Went to collect a Surprise Bag - time for pick up was between 6 - 6:55 pm. Arrived at 6: 40 to find doors locked, no one even looked at me, so I drove round to the drive through where not one member of staff manned the ordering kiosk. The app pinged and told me the order had been collected - they clearly could not be arsed to open the doors so clicked the "collected" button! Absolute joke. Closing time clearly states 7 pm.

Absolutely disappointing that I put an order though via uber eats not only did i not get my order that cost me nearly 30 pounds but someone else's order which was no good me yet uber eats thinks ok to refund me just over a pound i will not be using either again

This is the best Costa around, everyone is so friendly and helpful, It has such a lovely vibe here.

Been here a few times now, the drive thru can be a little slow at times even taking into account that the coffee is made to order it’s still slow compared to other Costa drive thru’s I use. Staff friendly and helpful. Be aware that if you use your Costa Card or App the beans don’t always appear in your account. Despite having a receipt and talking to them about three visits/beans that were missing they just said “Take it up with Costa direct not us, we don’t deal with reward issues”. Funny how Costa told me the outlet isn’t operating the till properly which is why my visits aren’t showing on my account. The signage needs a bit of a rethink as it does little to promote the corporate image they want when everyone using the drive thru is greeted by a sign that looks a little controversial ( see photo). This place has been open long enough to get it right, but still isn’t when it comes to waiting times and customer rewards.

First time to use. Popped up my deliveroo, but i am not paying £6 for delivery. Served by a lovely young man who knew practically every dish by heart, he was very helpful when we struggled to locate items. Food was good, however I hate duck on the bone and that's how they do it here and it was overly dry and crunchy. I'm so used to it coming off the bone now I forgot to ask. Their spicy smoked chicken is amazing as is the chilli beef. The starter for 2 is stingy on the prawn toast only giving 2 where as most give 4. Definitely go back again but not for duck. Atmosphere was a 2 purely because those poor fish need something in their tank as a stimulus! A plant at least, plus they need cleaning shrimp or a sucker fish to clean it!

The chow mein had a weird Smokey taste with the chicken being rubbery and dry. The chips were soggy and undercooked. Chicken balls were pink and prawn crackers were stale. DONT BOTHER

The East Malling Centre, Chapman WayThe East Malling Centre has been absolutely fantastic since I have been attending. Their service to the general public is amazing and I am so glad that I have found them and been able to use their wonderful services. Julie who runs the pantry is such a kind hearted, thoughtful lady who goes above and beyond to help you with your community shop. Katherine is absolutely fantastic, she has been such a huge support to myself and my family and I am so very glad to have her in my life. You are made to feel so welcome and comfortable when you attend anything here at the community center which is what makes them stand out so much from the rest. Thank you so very much for all your support and help to everyone that attends the center, especially all of the help and support you have given me and my family Constance xx

Larkfield Priory Hotel, 802 London RoadLovely gift friendly service and the cream tea was delicious all very clean and across the road was a park so we did a walk as well
