnoxious! The special offer of latte caramel coffee was almost without whipped cream, as the lady behind the counter did not want to make new whipped cream, the cappuccino was without foam and the pictures on the flat white coffee were bad. The lady in question "is not a machine to have time to create something", according to her words. The only positive thing was that the coffee tasted as good as in other places of this company.

On 2/12/23 I visited the Costa Coffee 62265Т1 Kaprova cafe and I was very dissatisfied with the service. After receiving my order at 18:45 I was told three minutes later at 18:48 that I was to leave the premises in 2 minutes as the cafe was closing. However, the official closing time was 19:00. The cafe employee was rude and unpleasant, showing impatience and waiting for guests to leave. This experience left a very negative impression on me. I do not recommend this establishment to anyone, as I was completely disappointed by this attitude towards visitors.

A pleasant cafe, busier and noisier in the front, comfortable and cozy seating in the back with a view of the garden in the courtyard.

I know costa coffee well know for long time and always the quality is nice and it doesn't change. Specially flat white and American coffee it's tasty. They have many branches in Prague. Highly recommend it and the price is not expensive and it's too much better than any other cafes. They have big space for studying or relaxing as well as take away. There is plug for charging.

A nice cozy atmosphere with friendly service. Lots of seating available. Credit card accepted. Bathroom requires a code access located on the bottom of your receipt

Un café calme pour se reposer après une longue marche... Surtout si on choisit la petite salle au fond... Personnel pas souriant mais efficace... Wifi de qualité... Pour le reste c'est un Costa... Bon café .. et variété de choix pour les boissons

Good choice for breakfast as nice staff and warm food make a great start to the day.

A must for dog owners. They are super dog frendly. Our dogs ware immediately given water and they even turned on the air conditioning for us.

On Saturday afternoon there were 3-4 people behind the bar and they were extremely slowly in serving the customers. It was lime they didn’t know what actually to do there. We waited about 20 minutes for 2 coffees and 2 lattes, and we were just second in the queue. Excluding the waiting time it was overall ok

Very nice service, and was very quiet. Most people were reading a book or working on their laptops while enjoying their coffee.

Schön zu sitzen vorallem im hinteren Bereich dann Blick nur in Hinterhof. Personal ok nicht sehr freundliches jedoch effizient. Produkte anders als in Irland.

Bad experience. If you're tourist, avoid it. Workers don't have patience. They don't understand that as a foreigner, we don't know their coins. There was only one more person on the queue and the two workers said us that if we don't know local currency we have to pay with credit card. They were so rude with us. I thought that they didn't speak English because I tried to order in that language and they didn't understand me. But, while we were drinking our coffees, the boy spoke with other people in English. Really bad experience

Prostředí sice pěkné, ale na delší sezení a pracovní aktivity nevhodné, je tu dost zima i v několika vrstvách :) takže se vrátím raději na jiné pobočky

This Costa is a much large one in Prague the staff service is much the same one speed doesn't matter how busy, this one also has the same problem of people doing work on laptops taking up seats and tables hence hard to find seating.

Tady je to krásný. Dá se posedět, milá obsluha, výborné kafe, ale hlavně je to opravdu útulné. Costa trochu jinak.

Běžně jsme se vším spokojeni, ale dnes obsluha příšerná. Silnější paní za pultem byla už od našeho příchodu očividně naštvaná. Nepříjemné jednání, pohled jako bychom jí obtěžovali a po zjevném přeslechnutí kamarádovi žádosti o použití voucheru se začala vztekat a vyjela s tím, že to se přeci musí předem hlásit. Druhý kolega viditelně zmatený, očividně byl taky lehce pod nátlakem. Nehledě na spoustu neuklizených stolů, ke kterým se nedalo ani sednout. Doufáme, že příště už naše zkušenosti budou jiné.

Nach einer halben Stunde hatte ich dann meinen Kaffee. Eine Katastrophe!

My wife....a self-appointed Coffee expert decided to spot check this branch......and soon rooted out the weakest link...a young girl who was well out of her comfort zone making a cup of coffee...still at least my wife is one customer she won't forget...

Goede plaats om even tot rust te komen na een dagje rond te wandelen in Praag. Comfortabele zetel, zit iets te recht. Vriendelijke jongedames achter de toog.

Dala jsem si iced latte s mandlovým mlékem, bylo výborné a obsluha ještě lepší. Mladá hnedovlasa zaucujici se baristka byla milá, v ten stejný den jsem v coste narazila na Jirku Krampola, takže celebrit je tu dostatek. #stistko

Dával jsem si Late malý ale dostal jsem ho tak horký ze se to nedalo pít a musel jsem čekat 5 min. ale jinak Vše OK.

Хороший выбор дессертов и холодных напитков, очень милые девушки-работницы. Нормальные цены для Праги. Еще вернемся :)

Heerlijke plek om even uit de regen te zijn en op te warmen bij een fijne kop koffie. De Batista's deden erg hun best op de warme chocolademelk en "Caramello" die wij hier bestelden.

The music is a bit unpleasant or just a tiny bit too loud, but otherwise the place is amazing. A tastier, cosier and cheaper version of Starbucks. Nice summer menu and wide variety of snacks/food available.

Taká obyčajná kaviareň, obsluha príjemná a pomerne rýchla. Kávička blendova, správne horká, bez kyslosti. Ale musím povedať, že mi chutila. A krémové kokosové vegan ľadové latte, bolo super 😀. Za mňa môže byť.. 😀

Friendly staff, coffee was ok. The medium and the large coffee cups didn't seem much different. We bought some bread roll which wasn't very fresh hence only the 3 stars.

Hrůza. Jdu se k předražené kávě učit a za mnou seděli uječené ženské. Obsluha si není schopna zjednat pořádek. Znovu se nevrátím, takový hluk bych čekal v nočním klubu.

9,50€ für 2 Cappuccino und 2 Stück Kuchen. Absolut gerechtfertigt. Der Kuchen frisch und lecker. Eine Große Auswahl an Kuchen und Belegte Crossaints. Nette warme Armosphäre. Nettes Personal. Gerne wieder.

2 lidi za barem. Než jsem se dostala k objednávce, uběhlo 5 minut. Dalších 7 jsem čekala na americano s tím, že paní co přišla po mně dostala kafe dřív. Příšerná zkušenost, Costa už nikdy!!!!
