I love coffee ☕️ so i love costa 😆

They now allow dogs in Costa it put slot of people off 🫤

I don't eat here & it's not my most local Costa - I work from home but sometimes enjoy a short drive for a break & a brew & this Costa is my go-to. Lovely staff & always a great brew 👍.

Delivery was fast and great but food was cold and drinks were missing items and not what I asked for coffee was that strong I couldn’t drink big disappointment

This place doesn’t close till 1900 hrs but most of the seat were blocked off and everyone was push down to one end according to the staff cleaned ready for closing that was at 1530hrs not good at all. When I go in Costa I like to sit where I like not to be told where I can and can’t sit the staff were very rude as well this was at the Heanor Costa

I really hate to be so negative, but the experience was absolutely disgusting, toilets were out of order, limited choice on cakes, and what was available were stale. I will not be visiting again. We are talking about an expensive treat, which was to all intent and purpose not value for money at all.

Went for a drink with a colleague. Enjoyed the service and atmosphere.

Not sure what the drink was called but it was raspberry with little jelly bits in. Cream on top... it was delicious!

usually have no problems but today I ordered 2 cheese tomato toasties one of them was hard like rock u can use it as hammer hard and burned won't be ordering again I pay money for good food not burned food waste of money u let me down

A bit expensive I'm afraid, but nice to treat yourself to a decent cup of coffee now and again. The staff serving were very nice, polite and always smiling.. Parking was a bit of a nightmare though and Costa itself was packed out, so we had to wait a few minutes to get seated (just 2 of us) and the noise of the crowd because of this was somewhat overbearing. It felt rather like being in a rowdy pub. So unless this place is less crowed, I will stick to places closer to my home and a lot, lot quieter.

Friendly place, could do with a bit of a refurbish. Brightening up a bit. Very organised.

Delivery was prompt and food was nice, the coffee however was not up to standards of other Costa, very bitter not enjoyable at all

Nice little spot for morning coffee. Staff here very friendly and service was quick. Coffee as expected too. Nice and clean place too. The location is great, right near the shops so coffee hit welcome. But the view of the countryside is quite a nice break from the busy shops.

Not much to choose from if milk is a problem. Toilet was out of order and there was a queue for the only other disabled one. Very noisy. Coffee good as always and soya milk available.

Extra mash mellows were not included even though I payed extra for it and I wasn’t given a straw for my drink.

Didn’t know where he was going, even tho we gave very clear instructions. Threw the bag at us which caused the drink to spill all into the bag

took 1hr 20 mins from ordering to arrive, kept saying struggling to find drivers and food will be prepared when driver assigned. food arrived cold and drinks just warm not hot. second time in a row this has happened.

Been over 50 mins then got my delivery. Sausage roll/bap was all to one side so was a squashed roll … cold drink was a little mess. Delivery was long

Ordered at 8:37, estimated delivery for 9 which was expected and fine! Costa is very local to me (5min walk) but I had a teams call to attend so couldn’t leave the house. The estimated time started getting later and later. Arrived at 9:30- Food tepid temperature to say it’s not a far distance away, guessing the order was sat waiting for a while before picking up. Not worth the money I paid for this order.

I go frequently with my kid for breakfast, relaxed atmosphere, outdoor seating, wide doorframe for wheelchair access and the staff are friendly. You can park right out front, there's a 90 minute stay in the carpark.

Coffee always good. Cakes are nice. Only thing the tables are not cleared quickly when the cafe is busy and toilets not always clean. Sometimes there is a wait to be served. They would of got my drink wrong last time I visited if I hadnt been watching.

Just received my order to open it to find my hot chocolate has leaked all over the food and I’ve ended up scalding my hand due to the cup being crushed and leaking everywhere! Not happy at all

Although we have a closer Costa we always use this one as the staff are friendly, plenty of room for wheelchairs, cosy atmosphere for a chain coffee shop.

Really like this Costa Coffee store! The staff is always lovely, the store is always clean and fully stocked, well presented food options and there is plenty of free parking outside the store (subject to a maximum time duration).

Good Costa shop, used my free coffee and thoroughly enjoyed it. Excellent airconditioned restsurant/coffee shop. Toilets were clean and easily accessible even for disabled customers like my wife.

Its was fairly busy but my order didn't take long and i felt guilty about my order coming before others in the queue.

The staff are helpful also there drinks are lovely and so is there food

Unfortunately arrived as the coffee machine had broken, so only tea and cold drinks were available, not what you want in Costa coffee !!

This is a fairly new Costa, well furbished and a nice place to drink in. Lots of choice for hot and cold drinks as well as sandwiches and cakes which are very nice if a little expensive since joining up with m and s. Only real issue here is the seating area and the cake selection is often limited well before the store is actually due to close.

Popped in for my free birthday cake treat and had lunch too, staff were really helpful and brought everything over to the table for me because I use a walking aid and can't hold the tray myself.

Heanor Costa. Pity staff not wearing masks especially when walking around collecting crocks etc. Considering how full it was with customers.

Called in with daughter for a gingerbread latte was really nice, comfortable chair and relaxing time

Coffee was as expected. Queue was rather large as staff were discussing other people's leave requests and being disgruntled. The man Barista was exactly half as fast as his female colleague, for every one he did, she did two. He was most upset about the leave situation though so only to be expected really.

I always enjoy going here. Staff are always lovely and I've never had any issues in here. Costa have been inconsistent lately with the quality in general of the drinks however this costa is always very consistent.

I like to pop in here, every now and again, as a sneeky "treat yourself" day. And every visit, I leave feeling satisfied with 0 faults. Staff are always super friendly and happy to serve you! They're quick and efficient, and constantly on top with their cleaning!

I had the vanilla latte, my partner had a red summer berry fruit cooler. Mine was tasteless and bland, didn't enjoy it, couldn't even taste the vanilla syrup. As for the red summer berry fruit cooler she describes it as full of flavour, delicious and so cool it gave her brain freeze. We also ate food, I had a hot breakfast wrap whilst my partner had a chocolate twist. Both were tasty but the breakfast wrap was a very small portion size. My biggest headache is the price structure, its so expensive for what you get, all-in-all it was over £15 so I won't be rushing back anytime soon

Nice place nice coffee service very slow and therefore not that many in ,most Costas are slow some slower than others .They just might make a bit more monies if they were faster.

I visited here for the first time on Thursday. I brought my daughter in with me and as soon as I walked in, the girls working were amazing. Exceptional service, very polite and friendly. The tables were very clean. One lady brought my daughter a colouring sheet over and some crayons which I thought was lovely. Highly recommend this Costa. The girls here are a credit to the Costa name. More of these types of Costa please!!

It's costa it's coffee you can make at home for a fraction of the price but we still go costa for expensive coffee 🤔
