Costa coffee in Sheffield

I was served by a miserable guy, bright green long sorts who does NOT no how to coffee. I have served by this guy before and he doesn’t have any respect for CUSTOMERS, other staff or himself. Personally how gets away with such a poor attitude, I don’t know.

A very friendly atmosphere of both staff and customers. Merry but not to loud. Coffee was excellent both times and the staff were extremely helpful and very friendly, attentive and efficient

An excellent place to meet up for a chat for social or work purposes. We sat in the window in the sun sorting some issues enjoying a good coffee.

It would be nice to a) be asked if you want milk in your tea and b) maybe serve milk separately. Even after asking for half the drink to be poured out and topped with hot water there was far too much milk for our personal taste A disappointing visit of weak coffee ( despite the extra shot) and undrinkable tea despite the attempt to improve it. And a grubby table which, given the recent pandemic, should be something that is kept on top of in EVERY hospitality establishment.

It was a hot day in June, we went in just before 7pm fir a cold coffee (the store closes at 8pm) The staff member in the pony tail whinged loud enough for customers to hear him upon seeing more customers coming in. “Unbelievable!” He said to his colleague then saying something about how they won’t finish on time even though it was still an hour till closing. He was very rude when taking orders, got very flippant telling people there would be a wait for cold drinks. We felt very uncomfortable and made to feel that we were an inconvenience there to make his life so difficult. I will never go to this costas again. Would suggest you go to the one inside Next, the staff are much more professional.
