Costa in Leeds

Two girls serving looked really miserable it looked like they did not like to be there no smile no thank you just a blank look .

Wide variety + constant quality.

This is a great costa. Lovely staff.

Dropped in for a take away coffee. Nice to see outside tables in what would be a sunny spot. Store well laid out and clean. It was towards close of play so the store was quiet, with a few people sat inside and no queue. Given the location I would expect the place would get very busy at peak times. Staff polite and very quick service.

Word of advice, tell your customers that your using vegan cream as a substitute cream topper if you run out of normal cream. What if I had an allergy to coconuts? I've worked in the cartering industry for over a decade now and what you'd done is highly illegal. You clearly need to retrain some of your staff on allergens before you end up making someone very ill or evening worse!!!! YOU CAN NOT SUBSTITUTE SOMETHING WITHOUT THE CUSTOMERS ACKNOWLEDGEMENT!

Cozy place but few places to drink coffee ☕️

Great place for a coffee and a light bite ample parking and dedicated disabled parking by the Store. Set in the first unit as you enter the east Huntingdon retail park this Store is busy but not crowded there are sometimes tables just outside the store in summer the carpark is shared by the other units opposite with a crossing to the main entrance. Hygiene rated 5 helpfull frendly and helpfull staff.

It's Costa. It's pretty much the same as every other Costa. The coffee was hot, the iced tea was cold and the cakes were cakey.

Friendly staff. Had enough seats. Free parking. Not far to travel especially if you live in Huntingdon. Or surrounding towns. Nice atmosphere.

Noisy, slow service, expensive.

In my opinion, I dislike the fact that they run out of things regularly and the lack of resources

This is the only place for a really good flat white in Huntingdon. The consistency in quality and taste just can’t be beat and the staff is fantastic!😘

I always visit this place on my rest day and i must admit that staff has always been very helpful and friendly, especially the manager by the name Sam.He makes a perfect latte and was also very kind to still gave my coffe to enjoy it as i forgotten my card.This act of kindness should be multiplied...and that would be my task, moving forward. THANK YOU...

Fairly busy store. Resulting in slower than expected service. Coffee was good but as there was no cream the hot chocolates were less good and no cheaper. Hey ho.... Called in today for a brew and it was quiet. Quick service. 07082023.

Love the coffee here, but the service is terrible. There are five people back there working and not one of them can come out and wipe down the tables. Since when is it okay if there's a customer in line that knows the barista that he can order his drink before everybody so it is ready when he pays while everyone is waiting.

Staff are lovely, food is great too, does take a couple of minutes to get drinks which aren't hot when busy, atmosphere is good but when busy difficult to find a seat. overall a very good costa

Very busy Costa. 2pm on Sunday and there was a constant queue. Service good and efficient. Love the flat white.

Very busy little place situated in Huntington! It's great when bypassing to cambridge. Could do with more seating though and better disabled access. The tables and chairs do not give much space for a wheel chair.

I usually take lunch with me, but hadn't had the time today, so decided to buy whilst out and about. How dissapointed I was that although you're now selling M & S food there was no gluten free sandwich. I did however note that there were several vegan options available, which is a personal choice, whereas a gluten free diet is for medical reasons. Needless to say I had to go without. Please try and rectify this situation. Other than that the store was busy and staff working hard to keep everything ticking over.

Extremely slow service. We have wait over 30 minutes for a take away cappacino. With four people in the queue before us. Atmosphere is OK had a few issues with my dads mobility scooter and finding a suitable location that he wasn't getting elbows in his head from people who were rushes past without realising.

I live in St Ives and will deliberately drive past other Costas' to get to this one. The entire team are very pleasant and will stop to have a chat. The coffee is exceptional and somehow manages to taste better than other Costa's in the Huntingdon/St Ives area. Highly recommended.

Nice place, nice coffee. On a cool day the aircon was set quite cool, but mostly with the fan speed really high. No one enjoys a rapidly cooling £3.80 coffee in an Arctic blast!

Love the coffee and cakes very tasty and fresh, toasted sandwiches delicious and hot. A friendly comfortable atmosphere

Terrible service. Not only a long wait to get served but got totally missed with my order. They served the person behind me and when I asked for my order they had to look for it. Got no apology what so ever and the Barista said “I’m only human”. Yes I know that but at least apologise. Never coming to this Costa again as it’s not the first time. The lady who received her order before me, said I feel your pain and this Costa has the worst reputation in the area.

Same as any Costa nowadays staff over worked under payed doesn't look like they have room to work very much as cramped counter place clean and tidy nice cup of capucino but care more for your staff

Absolute my appalling service. There was one person in front of me and it took 15 mins to get served, I asked for an iced caramel latte and they gave me a hot one, I mentioned this to the team member and she rolled her eyes and then spoke a laughed with her Co workers for about five minutes. It’s the same every time I go here, each staff member has little to no competence.

Amazing team at this local Costa. There is always a positive atmosphere with good service. The layout is good for both family trips and working away from the home. The environment is also regularly cleaned to a good level and no rogue coffee cups lefts scattered around.

Friendly and very quick staff, great for opening times as being in a retail park the coffee shop opens early in the morning which is great for an early bird like me

Quite a long wait but we went around lunch time so was expected. No toilet roll in the toilets but other than that, the food was good and it was clean inside.

Social distance. Queued outside. Entered in turn. Lovely treat, hot chocolate, panini & cake. 2 socially distant parking spaces ideal for catching up with friends.

No rush to serve and slow service overal

The location of this Costa is not great. It's not surrounded by anything particularly attractive to look at but inside the premise is always lovely and clean and it has a lovely warm ambiance (regardless of the car park / B&Q it faces). What makes this place especially good however is the staff. I'm not sure if he's the manager, but there's one person there in particular who is always warm, friendly and very helpful and greets everyone with a smile. He seems to get on well with staff and customers alike. A true credit to the Costa team.

Missing items on delivery, can’t get hold of them to tell them, would be nice to get what we paid for or a refund.

Fast service, some of the staff are friendly, some tables were needing a good wipe down.

👌Staff are a bit off? Not only are the staff here a bit unfriendly. But, due to the service being so slow, I thought we'd gone back to ninteen eighties

A bit of a queue to be served on a Friday morning, but sat sewing for a couple of hours and it never became full or particularly noisy. Very pleasant in the sun.

Ant and the team are brilliant, welcoming and nothing is too much. It's a shame the service has been slowed down, but as I understand this is because of the delivery service Costa are now doing and as most Costa's aren't equipped to do this, it slows the whole place down? But service is always very good and every member of the team is very welcoming. I'm reviewing this as regular daily customer. Keep the excellent service up guys.

This is a great place to have a coffee. Was a bit tatty when it first opened. It has raised its game and is now good. Parking is easy and staff are very helpful

This particular store was large & spacious. The service was good.

Overall experience was good but there was a new starter and I don't believe the training he was receiving was very useful. Trainer seemed abit tense which made the process difficult to understand.

Ordered on Uber eats got 3 drinks took over an hour to arrive I am not even a mile away from this costa and I ordered it at 1 o clock didn’t even arrive till 2.15 bad arrive never going to order here again next time I will go to the Costa and get my self Bad service .

The breakfast wrap is rubbish. Not worth the money. They actually have the cheek to call it 'Ultimate Breakfast Wrap'. 😂

I've been for a car park coffee here almost every day since the 1st lockdown and the coffee is always good and the staff amazing. They're my lockdown friends.

Service was extremely slow , toilet was disgustingly dirty ,

Service was so slow and the toilet was awfull toilet paper all over floor toilet seat horrid we told member of staff who seem3d unintrested went in with broom he had been using on the shop floor no gloves on no cleaning products. Another 2 people were there and refused to use toilet with everythink that is going on in the world i would have thought toilets would have been cleaned regular.

Good service and as I was alone and a bit bored I noticed their cleaning process which seemed very thorough - which is obviously good currently due to the pandemic!

This is an amazing place to have a hot or cold drink with friends. I would really recommend because i had a lovely time there. In your free time its worth to spend it there!

Could do with more outside seating for good weather during Covid, but easy to find and pleasant staff ensuring social social distancing even if some customers don't understand the face covering need.

Just been back to Costa Huntingdon to get another drink for my daughter who dropped her last one at home and the extremely nice man (manager i think) gave it to us free ! Even though i explained it was our fault and id be happy to pay. Great Staff and amazing service as always ! Thankyou very much. <3

Bit slow on service today but otherwise good

Good coffee with quick, friendly and polite service. A busy Saturday morning but only had to wait a couple of minutes. Greeted with a big smile and friendly good morning and light friendly banter. Always a great place for a pitstop. Highly recommended even with children in tow.

Caught up with a friend at Costa and it was a lovely atmosphere there staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Nice little place to sit and catch up with a nice cup of coffee or tea.
