Costa in City of London, Westminster

Very small, but the staff here were some of the loveliest in any coffee shop I've been in.

The coffee was cold the cakes was melted like they had been sat with the coffee for a long time

The team, coffee and vibe in here is a joy! I love Costa but have never felt compelled to leave a review. I’d definitely take a detour to go here when I’m near this part of town.

The two ladies working here in the morning are so lovely! Really helpful and kind, it brightened my day.

Horrible staff, especially Monika, who was shouting that she is closing in 10 minutes and the oven is closed already.

Got here my coffee twice now on the way to work and 2 ladies that have served me here were very happy polite and super nice. I also ordered wet latte which normally in other Costa cafes they still make it with abit of foam where has this one not and it was just how I liked it. Very lovely service from lovely people

I purchased a surprise bag through the TooGoodToGo app. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the contents of the bag exceeded my expectations in terms of variety and quality. I was thoroughly satisfied with my experience.

I order my Costa via Uber Eats but every day I have a smiley face or a little symbol to cheer me up thanks a lot xx Mikey

This is a small Costa outlet with take away service, however you can have your coffee and food at 2 tables inside or one outside. There are no toilets, but there is wi-fi. Service was quick, friendly and efficient.

Yet again another store refusing cash… we are not a cashless society… it is legal, tender….

Coffees were fine if inadequately sealed so spilled before arrival. Both sandwiches were soggy and the cheese on top was stuck to the inside of the packaging. Not great for a nearly £6 each pair of sandwiches.

Decent coffee, very small costa more for takeaway orders. The staff are friendly with big smiles.

Accepted my order on Just Eat and then cancelled after 45 minutes. No call to me to apologise. Disgrace!

A favourite Costa store of mine in London. It is embraces digital ordering via the Costa app, and is cashless. I love it because it is small and has some standing level tables, which is perfect for quick visits. Staff here are friendly and helpful. I expect this Costa branch will be a hit when the Farringdon station opens across the road.

A small and nice branch of the Costa brand. They have a self pay stations for a quicker service. Located just in the entrance of the up coming Elizabeth Tube Station.

Soy un fan firme de Costa y es mi favorito de café con leche. El personal es amable y la mayoría buenas para servir rápidamente. El lugar es acogedor y cálido y tiene dos niveles con asientos agradable, un buen lugar para relajarse y charlar con los colegas o recuperarse de los días que pasaba en!

El café y el servicio era de lo normal buen nivel que cabe esperar de costa. Sin embargo, se negaron a aceptar mi nota de cinco libras escocesas... Afortunadamente tenía otras notas conmigo, y no sólo los escoceses. Por supuesto, me acuerdo de que no lo conocen todos nuestras notas escocés... pero realmente no he tenido problemas en ningún otro lugar recientemente...
