Well, it's a BrewDog. Almost enough said. Beer range was great as you'd expect though the guests seemed underdone (and had been messed up on the electronic board so none of them could be read - fine online though). I actually came here for some food, which was fine, although it is likely that I'd have gravitated in this direction anyway. Staff seemed cheery and helpful. It was a Friday evening but, whilst busy, it was thankfully not packed. Recommended if you like the pattern.

Our go to place when we do a social as a group of friends. Amazing food, atmosphere, service and location. The wings are 100/10 and would heavily recommend

I’m a relative newcomer to Brewdog, but love the beer, the friendly staff & the chilled vibe but, tbh after tonight not sure I’ll be back. Maybe that’s a good thing as I was coming way too often! I was treated with quite shocking disrespect by a barman. Spoke to the very nice manager about it, but the damage has been done. What a shame!

Food and drink a and place are great. But the fact that the card machine asks you to tip before you have had a chance to drink or eat puts me off.

I actually love this place. Perfect place to meet with friends or even on your own to drink your sorrows away!! They have a good selection of drinks on tap and also a good food menu that you can dine or just nibble on (the food, not the actual menu). Don't be shy to ask for samples to find your favourite. They run offers on food on specific days, so if that's what you're into then check their website to decide when to go.

Well. What a fab place! The Staff make this warm and cosy Pub. Always friendly, despite on occasions being rushed off their feet. All the staff are very knowledgeable about the wonderful array of beers, wines and spirits. I can definitely recommend the food, particularly the "Wings" I can actually say it's like a second home. Would recommend visiting this Pub/Eatery. Thankyou to all @brewdogealing. And I wish you the warmest and peaceful Christmas 🎄 🙏

Super slow service, seemed to be prioritising all the deliveroo/Uber Eats orders instead of ours. Nothing rectified as a result despite waiting ages. Seems to be consistent when coming here in terms of poor and slow service. Not the first time this has happened.

I have been to this venue numerous times before. However, this time the food was below standards. The beef burgers were soaked and dripping in oil. My whole plate was full of oil. The hassle bank Potatos were over cooked and extremely hard.

By far the best Brewdog I've been to. The food has been the best presented, shows whoever works in the kitchen really care. The service have been good, there have been 3 mistakes but they have been resolved. Other than that, we really enjoyed our time and the cosy atmosphere.

This cozy restaurant is located on Ealing Broadway and is very easy to find, just about a 10mins walk from the underground station. The atmosphere is fantastic, featuring a bar counter and a fireplace, which makes it very cozy, especially on cold days. Sitting near the heater was really comfortable! The staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the different types of beers. Besides the mac & cheese, everything else was quite good. I’ll definitely come back to try more dishes!

I am not giving the 5 stars as they gave me margarita from a can and it taste super bad, but the beers and attention good

We visited our local BrewDog for the second time, hoping to recreate the great experience we had during our first visit. This time, we ordered two burgers: the Buffalo and the Cluck Norris, accompanied by two sides. The sides were just as excellent as before, but unfortunately, the chicken in the burgers was very disappointing. Despite being coated in breadcrumbs and sauce, it was immediately clear from the first bite that the chicken was not fresh. For a place that charges premium prices, this felt unacceptable. While using subpar ingredients might cut costs and reduce waste, it risks compromising the overall experience and long-term customer loyalty. Initially, we thought we’d found a spot we could confidently bring friends to or drop by regularly, but this visit has made us reconsider. On a positive note, the beer and sides remain excellent, but the quality of the mains—especially the freshness of the chicken—needs improvement.

Love the fireplace which is the centrepiece of the pub. It is really cosy on a cold winter day.

50% student discount on Sundays is such a good deal! They have amazing wings & desserts (which you could win for free if you play Rock, Paper, Scissors with your waiter).

The Guava IPA was a standout—fruity & refreshing. The buffalo wings were amazing too—crispy, tangy, and just the right amount of spice. The combo of the wings and IPA hit the spot. Definitely recommend for a casual hangout with great beer and bites!

It won’t let me unclick food - I ate no food here. Anyway this is a nice new type of pub new venture away from old pub style and quite a good effort but the pubs scene and circuit and scene is still dying especially music pubs, that said I quite enjoy it here sometimes and it’s a bit different. .

Out of all the Brewdog venues I have been to this place has the absolute worst service with rude staff. -------------------- PS editing above review further because of the response from Brewdog below which I feel did not provide proper context. Firstly, with regards to outside food - on Saturdays we have seen people in the outdoor Brewdog section eating from the food stalls and ordering beer and that was allowed - which is what we did. We ordered beers as well. A sudden downpour started so we we came in and were just finishing up. We were told rudely to eat outside in the rain. We requested for few minutes to finish up (we had a few bites left and 2 glasses of beer) and also mentioned that we are regular customers and would never come in with outside food if not for the sudden downpour. The attitude from Brewdog staff was condescending. Secondly, my initial review was generic - not specific to this incident. We have come in the past and staff have been rude on several different occasions. This incident just prompted me to post this review. We used to go to Brewdog in Merchant Square before and never had any issues.

Came here for Wings Wednesday and it was amazing!! Food was amazing and staff was super lovely. Will definitely be coming again with my friends !!!

I love the selection of beers, especially the fridge as there is always something interesting to try! The staff is great and very knowledgeable, always helpful. Glad we have a local spot for all occasions!

Had a really good time! The General Manager was brilliant and she made some really good recommendations for both food and Beer which my Dad and i loved!

Two friends and I met on Wednesday for bottomless wings. The buffalo wings were just okay, but not piping hot. The Korean wings were awful, over battered, luke warm and wet from what tasted like soya sauce. Servers standing around, talking as there were only three tables sat. Yet we had to get up to ask for drinks. The free dessert, won from rock.paper.scissors was frozen and inedible. Maybe a good place to drink, but not the food.

Went in for lunch as there got the unlimited Wings on Wednesday. Foods was bad, the vegan wings were rock hard that can’t be eaten at all!!! Cauliflower was greasy and over battered, tasteless. Wings were over battered and like left over from yesterday, absolutely bad. Will never go back even for free!!!

Went for the ticketed event for the euros final. They didn't even put a giant screen. Ridiculously priced and fooled us as it wasn't worthy of being a ticketed event.

Came here for unlimited wing Wednesday. Wings were terrible! The batter coating was terrible and flavour of the wings. Dripped in oil and no freshness to the wing. Mac and cheese was watery and tasteless I spent £60 in total and left completely unsatisfied

A nice local joint for good variety of drinks. Enjoyed our lager and ale. Buffalo wings definitely had a kick. We also tried the fried Oreo for dessert which was quite nice but unfortunately, it took over 40 minutes to be served.

Chilled with friends and enjoyed a lovely lunch. Will definitely be back here! x

Came here for fathers day with my wife and son, I was looking forward to it all week. You have no idea how much we love Brewdog, I almost exclusively only drink your drinks. I have been a fan of your brand for years (not even joking!) Anyways, to the point, we arrived and wanted a table outside. We found a table. It had stuff on it from a previous customer. We asked for someone to clear the table. A young man came out (they wouldn't give me his name, explain later. Looked like a skaterboy wannabe). He begins clearing the table, and then tells my wife she can't drink a drink from another establishment at Brewdog (she had a small drink from Gails). This is fine, but she had less than one mouthful left. So I say don't worry, we're here to drink Brewdog she's getting rid of her other drink its basically finished. He then points to an area outside and says "you can go and drink your drink over there" in a patronising and abrupt way! Totally unexpected! So I say "there is no need to be rude, I told you she's basically finished already its not an issue she's getting rid of it!" Then he says "CALM DOWN MATE!!!' Now, I don't know what this guys issue was with us, but I guess he's the type to tell brown people to sit at the back of the bus. I have never been spoken to by anyone like this. It was unprovoked, abusive, rude and uncalled for. I asked for a manager, he dragged his feet. So I went inside and asked someone else for a manager. The manager was on a break but she arrived after a few minutes. Her name was Paula. I explained the situation to Paula, and she started making excuses for the guy, saying "we have been very busy this weekend, maybe he is stressed". HOW is that my problem? If he can't handle the stress of working on a weekend when they are busy, don't go taking it out on me! I did nothing wrong here and all I got from this abusive employee was this nonsense! I have never felt less welcome. Its a massive shame, like I said, love your brand and everything you guys do, but in the end I was so upset we decided to leave without having our dinner. Not going to lie, I was kinda gutted. It was fathers day, and I didn't get my fathers day meal. All thanks to this guy on a patronising power trip who apparently can't handle his job. This is brand damaging and hurts your most loyal customers. I strongly recommend you stop employing individuals who can't handle the heat and then take it out on your customers. I doubt we will return to Brewdog, this behaviour was disgusting. Thats what I get for being loyal to you. edit: Forgot to add, I did ask the manager for his name. She said she can't give me his name unless she asks him first. I said I needed his name so I can complain. Again, Paula refused to give me his name. I said don't bother asking him, it's not like he's going to agree is it?

Overpriced, flat beer, draught brewdog beers taste awful. Lady behind the bar unfriendly and officious. This company started so well and now has gone downhill. What happened to the 'punk' ethos?

Wing Wednesday is always a winger (get it), I’ve tested out Norwich, Cheltenham and Ealing now, each have been good value for the price.

I had the worst experience with the acting manager regarding the condition of the beer served on 6.6.24. I did raise a concern that day and wrote an email as well, but have been unheard again. Me and my wife are from Brazil and we went ther on 2024, Abril, 01, with a couple friends from London. When we arived in the Brewdog was 17h. We order for English Breakfast, but this plate is served only until 16h. We explained that we didn't know about this rule and that day was our last day in London, so they made an exception for us and alowed the English Breakfast to be served. Well, amaising food. I really invite all of one that is reading here to go there and tasty. About the Brewdog team, people, you were simply owesome. Thank you so mutch to had give this experience for us, even being open a rule exception. Stay all of you blassed!!!

Nice clean bar, friendly lady staff member

Never been to Brewdog before, wanted to eat early before the football started. Helpful staff, especially the young lady who talked us (accurately) through the size of dishes and suggested what went well together. Tasty food, lots of flavour. Good service all round. We will come again!

Visited to celebrate a birthday and having a baby recently with family. Sadly the experience didn’t meet expectations. We had booked in advance, but were placed on a table next to a door which constantly kept openly which wasn’t ideal with a 3 week old baby & elderly lady on our table. Service was confusing, we waited for 30 mins at the table but no one came so then went to till and was told to use an app… we couldn’t use the app as we had booked kids it free. Eventually our order was taken at the till. My mother in law ordered full English which arrived with toast but no butter… we requested three times for the butter, one of the staff members blamed the other for not bring it over, by the time the butter arrived we had finished our food. Eventually after complaining we were given a refund for the breakfast. The food over all was good but service was poor.

I am a frequent visitor for Wing Wednesday at Brewdog and the food this time round was hot, fresh and delicious. I am giving 4 stars for food only because I feel they should introduce some more sauce/coating flavours for the wings. The atmosphere like usual was fun and vibrant and generally very busy. 4 stars for service only because it took quite some time for food to arrive and to reorder rounds of wings and drinks. Overall a pleasant visit and will be returning!

I had the vegan patriot burger and it was excellent! Best vegan burger I've had in a while. We sat outdoors which was nice as it was warm and sunny. Inside the toilets were clean and tables generally cleared quickly.

Food is terrible. Used to always go here for a beer and lunch but the last 2 times I have gone the quality is abysmal. Will probs never return. Only credit is to the bar staff as they are a lovely but the quality of food needs improving desperately.

Went in on a Sunday and the tall devilishly handsome chap with a mostache greeted us and was so nice the whole evening. Giving the best hospitality and making sure we had a great evening out and will definitely be coming here again. Wishing I got his name so I didn’t have to describe him.

A great solid performance of beers and chillout.

Very noisy pub like atmosphere. Chicken & waffles lacked flavour. Greasy chicken and very dry on the inside. Waffles tasted unfresh and were cold missing the whipped maple butter. If your after good eats go elsewhere. As for the beer, well thats pretty decent.

We were there to do some beer sampling only so didn't have any food. Staff great with their explanations and provided tasting notes

We have been coming to this BrewDog for years, and it is very nice - staff is lovely, food and drinks are good, it is spacious and comfortable. But no BrewDog location gets higher than a 3/5 due to them having given up on paying their employees a living wage. 🤷🏻‍♀️

BrewDog allocated tables away from the main restaurant which was a bit quieter. It allowed us to talk and listen to the excellent music. The food was well priced and tasty. The service was good too. I wholly recommend this venue as a venue to celebrate a birthday with family and friends.

Nice beer and wine and a snack. However not at the cost of £25.

Chicken burger is awful tasted expired and very oily taste. I complained about it to which I was told all the staff love the burger. Very badly handled complaint by the service staff. I don't recommend this place for food

Fantastic venue for a family evening. Paula the manager and her team were excellent from advance email reservation through to food and drink and great knowledgeable staff. Great for all sizes including wrll behaved children. Well done guys. Keep it up.

I was so excited to try their vegan option as I love Redefine meat and Tindle, but the vegetables and lettuce in the buns were rotten! I saved you from the lettuce who went to the bin straight away but you can see here the avocado 🤢 Unfortunately, I did a take away order so couldn’t return it or complain for but 15£ each burger I was expecting much better quality! Definitely avoid that!

The food was great beautiful decor and nice smelly soaps and hand gel in the bathroom seating outside as well dogs are welcome here..

The burger and fries where nice but the chicken wings wasn't nice I had one then gave the rest to my friend the sauce was over powering and rich..

Sorry, but it is not good. Start with the reservation online. Doesn't show me a free table. But the restaurant is only half full. Then order digitally using the app. You can't choose dishes that actually exist. Totally complicated. The burger is ok. Coleslaw salad almost only sauce. So there will be no repeat.

Spent a lovely evening here doing the Brewdog Beer School, and would highly recommend it as a great way to try a few beers and learn more about the brewing process. Big thanks to Alistair who tailored the session just to us, knew all the detail and more and helped us have a great evening with a few good personal recommendations :)

Good variety on menu. Food was good, but unfortunately the chicken was very over done - Chicken and Waffles dish. Service was friendly and accomadating but slow, not enough staff.

Visited 15th February and staff were excellent. Service was fantastic and we enjoyed trying the beer flights. Great place to spend an evening and great beer.

I used to love this place. Bit process but worth it. It was my favourite spot for Sunday brunch and long winter chats around the fire pit. Delicious food and cosy atmosphere. Unfortunately at some point, last year, they must have che changed the chef and something happened to the staff. Last three times I went there, the food was seriously bad cooked and presented. Twice I had to request for missing ‘bits’ of the breakfast (always double check the menu and your plate if you go there). The service slow (once I had an argument with a girl at the bar after waiting for 15 minutes) and the fire was alway off, even during the coldest day of winter. I’m sorry because the manager was very kind but I’m not going back. 6/10

Ealing Brewdog is a great place with a nice atmosphere and plenty of seating. The issue I have is on busier occasions the poor staff seem incredibly stretched with the amount of customers. Someone came to take our drinks order at the table and we were waiting over 30 mins for our drinks. We ordered food and waited over an hour for it to arrive and one of the meals was stone cold. We were left with plates on our table for a good hour after as the staff were running around trying to cover all the tables.

NEW Update January 24 - We were very disappointed when we visited this place on Sunday evening. We were there around 8.40, before 9 pm and I ordered some beers and coffee. I was then told that the coffee machine was no longer available as they cleaned it. It was clear that the staff were preparing to close. I don't think it is a great customer service when things are not available before closing time as the staff want to leave straight after they close, unless they clearly state we will stop serving at 8.30 pm. It also affects the atmosphere when staff are cleaning throughout the place, getting ready to close. Needless to say we left and took our business elsewhere

Food was nice, some wings piping hot, some stone cold, even on the same plate the staff were friendly, but I was waiting 15-20 minutes after each plate of 5 wings for someone to come and take my top up order

Unfortunately, the worst chicken I had in my life chicken wings was like a stone and cold😟

Very disappointing. I've been here a few times for drinks. Yes they are expensive but there's lots of variety. The food on the other hand is sub par and not worth it. My chicken burger was undoubtedly reheated having the texture and composition of a well used leather sole. The fries on the other hand were served in a tin cup that resembled something out of a jumble sale and could be counted on one hand. This is unacceptable. I will not eat here again and encourage people to leave negative reviews until the place gets it's act together and stops exploiting customers.

Had a great bottomless brunch with prosecco. Staff are great. Atmosphere lovely 😍. Only criticism my baked beans were cold on my Vegan Breakfast.

Brewdog has a nice atmosphere and they are accommodating when it comes to prams and having a baby. Unfortunately, the food was below average. We went for Wing Wednesday and the buffalo wings were okay, but the Korean ones were chewy and cold. The burger was dry and average. The service was okay - we had 2 waitresses. First one would disappear for long periods of time and didn’t let us know she was leaving when her shift ended. The second one was more attentive and came around more which was appreciated. The drinks were really nice so overall we would probably come back for the drinks and the ambience, but would definitely skip the food.

Hello Food was nice! The staff was soo nice and polite but unfortunately the service was soooo slow it took apx 30 minutes to get 5 wings but yet I was watch other table getting food that order after? When the wings turned up they was cold, as was cooked/warmed through right. Then when they re done them they came again cold due to sitting on the side for so long. The guy who was told about the cold food at first wasn’t going to change and asked if they came out with the burgers 45 minutes before which of course not as it was a 5 wing plate showing it was a top up for the all you can eat wing night. They did sort it all out but then I had to wait another 20 minutes to be cooked. After that we order desserts which we again waited for another 20/25 minutes for!!! There was a lot of waiting which I feel is not good. There’s a fire pit right In the middle of the room which was the centre table which we was at. Would have been nice if our faces wasn’t going red, headaches starting and our drinks getting hot! But like I said food was great, people was lovely but service is slow kitchen is slow and fireplace needs turning down!

I am very disappointed for service. Very very slow service. They told me to wait 10min for order and after 10min they said 4min and now after 25min still I didn’t get my order…they are busy in talk with each other staff.. they don’t have importance of time…

Nothing needed to say. Brewdog is my favourite place where I can enjoy different beers every now and then with a good spicy food

There are not enough servers and staff. From greeting to ordering to getting the bill it is a very painful and slow experience to get any attention. Staff are either overly stressed or seem completely indifferent. Makes you not want to go there.

friendly venue with great beer. Enjoyed our Festive buffet especially the turkey burgers and veggie burgers, and the mince pies with icecream. We did find the spicy chicken wings and spicy cauliflower were both way too spicy and soggy from being drenched in too much sauce - next time we'll ask for the sauce to be served separately!

Service is a bit slow. Also a shame that the coffee machine is turned off quite early, which means you cannot have a coffee after your meal.

Patriot burger with chips are fabulous

Waited 45 minutes for 3 salads, 2 kids burger and 1 eggs on toast; the place was pretty much empty. Food was cold

We ate here on a Wednesday evening with our children. As it was half-term, we could get the Kids Eat Free offer, which was brilliant because the children's portions are a good size and would even be enough for a small adult. The bar (and it REALLY is a bar) was busy, despite the fact that it was a Wednesday, but the friendly, helpful staff made space for our family.

Nice and quiet for a quick lunch of cauliflower wings and a pint of Turbo Joost from Signal Brewery. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Good drinks but they refuse to take cash now, and the card system forces you through a begging system for tips on top of the exorbitant London prices. No thanks.

Trash bar, the service attitude is completely discriminatory to Chinese people, which is reflected in the following aspects: 1. When we asked the waiter if there was food available at this bar in the evening, the answer was that only drinks were provided, but no food. But the white guy at the next table can order a burger; 2. Then we bought pizza from outside and brought it into the bar. When we were about to eat, the brown-haired and fat waitress immediately ran over with an extremely rude attitude and told us in an extremely fierce tone that we could only drink here or Grab your pizza and drinks and get out of here; 3. She kept standing in front of our table, glaring at us, forcing us to make a choice. As a last resort, we packed up the drinks and pizza and left.
