Costa Coffee in Glasgow City

We visit here often and the staff are lovely - always offer to bring over my coffee and whatever else we have ordered. I actually take my toddler here because they’re so friendly and relaxed. This is definitely a diamond of a Costa.

Muy mal servicio y personal grosero. Pedí una bebida pequeña y me cobraron por una bebida mediana y cuando le dije al personal, se enojaron y no la cambiaron. No me siento bienvenido allí.

Vengo aquí cada sábado por la mañana y es una excelente manera de comenzar el día. Excelente café y el personal aquí siempre es muy amable y encantador. ! Quisiera agradecer a Annelouise, que me sirvió esta mañana el 10/10 de servicio al cliente. ¡Volveré pronto!

Ambiente encantador debido al diseño de la cafetería y al hecho de que no es tan grande como algunos de los Costas. Gran selección de productos y personal servicial. Café relajante al final de la mañana con la familia

El personal es increíble y este es el lugar perfecto para tener una gran selección de cafés. Hay especiales de desayuno y almuerzo. Por ejemplo, 1 descuento si compra un café y un desayuno. Un montón de asientos, periódicos e incluso mesas afuera. Está en una excelente ubicación en Baillieston.

This is a great place to meet and enjoy great coffee, always clean with friendly staff. Parking is easy and the toilets are spotless

I've been coming to this Costa for a while now and it's firmly become my favourite by far. The staff are brilliant, very fast in serving and always a friendly welcome which sadly in this day and age is becoming a rarity. You can sit outside in the nice weather and inside is very comfortable with extremely clean toilet facilities. I wish the other coffee shops would take heed of how a Coffee shop should be run. This outlet feels like a village cafe rather than a corporate run chain. Well done guys!
