Driver spilled coffee on floor

mcdonalds, food was very cold when I finally received it

Doesnt natter wat i order always missing the burgers

Food ordered was from a nearby local McDonald’s which took an hour and I’m not sure why the food wasn’t piping hot on delivery. It was lukewarm. My coffee had to be reheated in the microwave. Does the food order not get stored in an heat insulated box during delivery? This is the second time I’ve ordered from you and my food has arrived nearly cold.

Cold fries... cold nuggets... flat coke and mcflurrys that were liquid and had to be binned.. NO quality control yet just eat won't refund....

Was contacted by delivery driver who I informed had the wrong place and gave directions no order arrived

Driver was very rude. He called and I told him he was at the wrong gate and all he had to do was turn left and into the car park and I'd meet him at the pedestrian turnstile. He refused and proceeded to get out of thr car and said he would squeeze the food through the vehicle fence. I said no he would need to drive round. he was rude due to my request and ignorant when finally passing me my food which was just chucked in his boot.

Food was ice cold. Being the burger had cheese sauce on it, meant it was not nice to eat and only had two bites befor it went in the bin. Chips were hard and looked old

Didn't send the fries, this is the second time something has been missing recently. I don't think a refund should be the only option, they should have to send the item out at their own expense, otherwise they clearly don't care they've missed items!

Order through just eat, when food arrived half was missing when I rang to make a complaint all I was told is that my order was the last one (not a good enough excuse) then told me to make a complaint to just eat like it was there fault which I wasn't

No fries in the entire order- bags haven’t been tampered with so it’s the drivers fault.

I’d give 0 star if a could! Delivery driver brought me 3 drinks instead of any of my food! I rang McDonald’s they kept putting phone down and then when I went up there they refuse to refund me or give me my order yet just eat won’t refund me or credit to my account

I’ll review it when i receive it. Total east of time this app when there’s no one to speak to about anything. Joke

Shrinkflation in full effect with maccies. Medium fries have less than a standard. Big Mac turned into little Mac and cold

Ordered a family share box worth 15 pound ended up with 3 Chicken select and a mayo chicken burger absolutely horrendous to say the delivery time kept going up and was waiting over a hour

One of the people in the white shirts behind the till (i'm assuming it was a manager) absolutely reeked of sweat no hat no hairnet could see clearly that she had lice put me off my food get her gone please!!!!!!!!!😡😡😡😡😡

the driver told me he was waiting 20 extra minutes just for my bottle of water, the macdonalds staff just kept ignoring him. All the food was cold by the time my order arrived and the driver couldn't apologise enough, explaining what had happened

I order regularly unfortunately this time all drinks and icecream was missing from order, that isn’t drivers fault as receipt was on bag with all items I ordered just drinks and ice cream wasn’t inside

Food arrived with the seal opened, so fries were cold. Didn’t actually eat the food as the seal was broken. The drinks bag was sealed.

Was given latte 2 large and they went straight through the bag all over the floor, the bag must have been soaked to start with. Driver said we had to contact Asda ourselfs try to ring them and surprise surprise no answer. Took half hour to clean latte up from kitchen floor by this time was colder than normal.

the chips were amazing. better than usual. the burgers were tasty and the whole meal was consumed. there were no left over chips or anything. Fantastic job.

When we visited, a manager, tall with glasses, working 8pm today, was incredibly rude to another employee, it was very quiet and he was yelling at her as if there was a rush, he completely dismissed her, spoke down to her and completely disrespected her. It made us incredibly uncomfortable to witness, as a hospitality worker, it was so sickening to watch, management needs to be improved asap.

the driver must have been delivering other orders or the food was prepared and just sat there waiting for a driver to pick up. The food was absolutely freezing! I don't own a microwave so couldn't heat it up. All we could eat was the ice-cream and drink! DISGUSTING!!!

Food was quite cold but two meals had the main item missing and McDonald’s Morley said this was Just Eat’s error, even though they themselves pack the bags to hand to the courier? Refused to send the missing items out so we had to go out to a local store anyway to get the missing items as this was our little boys birthday tea, using fuel so may as well have gone out for the lot in the 1st place.

Burgers were that cold they felt as though they're just come out the fridge. Everything else lukewarm to cold. Drinks split so only have a drink. Absolute joke.

Ordered a hat trick to be told there's non in stock even though wall to wall advertising then staff member taking my order very confused when I ordered a double quarter pounder meal. The burger I was given was nothing like what I had experienced before, a lack lustered presented glorified double cheese burger douced heavily in ketchup.Waited ages to get Luke warm food. On a whole a disappointing experience.

Most ofthe meal was put into the bin. Arrived cold, the burgers are wafer thin and bland. Really disappointed, first McD in about 10 years and used to enjoy them but this was a total joke... Can see McDs are cutting costs at the expense of Quality. I'll stick to Burger King.

So I was enjoying my food when I looked out across the way I noticed a dude carrying back to nandos a McDonald's happy meal so he just walked right in. Ha ha so very amusing...the irony 😂

Ordered via the app and still had a 30 min wait!!! Looked like disorganised chaos to me!!! One mcdonald's employee was emptying bins and organising chairs and then went into the food prep area and showed no signs of even thinking about washing his hands!!! Sorry but the place definitely needs a shake up!!!! Dissaponted!!!!

M y food was delivered cold. Driver looked for address long time. I watched his on the map he had trip around Morley. I am upset and I expect refund money

It's clean inside, the tables and seats are not dirty, bins are clean and there are no queues. This Macdonald's is very small, if you order a large order you will probably have to wait a long time for it. I ordered a burger with cheese and another with mayonnaise and chicken. The sandwiches were not fresh, the bread was dry, no ketchup or other sauce, one slice of cucumber... It was simply not fresh, which is a pity.

Rubbish nearly an hour just for 2 double cheeseburgers and MC flurry's. Burgers were clap cold.

The food was stone cold. The time changed from 17:40 - 18:00 to 18:05 to 18:25 and turned up at 18:10 hours. So it was in fact 10 minutes late, and the time was changed in order to accommodate the lateness, which is not acceptable

zero stars as driver didn't deliver the food. Guess he got hungry and ate it himself. service is disgraceful
