I don't recommend this Kebab the worst I have had, I even had to put it in the bin because it's not even edible to eat. My food even came late and the Kebab looks horrible not even eating it yet when I had a tried it, it wasn't even grilled like it said it would and theres big peices of chicken that's not even edible.Big dissapointment

Slow delivery… quoted 40min, arrived 50min late. Base was undercooked with cheap ingredients. No thank you.

Food was late and when arrived was colder than the pavement outside... rang them and requested driver turn back around and collect food that feels like its been in a fridge... was informed driver is too busy to collect food that is inedible.....

Cheese burger really good and proper chips none of that french fry rubbish - the Curry portions are i'd say 50% more than most places I used - and the doner chips and cheese get loads and proper chilli sauce too. Over all 10/10 on all counts :-)

I came out my front door this morning at 7:30 to find the food that I ordered had eventually arrived - about3 hrs after ordering. I want a refund as soon as possible

The burger that arrived was not the one I had ordered, which had to be thrown away as it had something on it I am allergic too and the doner was cold, chips were okay.

Don't bother ordered and waited 2 hours for them to tell me they'd delivered my order when they hadn't. Never received my order and they don't answer the phone when you ring them. Absolute joke

I had ordered the food at 20:15 and then to go out and be back in time for 8pm. I had arrived and had 3 missed calls from the restaurant 3 missed calls from the driver. The staff at the restaurant yelling at me because I didn’t collect my order which I sincerely apologised for and screamed at me for not picking up the phone. The food at arrived 30 mins early and tried to tell the staff at the restaurant I ordered at a specific time because I was out. The staff wasn’t having any of it and shouted at me still. He was absolutely rude about it but the driver who I also apologised too was quite calm about it.

I unfortunately won’t be ordering pizza from here again. The topping tasted great, just how I like it but the pizza base is not to my liking. I like thin and crispy. The chips tasted like they’d been reheated in the microwave. Filled a hole. Thanks.

The pizza is absolutely terrible and incredibly soggy, the delivery driver didn’t want to come to the premier inn door so we had to walk down the street, I should be on pay role for delivering your pizza. Also no of their telephone numbers work

Extremely greasy fried chicken, meat very dry tasted as though it had been cooked/reheated from seval days prior to order also tasted as though oil had not been changed ever . Very disappointed would like my money back I had to throw it away.

Spring chicken rolls were missing from the order.

When finally arrived the delivery driver was shouting is this your order I asked him to please be quiet about 3 times as it was 1.30am which he finally replied very loud I know what time it is. Your driver needs to be more respectful of other residents at early hours.

Pizza was fit n the chicken n spinach curry was one of the best I've ever had , delivery dude was polite n friendly will defo use again

Came early which is a bonus and food was great.

I ordered a margarita, but was delivered a meat feast. I’m vegetarian and so called the driver who couldn’t help me and when I tried to call the restaurant no one picked up. Am very disappointed with it.

AVOID AT ALL COST! Food was not fresh burnt inedible soggy bread cake chips disgusting freezing smelt awful waste of money can't even get a refund I'd of gladly handed every bit of food back if I knew was going to be this bad! I am missing two items off my order witch was a bottle of pop and and can or pop also my food was cold it was also watery you dont sale so was annoyed as due to t time of month needed the cake my partner now has to deal with me! but other than that lovely driver not that I went downstairs to get it thankyou will be contacting just eat much love

Overall the food was gorgeous the grilled chicken naan was abit dry but other than that I would definitely recommend this to anyone x

Very friendly guy on the phone. Delivery was quick. The delivery driver was very unfriendly and abrupt. He also made me collect the food from his car (not sure if that’s really the idea of contactless delivery?!). Other than that, the food was brilliant and the salt and pepper chips are to die for!!

The food was nice enough, but the self-isolation 'contactless delivery' request for the food to be deposited by the front door then to call to confirm dropoff was ignored - driver said he had arrived before he had, and when did arrive stayed in the car, handing the delivery to me.

Absolutely spot on. First time we have ordered from here and it's really good. Delivery driver followed through on my note to call on arrival due to my daughter sleeping. (Greatly appreciated, I'm tired haha) Pizza deal, came with salt and pepper chips like forms chinese take away. Super spicy, but partner loved them. Burgers were really tasty, chips are nice, just needed a bit of salt. Samosas are unbelievably good. Also as a side note, their garlic mayo is good too. Thanksssss. ☆☆☆☆☆☆

Food was a bit burnt and chips was mushy

Pizza turned up 50mins after the delivery estimate and nearly 2hrs after I ordered it. Order was wrong - a deep pan and was lukewarm and average / tasteless.

Driver delivered wrong drink when explaining this to him he become rude saying well he cant take it back so we will just have to take it and pay him. I rang the take away and asked if he could tell his driver to give me a refund on the drink. I was told no that is not possible if I wanted a refund I would have to get it off the next order of food. I told them this was not good enough after 15min on phone complaing I was told the driver would come back with a refund over a hour later still no driver still no refund and not no answer from takeaway.

The pizza was completely bland and poorly cooked, cheese wasn’t melted and crust was burnt.

I have never been more disgusted by how rude someone can be! My food said it was delivering to the wrong address so I called the restaurant and got it changed and then they turn around and say it’s to far to deliver so I ask for a refund and they say no we will deliver and hung up, the delivery man turns up very nice guy but saying the restaurant asked for a couple of pounds for the address change?!?!? I never got told this despite calling the restaurant they could have told me!!! I have no cash so i obviously couldn’t give them any extra money which the delivery guy was understanding about but how rude? Sending your driver to ask for more money when I never got told this despite speaking to you on the phone before it was even out of delivery!!!

No cheese on the cheesy chips and no sauces on the kebab!

The worst takeaway experience I’ve ever had. First of all it said it was arriving at 1.30am but then I had a call at 1.15am to say it was going to be a further 45 minutes. It wasn’t 45 minutes, it ended up arriving at 2.10am, almost 2 hours after placing my order. When it finally arrived, the delivery man called me to say he was outside my apartment gates which is quite a walk from the building and obviously it was late and dark. I asked him if he could pull in since the gates were open and he refused and was rude. I told him the gates were open and he eventually agreed to come in because otherwise I wouldn’t have gone out for it. Long story short the pizza was horrendous, no flavour to it whatsoever and the chips tasted microwaved. I couldn’t even drink my can of coke cause that tasted horrible, the can was covered in dust and dinted that much to the point you couldn’t even stand it up. Horrendous service and even worse food. Do not order from here.

Asked for no onions on the pizza but it came with a onions. Phones back and was told there was nothing they could do.

Pizza was pretty tasteless. Donner in Nann was alright though. Delivery was quick but the food was hardly warm.

Worst pizza I've ever had and I had a lot. Full on fat and grease it was disgusting. I threw away food after a long time. Delivery was 1 hour 5 mins which is awful but most UK food deliveries take that time so lets get past that. Dont order. I dont know why it has 5 stars.

Food was great but VERY rude delivery driver. Sat in his car with the pizza out the window waiting for me to come and get it. It was raining and I wasn't dressed properly so I refused and motioned for him to come here. Eventually he bothered to get up out his car and walk half way up my path, stretching to give me the pizza. What is his problem?

food was cold, burger was soggy, they gave me a quarter pounder even though I ordered a half pounder and they said there’s nothing they can do about it, poppadums were extremely greasy and they didn’t give me any sauce, even though there was an option. overall a disgusting experience, won’t order again, instead of replacing my food, they offered me a 50p refund.

I ordered karahi gosht and daal, the onions were still visible and wasn’t cooked properly as the tomatoes were still uncooked.

Ordered a simple chicken grill butger. It was waaaay to spicey to eat and the bun was so soggy it was mush. Chips were salty and Cake was dry as sand

Ordered a pizza for collection and it took us about half an hour of going up and down the same road and asking different people before we actually found the place. In the end we rang the place 'universal pizza' and we were told it's in Charlie Chan's not actually a place called universal pizza. Pizza tasted slightly strange. Thick pizza rather than thin. Not sure I would want to order a pizza from there again!

My mushroom bhaji was burnt to a crisp. I called and asked to be replaced. Owner point blank refused. Sooo rude, poor service and poor food. Not the first time they have been rude.

I don't know why Uni Pizza Pizza have a poor rating. The food was delivered well-before the time and quality of the pizza was simply great: thick crust, plenty of chicken and yummy one! Would love to order again!

Food was bad the donner meat was so hard and dry. And order was 8.80 give him 20 pound he give me 10 pound change and walked off without giving me rest of my change. Never order again worse food ive ever had

Always impressive, don’t understand the bad reviews!

I ordered a donner pizza with jalapenos and onions. However, the jalapenos were lazily thrown on and the onion was non-existent. The base was chewy, the donner was crispy and was like eating fried cardboard. To augment to all this I also had to walk 5 minutes to pick up this monstrosity of a pizza. To conclude do not order from here.

Been calling for a long time to the 3 different numbers provided (a pamphlet was left under my door last week with two other numbers besides the one in Google maps). No number answered. There was no recording saying if they were open or closed. In Google maps there's no time provided. I'll try them another day and hopefully I would be attended...

Do Not order from here unless you like abusive delivery drivers who refuse to deliver to your door and shout at 3am to tell you to come to the car and get your food. Not what you want when you think you will treat your self when you get in from work.. it was actually cold as well.... never again from here..
