Costa in Hinckley and Bosworth

I really wish I could review better than 3*, the coffee is very good and the baristas are better than those at rival coffee houses........BUT, the queue is constantly long with very little effort to get the customers served any quicker. The tables are usually littered with dirty cups, again, little enthusiasm from the staff to clear and clean them. I also think the toilet could be cleaned more regularly, it's a lottery using it, sometimes it's very clean, but more often than not, it's dirty.

Tables and floor required cleaning. Staff although very busy had a smile a chat and were willing to help. Found the latte only lukewarm

Good place to sit and watch the world go by. The food is very good, but the coffee was like drinking dirty water. I would recommed tea or a soda.

Have used this branch of Costa a few times, no issues normally encountered. It can be busy, but that's more to do with the limited alternatives in Nuneaton.

In the Ropewalk shopping centre. There are seats outside the cafe where you can sit. The coffee was good but they had no apple juice or orange juice.

I rarely go into this Costa branch anymore as the queue is always a least 5 people long, but met a friend here this weekend. Staff were friendly and appeared to be working quickly, but it still took us around 10 minutes to get our drinks after entering, despite it being late afternoon with the cafe relatively empty. The drinks were nice enough but the amount of queueing means I wouldn't go back there - more likely to try out one of these independent coffee shops opening in the town in future.

The staff are usually polite and the coffee is always very nom nom. The tables are a bit rammed on the floor

Always enjoy a coffee at this branch on every visit to nuneaton.staff are always friendly and polite.all clean and tidy,only downside is that there are to many tables squashed in.when it's busy so many tables that you don't have much room and it can be difficult to exit the restaurant, otherwise all good

We had coffee hear! I had to ask a member of staff to wipe my table but apart from that it was nice very small venue

Friendly staff in center of shopping centre inside and outside seating disabled toilet s. Always busy but easy to get served

Costa's are all the same, good choice of food and drinks generally clean but have to say no matter what time you go in they're always struggling to cope with the amount of customers even when not busy.

We visited on a busy Saturday morning. It was really slow service and when I was eventually served they gave us the incorrect drinks and didn't even manage to get the cups right. The cafe is crammed with tables and chairs and is not at all a relaxing environment. I think the staff need to practice saying 'thank you'. The coffee however was lovely.

I go here once a week at least best coffee and bacon rolls. Very helpful staff. Good polite service.

I find the Costa in Nuneaton to be not very relaxing, there is a large number of chairs and not enough sofa space in my opinion, the coffee is fine and the food is good but it the cafe looks grubby.

I'm a regular customer, come at least once a week. Always friendly service, prompt and happy to help, by far my favourite coffee shop

Impressed with the speedy happy service from Sarah, the Manager. If only the other staff took a leaf out of Sarah's book for friendliness and quickness. Great coffee and all in all a great asset. Love costa coffee.

Located inside a mall with a good amount of seating in the mall walkway, Air con had failed so was thankful for these seats as too hot for me inside, Coffee as you expect and a triple choc muffin to die for mmm

Visited here for a drink with family while out shopping took ages to get served as the staff were busy planning their night out and then one by one proceeded to start and do their hair and make up sitting in the seating area with bad use of language totally unprofessional will not be visiting again it was like a youth club

Sorry to say that this coffee shop has really taken a downhill tumble. From the moment you walk in it seems chaotic with tables full of empty cups from previous drinkers, no where to even put the trays if you want to try and clear a table yourself then after waiting for an age to get served the coffee was a let down - unappetising look of the drink (very pale and weak) and no flavour at all.... Not up to the usual Costa standards....

I recently visited Costa with a group of my friends for a quick catch up. The service was so slow I was stood waiting 10 minutes before I could be served. But I couldn't fault the staff they were pleasant and kind.

If you are out shopping in Nuneaton, this is a great place to go for coffee. The coffee is always lovely and not including lattes which very often in other coffee shops are only Luke warm. There is also a good selection of cakes and sandwiches.it can get very busy here and you may struggle to find a table.

On the corner in the Ropewalk arcade, Nuneaton, Costa is a fairly big place which always seems pretty busy.The staff are great and very friendly and the drinks and snacks are...well Costa so a good standard and the same as every other venue.

I really enjoy the bowl :) of coffee, flat white, plain and simple great tasting coffee, like to get a window seat to watch the peeps walking by.

Always friendly helpful pleasant staff, costa is a big brand but this branch has the staff that make you feel as though you are visiting a family run business instead of that corporate feeling you get from some bigger chains. Its always nice to pop in for a coffee and the staff are superb :)

But, it takes a long time to get served. Quality products served by friendly people. You can tell by the amount of people in the queue how good it is

Of its type as good as it gets.Good selection of drinks and snackettes, I personally recommend the hot spiced apple drink.Well trained staff and overall nice ambience.
