Costa Coffee in Tunbridge Wells

The coffee and snacks are of a very good Costa standard and the staff are friendly and chatty. Although there is seating outside, it's good to be able to sit inside again. There's plenty of tables and a decent distance between them.

Costa Coffee serves a good cup of take-away coffee and it is Covid safe. As you walk in the door hand sanisitiser is available and, on the floor, there is a clearly marked one way system and where to stand to place, and pay for, your order.

The coffee was up to the usual good Costa standard and served quickly by friendly staff. Also well marked out for Covid; social distancing marks and a clearly marked one-way system. Hand sanitiser also available as you walk in.

Up to Costa's usual good standard for tasty coffee. The staff are very friendly, chatty and helpful. There's pleny of seating, both inside and outside, and the atmosphere is nice and cosy.

I come in here almost every day and find a couple of the reviews here difficult to believe. The staff could not be more friendly and helpful. The products are exactly what you get in any Costa. The atmosphere is cosy but you are not packed in like some shops.

Visited with my sister. We were spending time in the area before heading to the Bedgebury light trail. What a great find this was. Fast, friendly service, relaxed atmosphere and perfect hot drinks. Well worth a visit.

Nasty coffee not much more to say really... Expensive cold tasteless coffee .A flat white in my mind should be robust and strong in coffee flavour taste of coffee not mulled warm milk

Unfortunately overheard the staff slating their regular customers whilst on my visit here. Also on the 2 occasions I came was served by a very rude female staff member with a great deal of attitude. When I asked for my drink to be warmed up (as it was not hot) she did not apologise, or even speak to me. Don't recommend visiting here as staff members definitely require some extra training. Am a great Costa fan but this store is not great.

If you are shopping or just walking round town, then this is a good place to drop in for a coffee. The service, whether it be for in the establishment or take-away, is quick and friendly. They even have Gluten Free treats. My wife is Glute Free so she can have a snack with her coffee.
