if i could give this 0 stars i would the customer service in this costa branch is outrageous. disgusting staff who always kick us out for nothing and approach us in a completely inappropriate way, as a paying customer i never expect to be treated this way and i’ve been left furious and disappointed and the level of disrespect

Worst costa coffee ever at elstree and borehamwood station, ride aggressive ,staff who managed to burn the food they were supposed to heat up,no cups ,no plates,just paper stuff,,they shout at you to collect the food,when they have decided it is burnt to a cinder,then when as a disabled person I politely ask the young lady serving if she can place the food where I can reach it she scrams abuse at me,like a demented harpy ,and yes i m a woman so no cracks about sexism please ,frightens the life out of me,thrn she screams more abuse at me for being disabled like that I should not be out of the house pr something, this ki d of abuse against the disabled is,sadly, becoming more and more common,and frankly that she thought this was even acceptable behaviour in her job is frankly astonishing , that she thought this was an OK way to treat people, customers ,shows a lack of training,and her own poor character, she should not really be working in a customer service role,if she is not suitable for it,and definitely not in catering if she cannot even do something basic adls heating up pre prepared food to an acceptable standard. OK she is probably not earning very much money,but I can not have any sympathy for anyone who decides its OK to abuse the disabled, or any customer,and to give people good,which they already have paid for,which is badly prepared is equally unacceptable.

Charming staff and great coffee. Lost three stars as was persuaded to buy and e-voucher yesterday on the £25 for £20 offer, yet it never arrived. Sent query, said would resend, didn’t arrive, queried again and eventually said couldn’t send to hotmail emails!! Could I create a different email - well no I can’t!! Funny how all Costa’s marketing emails arrive - for a company owned by Coca-Cola very surprised, even feel duped……..

Suppose to be open til 5pm on a Saturday but closed when I came at 4.15pm so therefore couldn’t collect order

Gone down hill, had no sandwiches so got overpriced biscuit which wasn’t pleasant got 2 coffee’s which wasn’t much different to drinking water myself and friend only drank half a cup and left it, waste of £7.00 would not go back.

These guys can make a coffee in a second :) friendly and patient

It was our first time in the area visiting for a gig nearby on the 4th June and the young girl working was absolutely amazing and so thoughtful. Unfortunately we cant remember her name but she was small with dark hair, and gave our weekend trip the best start!!

*EDIT* - Unfortunately this store has gone dramatically down hill since my visit a year ago. The new manager seems very rude. The coffee wasn't very nice at all. Shame as the store was fantastic on my initial visit. Went in to have a look at the new store, and wow.... Amazing store and an even better team behind the counter!! The coffee was delicious as well as the mince pie. Amazing job Tom and his team! Will definitely be using this store anytime I am in the area.

I would normally not write a review for a coffee shop but.... The Staff were all very friendly, funny and knowledgeable. Was served by the new store manager, who helped me with his words of wisdom "Christmas is a Marathon not a Sprint! Ease yourself into it" so I also ended up with a delicious warm mince pie. Great team, great coffee in a great location.

Opened just today. a very useful addition to the station serving both outside the station and by the platforms. Great tasting gingerbread latte I had. The staff there are really nice!
