Costa Coffee in Chorley

Excellent quality service by all, even helping disabled customers to carry items to the table without being asked. Highly recommended. Well done Costa Chorley ☺

coffees turned up with a friendly driver.when unwrapping the bag I noticed it did not look right.dark thin liquid coffee at bottom & tasted awful.we go to costa alot & always have the coffee frappe. on this occassion it went down the sink. £13.75 down the drain.wont be ordering again.

Asked for a hot chocolate with cream and marshmallows and didn’t get any cream because I didn’t pay on card?

Lovely place for a quiet coffee and chat

I got my order about 45 minutes after placing it - one coffee, one pastry and a muffin at a location five minutes away. Not the driver's fault! Costa took a very long time to prepare the order. From my understanding the driver was waiting at Costa for a long time. It shouldn't take the most part of an hour to get coffee :( I ordered it for my morning overtime at my workplace and it was nearly time to open to the public when my breakfast came. And the croissant was stale. Sorry:(

Very kind polite ladies working the counter this morning lovely welcome at 8:30am and even being so patient with two customers being rude and starting an argument very early in the morning for no reason dealt with it so well. Best mango and passion fruit cooler drink :)

I’m so happy to have found a welcoming place to stop for delicious coffee at a weekend rather than another establishment close by that’s run by angry obnoxious managers. This place feels comfortable and safe and very affordable too. Happy staff that were chatty and seemed to run as a team.

Ordered online and over an hour later still waiting. Taking p*** and no contact number to ring them. Only ordered a coffee, toastie and cake!

Really disappointed one item not received and no way to contact Costa. Unfortunately a refund on the item doesn’t really cover the disappointment + delivery charge

Can’t get an order correct. Completely wrong coffee. Ordered one got charged for 2. The girl that works in there with no neck is obnoxious and rude. After taking my order wrong she proceeded to talk about me to the other girl at the counter. Rubbish customer service and very rude

Panini and a (very) large latte. Both prepared quickly, hot and very much enjoyed!

Whilst what I received was good I didn’t get everything I ordered so had to action a refund for the missing ones.

Wouldn't give them the time of day these days they're very expensive and don't give anything back to the customer in return I wouldn't make a special trip out to save this business you'd have to spend 50 quid on coffee to get 5 quid back terrible

A pleasant Costa cafe right in the heart of Chorley

Lovely place to meet up with friends and have a coffee or two. Staff are always friendly and constantly have a smile on their faces

My first time visiting here and seriously guys I've had the best experience of the year compared to anywhere else. Destiny served me and my friends with a smile and a warm welcome. The service was very quick and efficient and her presentation when serving my hot drinks and sweet dessert was perfection. For a rainy day nothing else beats having the best service from someone who shows me she loves her work with a passion. There was only 1 server, so quite a wait to be served. Loyalty awards now not as good. Coffee is quite expensive, so., don't visit as often

Only got half the order and the driver can’t help waste of money

Ordered nearly two hours ago and the drink is nothing but slush and I’m missing my cake. Beyond furious.

I had a Popcorn Frappe,im sorry but it just wasn't worth the £4:30 that i paid for it,id rather have had the my usual a medium skinny Latte,it was very nice but not worth what i paid for it

It is convenient as near work so good for group meetings with colleagues but always a disappointing visit . Dirty and cluttered tables, long queues, poor choice of food.

Food and drink absolutely freezing. Not worth the money paid. Food and drinks should not be made until the driver is assigned. Very poor service.

Not a good visit. No toilets available. Drinks were cold by the time I'd found and used a toilet at the bottom of the market.

Nice place for a quick break while visiting Chorley market.

We visit this Costa Coffee occasionally when venturing into town to do some shopping. Pippa usually grabs a Mocha or Americano with a Raspberry & Almond Bake, and I usually grab an English Tea with a GIANT Custard Cream - YUM! Could do with more seating, but outside of that no complaints.

Ordered cheese and tomato toastie as I’m vegetarian and got sent ham and cheese . My mum ordered a Bacon Bap and that came burnt and rock solid .
