Moby's traditional fish and chips in Leeds

Fish not up to standard chips cold could not order scraps very disappointed

Wanted a kids fish and chips but they apparently didn't have any children sized fish. Only option for fish was to pay double for what didn't seem like a very large portion. Woman behind the till was very abrupt about it.

delivery driver went to the wrong street where the was no entrance to my estate and had to phone me. needs a new sat nav

wrong order delivered! stopped driver in the street, he said i would have to ring Moby's and then drove away! rang Moby's , no apologies from them, just said driver has taken the wrong order and i would have to ask for refund? i was quite angry as this was to eat before going out to work! didn't a refund!

Not recommend, Delivery never turn up... Stated it had been delivered... went to shop only to be told, I need to get a refund from just eat. Either the driver never turned up or the shop was too lazy to get delivery sorted. Not stars at all.

I’ve ordered on numerous occasions and have always had a decent quality meal however this time the chips were scrappy and cold and the fish was tiny and really greasy

Never to return. Starting with the chips bleugh! Hard work, dry and probably stale by the consistency, not nice at all. The fish while being a decent size was not nice either. The batter was crispy but not light in consistency and the oil had gotten inside the batter and essentially overcooked the fish making it dry and chewy. The staff were not open, friendly or inviting which can go a long way in business that deals with members of the public. All round the experience was not good and I shall not be returning here ever again

The perfect fish shop. Even does kebab meat, such a shame about the slushy machine, if your not using it then it needs to be cleaned out as you have mould growing on top. Surly you don't want customers seeing this.

The guy came then stayed outside my house talking on the phone mending a puncture on his bike talking really loud and the food was cold.

Worst I've had from this chippy, usually delicious but fishcake and fish today was rank

Chips were anemic and this is second time they have been like this. Not one bit of golden brown to be seen! Also phoned up and requested some salt and vinegar on the chips and they didn’t even both after agreeing. Disappointed as this place used to be better not sure what’s going on.

We Had a Special FISH and Fish cake today. The Fish was the best we have had for a long while. Fishcake just as good 👍 😌 would definitely being going back . Fish Friday. And a Bargain for the Special at £5.50p excellent value in today's price increases. Well done 👏 Mobys

Driver didn’t bring my full order what I already paid for online and the person answered phone and said I wouldn’t get it now he wouldn’t come back. Not good when you have already paid

Food is really nice from here and everyone of the staff apart from 1 of them a old guy that's just miserable really rude when ringing orders in if wasn't for him would of been a 5 star review the rest of the women there a lovely very polite and nice just the miserable old man

Thay was absolutely amazing but a bit cold had to put them in microwave could do with wrapping them up in foil to keep warm apart from that they are absolutely delicious
