Costa Coffee in Runnymede

The washrooms are a disgrace requiring immediate repair, missing flush panel for over 7 weeks and a broken seat. Staff also upset that not repaired

Very slow compared to other costa shops been twice walked out both occasions Never more than one person serving the product sells itself same as the sandwiches and the cakes just need to speed up a bit

Always clean and tidy.Staff are friendly and helpful.

A great spot as opens super early during the week, meaning I can grab a quick coffee before work. Staff are always super friendly too.

Always great service here and a warm welcome! There is free parking outside. It can get busy but there is also a big carpark

Drop in here occasionally, usually Sunday . Always relaxing, friendly and clean...then today popped in for urgent coffee and egg roll. I have obvious wounds at present including hands and mouth so without me asking the gent serving opened my ketchup sachets and put it in the roll. He then offered me cutlery to make eating roll easier. What a star. Thank you 😊

Not the best costa all my friends and family try to avoid this costa because a lot of the time they don't seem to make the drinks right. coffee is bitter and once ordered a white hot chocolate to be basically served unflavoured burnt milk.

Unfortunately there was a miscommunication about the place not being a fullservice coffeeroom. Then she didn't respond very nicely to us when we ordered.

Ideal for a short and nice break after hiking. Especially Pinky, Lance and the whole other team are very friendly. Their Cortado is very lovely.

I visit this Costa most mornings as I work just around the corner from it. These guys are amazing. The staff are the ones who make this store what it is. You always get a very warm welcome, the service is excellent and the staff are incredible. Keep up the good work and thank you.

Quiet coffe shop serving light bites. Some vegan offerings available. Very helpful, friendly staff. Usual Costa sticky tables and stained chairs but ok for a quick coffee stop.

UPDATE, today I thought I would return 5th November but its worse, que out of door people leaving unable to wait. You need to sort ASAP as it's loosing £100. Manager needed urgently...... Absolutely terrible. Badly run and managed. Shutting the door to customers at 4pm because of no staff!!!. Maybe employ some so not to lose the customers going home after there day at work

Más bien parecía McDonald's coffee shop. Comida rápida. En fin...espero mejores con el tiempo. Buen día.

I would prefer my coffee to be fuller than this when I buy a large coffee. Order ahead system not working at the moment, and small queuing area makes for slow service.

Always love a Costa, just wish they had outdoors seating.

People in Virginia Water think they are above catching Covid. Not much social distancing going on in the shop. Not an experience I will be repeating.

This store is always clean and the staff are very welcoming. There is a slight issue with the app as the machine in store is switched off for app orders 30 minutes before the store closes. When it is turned off it apparently cancels any open orders, which seems a strange design. Hopefully they will work out a process that honours existing orders when the machine is turned off.

Very slow service, tables were not cleared, so had to clear myself...not great under current circumstances. Ordered drinks for 5, paid, then told we weren't allowed to move chairs to accommodate all in our group. Not great.

Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Clean and tidy coffeeshop.

The opening hours on the Costa website are wrong, it says until 5.30pm and it actually closes at 5pm. I specifically looked it up to check and it was clearly 5.30pm online. Google times even more inaccurate.

Just like any other Costa really, apart from the fact there was very little choice of sandwiches, wraps etc. Coffee was good as ever though!

The Virginia Water Costa is my fave Costa. They get my drink spot on (so many Costas dont) and they're really friendly.

The staff are always amazing and coffee is great here too (if not best of all Costas). It's only a Wifi that's missing as there's no phone signal

Absolutely brilliant .. as with the rail services disrupted and all the buses stopping here they were well under pressure with the extra business..coped very well with a smile

Really happy that Costa is now in Virginia Water. Great Coffee, tasty cakes and sandwiches. Friendly staff. Also very convenient for Harvestime Church and the train Station both which are very close by.
