Nice coffee, standard Costa, some of the staff seemed a less stressed and it showed in their service though which is a shame - otherwise all good.

racist and patronising attitude from the female staff member with long dark hair, glasses and an eastern european accent. drinks are awful. grainy, lukewarm and overpriced.

The friendliest service of any Costa Coffee I’ve visited. The setting may be a little mundane, but the lovely staff always bring the place to life and ensure you’ll leave with a smile on your face!

Found this Costa by accident and it’s a fab one. The staff are always friendly and helpful and there is seating both in and outside . Parking right in the doorstep including disabled bays. The coffee is good along with the toasted sandwiches and muffins - oh those muffins. Definitely worth a visit

I would like a refund for this order as ordered 8 and had to leave for work at 9 still not here. When arrived my mum said to driver I had left now he apologised and said order came from Slough which shouldn't of happened as they don't normally deliver to our address goods was cold he said do a complaint as its not my thought or his its yourselves placing order there when shouldn't off

This branch of Costa has changed considerably since it first opened. The choice of food is much bigger. It's a tiny shop though, quite busy because of its location. Service recently was pretty basic though, staff was kind enough, but when they made me a drink I did not like (for the record - I only took one sip of it), they wouldn't simply remake it and made me pay for another one. Not good and not very welcoming.

What more can you want from a coffee shop? Friendly service. Hot snacks and coffee?

I never knew this branch existed until quite recently. This has become my go to coffee shop. I actually live closer to the town Costa, but the customer service and standard of coffee is much higher here. Really nice team working in the shop and everyone is welcoming. I’m particularly impressed with their attention to detail. Usually served by Kam who is super-friendly and helpful. Keep it up!

You can’t select over an hour and half waiting time!

Order was cold on arrival. Had to microwave my coffee!! Took far too long. 45 minutes plus! Could have event there twice and back!

didnt even want to put a star they were so rude and told us to be quite while we where having a coffee there was only 4 of us here and we got told to be quite how rude is that it was for our children as our kids are leaving the school so we all decided to go for a coffee afterwards the machines were louder then we're speaking I didn't think a coffee shop was a library I would never go there again if you paid me.

A lovely Costa shop had a lovely atmosphere to it service was great overall if I was in the area again would be back 👍

This place is full of life and the people behind the counter are so happy. Advising people good things to drink and eat. Love it.

Food was vile cold soggy smoothie was like diluted juice took hours to come

This use to be a good coffee shop but as of late the customer service is terrible and the drinks are definitely not worth the price. They spend most the time talking to each other while serving customers so you have to repeat yourself repeatedly as they are not paying attention or even looking at you as they take your order. As for the drinks they are very expensive so I would expect at least a pretty decent drink. It's hit and miss, sometimes the frappes are watery and tasteless with missing ingredients. And as for the coffee it can be pretty good but it seems like they aren't always changing the coffee used as somedays it's bitter and sour which I can hardly drink the amount of drinks I've had to throw because they taste so vile is crazy. I do tell them but it seems like they ain't taking it in as it literally happens again the next day. P.S probably gonna stop using and start making my own as this shop doesn't appreciate you and your money.

I ordered a cheese and tomato toastie which has gone so hard and hot chocolate which was cold.

It kept changing every few minutes my food was cold and hot Chocolate was cold as well not happy at all

Items made wrong, chocolate item put on top of hot food. Every time I order, this store messes it up!

It took and long time to delivery my order. The shop is only a 5min walk from me.

Such a great atmosphere and good coffee Back again on Sunday nothing changes except on occasion the staff. But the quality remains the same

Porridge made with hot milk, cold and too much milk so the contents were more drinkable than eatable. Americano with hot milk, also cold. All in all the poorest Costa I’ve visited, and I work away from home, so I use a lot.

Delivery took over an hour to arrive from ordering. The food and coffee were stone cold on arrival. The last order we placed with Cookham Costa had both food items missing on arrival, Justeat had to refund the items. Won't be ordering from Cookham Costa again!

its a new coffee shop for maidenhead. Smart and well appointed with the quality of costa coffee. I find it a bit noisy as its a bit stark on soft funishings. But there is free parking, great coffee other useful shops.... whats not to like really :-) Update: still good. Quite popular in the local area but always a table available.

I ordered and paid for a medium and large latte and received two mediums. This is the second time in two weeks a mistake has been made to my cost.

Could have been a bit quicker but food was good and warm.

I'm about to put a refund request in for this order. Normally this supplier is of reasonable quality, however on this occasion the food arrived swimming in coffee, so not only have we lost our drinks, the food has been ruined by being soaked in the coffee. Either the driver decided he was Max Verstappen, or the people at Costa decided that the liaison between lid and cup was a suggestion rather than a necessity. This has been occurring more often.

I ordered Marshmallow with my Hot Chocolate and I didn't get them, very disappointed.

Coffee's had spilt over the food and arrived about 20 minutes later than originally confirmed. I dont think this was the drivers fault as Costa had not sealed the cups like they usually do.

The coffee was completely un-drinkable. Watery, didn’t taste like it had any coffee in it

It would be helpful if the drinks were labelled as we had a big order and some had allergens.

Worst customer service from Paulina, went today in the morning with baby and she was talking so fast and rude, she charged me for babycino not saying its not free. When i asked her questions she was sweeping the floor and made face like doesnt hear me, such a bad experience because of her

This restaurant gives all Costa’s a bad name when it comes to delivery. They don’t follow delivery instructions. Pathetic if you ask me. If I want a costa in future, I’ll go out and get one. I won’t be ordering from here again. Especially as this isn’t the first time this has happened.

Why don't you update your opening times? Google says closing at 00:00 and you chilling from 6pm...

Staff are friendly and efficient. The coffee is lovely, plenty of choices. If you have a sweet tooth like me you’ll love the frappes and hot chocolates!

Of all the Costa coffee's I have been to this one has the most friendliest staff who literally fall over themselves to give you a fantastic coffee experience. I visit regularly and really enjoy the caffeinated beverages

This Costa is in a shopping precinct on the edge of a housing estate. Seems a strange place but it is very popular. My first tiem here and it was busy but there was a table free. Typical Costa fare, ligth snacks and of course, coffee. Friendly staff, efficient service.

A good option if you want to pop out for a quick coffee - plentiful free parking right outside makes it a more convenient option than town or, worse still, Bishops Park. Staff are really friendly here and kids are very welcome.
