Costa Coffee in Sevenoaks

Staff were quick and efficient. Nice and quiet as we were quite early. Vegan sausage bap was quite tasty.

As I come each week and both my son's and myself have allergies and intolerance to things. The ladies serving are really helpful. Even remembering what we have and needs. Really impressed as we are a 3 of hundreds of faces they must see a week.

A bit pricey for a cup of froth but this is standard for costa. Sat on a bench outside on the green and watched the world go by. Good place to rest a while.

Not satisfied with small medium and large size coffee they now sell a mini size..and at £3.05! what a rip-off.

Great location and friendly warm welcome when we arrived. Plenty of available seats inside, parking was tricky but there is a free car park a short walk away.

Fab location... Great staff... Great drinks, as always. The shop was clean with plenty of seats... I just wish the shop wasn't so cold!!

Came into Costa Coffee with my husband and two boys on the Saturday. Was very busy as expected there was no available tables so we sat outside but asked to be notified when an inside table become available. Hana notified us as soon as one became available and we was very happy with both Hana and Maria’s customer service. Both working hard with maintaining and cleaning tables, checking that everyone was maintaining a safe distance and not too overcrowded whilst running around serving food and customers. Thank you Ladies.

Nice little coffee place and all the staff are so friendly and polite. As it a costa the coffee is always good

We popped in to buy 4 coffees, accidentally entered by the incorrect entrance and were barked at, even though there was plenty of space. The lady on the till was officious, impatient and rather rude. I wanted to use the bathroom however, one was 'out of order' and the other was locked up! Maybe they feel they can get away with a poor service as there are a lot of day trippers who probably won't return. The coffee itself was okay, standard Costa.

We went in for a quick drink only to be told abruptly that the cafe was closing in 15 minutes. It was very unwelcoming and I felt that the server could have handled the notification of the cafe closing much better. Whilst waiting I went across the road to a shop that sold food, which i intended to eat later but we tried one small thing in store only again to be told abruptly that the cafe was closing by the server with a quip about the tiny amount of food we tried to only be from Costa. She made us finish our drinks quickly by her action of putting the tray down with other people's drinks on (not great with COVID situation). The server needs to learn better manners in my opinion.

Coffee nice, staff pleasant enough, cake average and overpriced. Cutlery filthy and toilet disgusting, no hand wash or working hand dryer. Floor wet and toilet could have done with a good clean. Wouldnt visit this Costa again.

pop into Costa with my friend for a birthday coffee and hot chocolate and a catch up the gentleman that served us was very friendly and gave me my drink on the house as a birthday treat very kind I would recommend to pop in!!

An OK costa staff not exactly dynamic but products Allright. Bit put off that one hour before closing they began to clear up putting chairs on table etc. Does not make for good experience.

This Costa is by far the worst Costa ever. I have been here numerous times due to having to be in the area and each time the service has been so terrible. The staff can't get anything right. Not even a simple hot chocolate. You have to prompt them to make sure you get the milk you requested, and even when you and for cream they don't bother putting it unless you ask. Today I asked for the chocolate on the top. And still never got any. The time before they wouldn't give me change for my 5 pound note when I paid as they said they weren't allowed. The staff are embarrassingly useless, at best. Avoid this place and go to one of the other cafes in westerham.

I spent a few days in town and Costa quickly became my morning stop! The staff was fantastic and we spent time conversing about the local area and things to do. Just down right nice people

I ordered some Earl Grey tea and it was very weak, and pale yellow. I asked for another teabag which I got but it made no difference. At well over £2 a cup this was a total waste of money.

Nice place overlooking the city park. Nothing special. Its just there. Did some online work and had a coffee.

Did not expect to stumble one in this village and must admit it was quite mid afternoon despite nice indoor and outdoor space including quite a bit in the son. Friendly staff, standard offering

Early morning visit for 9 of us, great service was received by our party. Piping hot drinks for a cold morning.

Lovely coffee and pain aux raisins with a bowl of fresh fruit. Nice and fresh croissant with jam and butter and tea. Usual costa good standard.

Met with others on Sunday afternoon. Quick service and good atmosphere. Has windows on two sides so you can watch the world go by. Play things for kids and comfortable and clean chairs and tables.

Once in a while we detour to Westerham for shopping. After finding a parking space, not always close, onto the Costa. Plenty of competition from tea rooms & coffee shops to keep them on their toes. On the corner, giving good daylight internally; some are so dim. Usual counter displays of snacks etc. The staff were really in form today, welcoming, cheerful & chatty: makes such a difference. Had to have a second drink after all the shopping!

For us, this is far and away the best Costa Coffee shop. The staff are fantastic and friendly, creating a truly local experience, making you feel welcome and at home every time we go in. All of the staff deserve the highest praise - Laura, Georgia, Lizzie, Jake, Charlotte to name but a few. Great coffee and customer service and we always get a newspaper to read when we in!

This is a Costa coffee shop near to The Green in Westerham. It's a nice size, small enough to feel cosy yet big enough to seat around 40 guests. The staff are efficient and friendly, the food and drink is typical Costa quality and there's AC if it gets hot in the Summer.

I ben there for coffee good quality and fairly well and waiters so polite and lovley and also fast to serve customers

Came into Costa before, nothing special. Typical chain coffee shop. No staff interaction but nice cup of coffee. Few dirty tables sitting around however they eventually got cleared up.

I have used this Costa quite a few times and it always gives 5 star service. Coffee and food are excellent. Toilets are always prestine clean!! Quick service as well Highly recommended.

Very efficient and friendly service from the staff who were all working well as a team. The coffee was good, and quickly made. The cakes were great however there didn't seem to be a very wide selection on offer.

I like this Costa Coffee, staff always polite and friendly, however it's the same old same old, more expensive than other coffee shops in Westerham, personally I prefer the independents. But here you do always know what your getting

I became anti-Costa over the years and tend to avoid these days but that's based on previous experience - particularly Banstead Costa - but having had arm twisted recently by friend to go into Westerham Costa I can say i will go back again. Really good service from happy, friendly,, helpful staff...makes all the difference.

Very often Costa is let down by its staff but not this one. The manager kept the coffee coming on a very busy Sunday morning and knew all the regulars, many by name

I visited today and when seated I looked around whilst my friend was ordering our drinks. The floor was very messy with food debris by our table and lots of dust on the floor by the wall. A man came into the cafe with a fairly large and very furry dog. Whilst I'm not a huge dog fan (I suffer with asthma mostly brought on by animals), this didn't bother me. The dog was very well behaved and sat by its owners feet. All was good until a woman who works at Costa went over to the dog and started making a huge fuss of it. I now have a few concerns brought on by her behaviour.1. She was hugging the dog very closely- then went back behind the counter to continue serving open food. Not at all hygienic.2. I didn't see her wash her hands.3. She ruffled its fur so much that the hairs were now in the air and caused me to have an asthma attack. On a positive note, the coffee was nice, but I shall not return.

Lovely place to meet friends for a catch up, coffee good & friendly staff, right in the middle of westerham, easy to visit the shops and pop in after.

This is a regular haunt because the staff are unremittingly friendly and courteous and the coffee consistently great.

We always pop in here before we go dog training for our cawfee and muffin which keeps us going first thing on a Saturday morning. The staff are always polite and friendly.

Yep it's Costa Coffee! The coffee is ok, they've got all the usual things you'd expect including a loo but mind the step.Um that's it, there are however many wonderful and interesting shops in Westerham to browse, buy and enjoy so go have a look.

We popped in for coffee and cake and sat outside in the warm sunlight. Typical Costa Coffee shop but situated in a very good position. Both the coffee and the cakes were very good and we had an enjoyable time watching the Westerham world go by,

The coffee shop is centrally placed with nearby parking. It is the usual Costa formula but convenient for visiting many nearby attractions eg Chartwell, the former home of Winston Churchill.

I love Costa, but really they are just coffee houses. This is one such: has a good mix of seating, easy access, a smaller counter than most but lovely staff. A few tables & chairs outside. The usual selection of drinks & snacks. The staff in this one did seem to be more helpful with the frail & elderly offering to take there trays to the table - nice touch. The only thing that lets them down in my opinion is untidiness & leaving tables covered in detritus. This Costa could not be faulted on either of these points. And this one, whilst on a busy A25 main road, has a good location.

Really bright and open Costa with all the usual features. This one has really good service and a clientele which is...what can I say ... NEAR professional at drinking coffee and chatting ...which makes it a really good place to do just that!

Nice tidy place with good service! Comfortable seating and good surrounding. Big windows let the light come in and makes the place bright.

I pop in here every so often on my way to and from work - I always find the staff pleasant and helpful, and the coffee is always good! Very sad to see it has closed down for now after the incident before Christmas, but would be great to see it up and running again!

Visited Costa with my family and found it to be expensive and not very interesting. The cakes were un-appetizing and a bit stale and the drinks were expensive. The staff were not particularly friendly and like all chains you are treated simply as a paying in and out customer. Felt no warmth from staff and I think £20 a bit steep for a tea coffee and some cakes, much nicer places in village.

Great clean venue. Always good service. Great drinks and the small selection of food is really good. One of the better Costas.

Pretty much what you would expect of Costa Coffee. We were visiting Quebec House (NT) down the road and were shocked to fine that the "cafe" had tea, coffee but no food. We went to Costa to find lunch and were very happy there. The staff were quick and efficient.

I visited Costa Coffee in Westerham on Sunday last. Imagine my disgust to see a dog a) being in the premises, b) being given a coffee from a saucer on the floor and then c) being held by its owners to the table to be given milk from a milk jug. Bringing my concerns to the attention of a member of staff she was quite dismissive and walked away. Needless to say I will not visit Costa again and have written to Environmental Health about this practice.

Really good cappucino for an even beter price. They have a nice selection of other beverages also, as well as cakes and sandwiches.

Finally Westerham has a lovely coffee shop in the village. The staff are friendly and very helpful. They do a range of things to eat. Very child and dog friendly. Staff will bring over your trays to your table if you have trouble carrying . Has easy access for pushchairs and disabled.I would highly recommend popping in and have a friendly welcome

We travel three miles to this Costa in Westerham almost every day--eventhough there is a Costa (franchise) in Oxted. In Oxted, one feels like he/she's lucky to get served. In Westerham the staff (especially Rafa) are both welcoming and personal. Zoe makes sure the décor is constantly refreshed--making it a pleasant challenge to decide where to sit. ...would be even better with either a better selection of music or lower volume right under some of the nicest seats!

Well located in the centre of Westerham, right on a busy junction. The coffee was fine and so was the long life cake (getting a bit tired) and the cafe is comfortable for a break in the day, but I would probably not rush back. Good to try somewhere else now and then.

We use Costas a lot (it is our default coffee place) and usually they are pretty good.This one also looked very good, nice location and service was excellent.Coffees were also of a high standard, however, the cakes fell short of the usual standards that we experience in Costa. We tried both the Victoria sponge and the Lemon Drizzle cake and both were dry and stale.We did change them, but the replacements were also stale.Shame, because otherwise it was very good.

Costa Coffee is our first choice for having a coffee and sandwich for lunch. On average we go once a week. We've ever only had one not so good experience. (That was at the Glades, Bromley some time ago where staff didn't seem to want to be there and the coffee was nowhere near its usual high standard).

Lots of cafés in Westerham but Costa seemed the best value for money. Very clean and the girls behind the counter were very friendly and helpful. It's nice you can sit outside although it suddenly got a bit windy and we went back inside. Crayons and books for the children too.

Coffee at Costa is great money and its great for family and friends to meet for drinks, also I recommend it to every one is into coffee.
