Went there for the first time and it was worth it… I was served by very beautiful and friendly lady named Deval.. She was really professional and positive with us.. the best food item was blueberry muffins recommended by Deval… Definitely gonna be a regular customer here.. 👍🏻

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Costa cafe in North Acton and I must say it was an absolute delight. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service from the staff. Their baristas are real experts who prepare each drink with precision and care. But what really makes this cafe stand out is the amazing team behind it: Mrs. MARTA, Mrs. KASIA, NELA AND KONSTANTINA (MY FAVORITE). I adore her. The staff are not only friendly and welcoming, but also extremely attentive to the needs of their customers. It's obvious that they take pride in their work and strive to provide every visitor with an unforgettable experience. Overall, I wholeheartedly LOVE Costa North Acton CAFE. Used to be so good. Now drivers tend to sit around for 20 mins so you get really nasty cold food and coffee. Not sure what has changed.

All the staff were very nice, smiley and looked happy in their job - So refreshing to see! A lovely atmosphere in the North Acton branch - My drink was truly delicious and I love the Ginger Bread Man Biscuit - Thank you for being so delightful and friendly!

Almost every day I get a coffee from this Costa Coffee shop and the ladies in the morning shifts are amazing, fast and the best customer service . They are always friendly and smile. Kasia is absolutely professional and kind.

This is my local Costa Coffee and the staff have always been very welcoming and friendly, even remembering my drink order! Love coming here for a morning pick me up :)

Poor service, staff must be trained.

Not been back since they asked me for my email address during covid, refused to serve me unless I disclosed this. This is not acceptable. I had ID. I used to like their coffees, sandwiches and cakes but they have lost a good customer for ever.

I come to Costa very often as I like the vibe. It is usually quiet enough to get work done. Noones voice too loud. Except. One. Lady. The manager ( I believe her name is Martha). Her voice is always breaking the sound barrier whether she is talking to a customer or screaming at another poor worker. As a regular customer I would expect as a minimum to be smiled at or greeted normally. However she will always give me a dirty look and attitude when I am placing my order. I have absolutely done nothing to offend her so either she is racist or just doesn't know the basics of working in hospitality. I have spoken with a friend and he also agrees with me on all these points and have experienced the same things. Some days i manage to avoid her (always good days :DD) Other than her the other workers are all nice. In terms of the drinks.. the taste of my drink changes every time I order it but its costa so i dont expect much lmfao

Not always the greatest of experiences..I go once a week normally around 7.20am, as others have said, they are very busy chatting to each other and not focused to the customer, to the point they literally forgot my order. Quiet frustrating

Presented beautifully and tasted amazing. Great way to start of my day. Ordered a ghost biscuit as it was on the menu. When we got the order there was a hand written note from the staff stating they didn’t have any and that they had replaced it with a gingerbread santa. Super sweet and happy that they did this. Note was super lovely.

I am used to order breakfast from this branch. But today’s experience was really bad. I ordered mac n cheese and toastie, the mac n cheese was put inside the bag on its side, so when arrived it was completely destroyed. That was really unprofessional packaging.

I’m not happy today, sugar was not sent to me and I have included in my order, also no wooden stirrer sent too and medium latte was 2 finger less from the top of the cup.

Very happy with my order, not split despite being hot coffee! Will for sure be ordering again. Thank you!

got 1 of 2 drinks wrong, panini was the only food ordered and it wasn’t toasted. two female baristas were very erratic and seemed stressed despite the shop not being busy and so they did not pay attention to the order hence getting it wrong. not worth the money paid and very disappointing.

I ordered americano white with milk and they gave me americano black and the delivery man spilled it and brought me half cup

What a brilliant and clean store … I have just gone in to order a Vodaphone free Friday coffee offer, Sandra greeted me well and her colleague was making sure the store and the toilet are fully clean … really happy with my visit and how the store is clean and nice and how Sandra helped with explaining that I have to pay just 10 p extra … North Acton costa is a great and calm place to drink coffee at … well done….. Biggest costa promotion in history, all shops opening up, loads of workers near by, and STILL closed. Not that the app know about it. Or Google maps.

The new hazelnut almond coffee tastes like burnt plastic with an aftertaste of chemical substances of tires. The audacity serving that to people and charging 3.60 for it.

Tricky staff. They steal money on your payment if you don't ask for receipt. Definitely check your receipt. Coffee is not very good either.

I have been here many times over the years and I am quite satisfied, although I preferred it before the recent refit when it had some nice pottery items on display. When I visited yesterday it was particularly enjoyable as it was the day that lock down officially ended. I was delighted with the coffee (a cappuccino with special roast) and cake but it was a bit noisy where I was sitting. This was due to faulty air conditioning and it detracted from the nice music.

Ordered through ubereats and the order came great! The staff also left a sweet note which was greatly appreciated! Thank you so much for all you do! ❤️

There is no other way to say it but that "the stuff who work here are just plainly rude". As I was standing and looking at the menu the brista started calling me hello hello hello, therefore I looked at her and tried to order but she look me dead in the eye n keep saying hello hello hello. Maybe I bothered her by looking at the menu too long, perhaps she just plainly don't like me for being Asian, perhaps. I got my drink sit down n asked for a WiFi pass to another lady , this lady plainly look at me in very dislike looks toward me. Called out "Hello WiFi" then gave me the pass. Through out the time here I felt very unwelcome. Even tho this place is close to my new house I won't be coming back here anysoon. On the good side tho place was very clean n service was fast. No hate toward the stuff or anything but this place is definitely not a welcoming place ☺️

The staff were not wearing masks. I started using the loyalty app and I had earnt my first free coffee and they said the coffee I ordered cost over my free coffee allowance which was fine I said I was happy to pay any extra and they said no it doesnt work like that. I love Costa coffee but this experience was pretty unpleasant, and will not be back.

Friendly and helpful staff. The coffee was presented beautifully just as you would expect from Costa. Good Covid-19 precautions are in place. Only disappointing thing was that I couldn't connect to the wifi.
