Nothing like the American 🌮 🛎. Sorry guys but its a swing and a miss. Order wron diddlyong, wasn't busy so no excuse. Ok for a quick bite if you don't want disappointing by mac dontalds. Unfortunately Nothing more to say.

Foods were delicious and fulfilling, employees were fast and kind. Definitely would recommend🌸

Not a good place if you are a vegetarian or vegan , not many options. Great place for flexitarians or non vegetarians, a lot of variety in food and beverage, good ambience.and located in city center makes it more accessible.

Do not go. Gave me food poisoning. I came in about 5pm on Thursday 14th March, walked home after and had diarrhea immediately and threw up what must’ve been half my body weight a few hours later. It’s currently the next day, and I’m bed bound. It’s their chicken! Do not eat here!

Drinks machine wasn't working, they had run out of cans and bottles, and refused to even give cups for water or ice.. Member of staff claimed he'd informed "everyone" in the queue but absolutely no one had heard him! Two poor girls next to me had only ordered drinks! Also refused to give refunds for the lack of drinks, the food was cold and not good. I ordered nachos and got chips, as they were out of stock of those too. Woefully understocked and entirely unapologetic about it. The order screens didn't show anything as OOS.

Only been there once, the food was great and incredibly cheap

Got a meal including chips, drink a quasadia for £5.90 after student discount. Very filling and good price, good place for students to grab a quick dinner. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the toilets are decently clean, the tables are always cleared off and cleaned regularly. Only downside is a lack of vegan options unless you really like beans, then you can put them in tacos, burritos etc. Always love a good taco bell. Ignore the rumor that it upsets your stomach.

worst taco bell I’ve been to, no beef in the beef crunch wrap, no cheese in the cheesy bean wrap, and worst of all, chicken in the cheese quesadilla that was ordered for my vegetarian friend - boooooo *tomatoes*

Even the name tells you that the place is amazing… Taco bells like jingle bells. The first time I ate from Taco bells I bite my tongue because the food was so tasty. The atmosphere made me got more appetite. Please there is no need for you to go to a restaurant with your new girlfriend to spend £1000, take her to Taco Bell and you will get the thing😜

A decent instalment of a famous American fast food restaurant. There is a good range of food to choose from and it tastes good. There is an ok amount of seating and service is fairly efficient and effective.

it's not bad but it could be cleaner

The Indian woman who works here is so rude, if people are in the middle of eating in the restaurant perhaps don’t tell them to get up and leave. Generally get a grip and stop screaming when somebody doesn’t respond to their order number in .3 milliseconds. Usually love taco bell but this is quite obviously an extremely poor franchise run by people who don’t give a toss

There’s a clear discrepancy between the opening hours published on their website and the actual ones. I walked in at 11:20 PM (18th December), heading to the displays for self-order, and after about 30 seconds I was approached by a lady in full Taco Bell uniform, informing me that they would not accept any more orders. No problem my side (the food would not have been great anyway), but clearly the opening hours on their website need to be amended.

Below average Mexican food, not that fast and not the most pleasant of surroundings. Better options nearby for fast food.

"Taco Bell's veg options left a lot to be desired. The so-called 'vegetarian' menu lacked variety and flavor. The bean burrito I ordered was disappointingly bland, with a minimal filling of beans and not much else. The veggie quesadilla wasn't any better, with a meager amount of vegetables and a lack of seasoning. It's unfortunate that Taco Bell's vegetarian offerings fall short of providing a satisfying and tasty experience."

Food was good. Drinks were warm for some reason and it was very loud and busy at the time I went at 1pm Saturday.

First time trying Taco Bell (I know it took me too long) but it will not be my last!!! Absolutely loved it and amazing price too. I went full on with a Quesadilla Cravings Box and everything was outstanding :) Super taste and I just cannot believe the amount of food and variety box for that price! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Absolutely awful!!! We ended up waiting an hour for our food and there was only 1 other person ordering, my mum ended up asking them what’s taking so long 40 minutes later as there was a constant flow of delivery drivers coming getting their food and going, they admitted that they prioritise the delivery orders over customers that had ordered there which was confusing as they can choose to say the order is ready to collect? We ended up getting our food and there were 2 tacos missing and churros, this place is awful!

The fries bell grande is sexy, the workers are friendly and treat you like a mate, and you can charge your phone there too!

I used to come to this Taco Bell quite regularly from when it opened in 2017 until late 2019. It was great back then - always clean, great food, good service and friendly staff. My last couple of visits (in December 2022 and this week) have been a big let down, though. This place has gone downhill massively. The food was still reasonable (although one of my tacos was seriously under-filled), but the restaurant is now dirty, the drinks machine rarely works properly (this week it dispensed no ice and the drinks which hadn't run out were lukewarm), and the serving staff just didn't seem to care. I imagine they get most of their business from Deliveroo orders these days, so maybe the restaurant is no longer a priority, which is a sad state of affairs indeed.

We ordered Cravings meal for 4 people and there was missing quesadilla and crunch wrap supreme. I called restaurant and they couldn't do anything, I love abroad and now staying 20 minutes away from the restaurant so they refused to do delivery of missing items and couldn't refund me. Food that was in the bag was amazing but it is big shame that 5 people had to share 2 people's meal. Staff needs to pay more attention as otherwise people won't come back.

Pretty decent food and drink items for a reasonable price. Service has always been quick and efficient, even with a big order. Food can get cold quite quick though unfortunately. The restaurant here has a nice atmosphere that feels roomy with plenty of seats and lots of parking available.

Great to have Taco Bell. The soda machine is broken all the time and no one seems to know how to fix it. But the food was spot on.

For was quick and standard. The guy serving was very friendly. However the seating area was disgusting tabels full of rubish and leftover food the floor looked like it had not been swept up all day. When I went to use the toilet I was even worse the urinal was full of well you can guess so only the toilet was available the seat was covered in a fluid and the floor was wet and toilet had stains on again looked like it had not been cleaned all day

Fantastic service, especially for late night on a Sunday. Just what I needed after a day of travelling.

I used my disability key to go into the toilets and was yelled at by a member of staff for doing so without her permission. Not all disabilities are visible - I have autism and I’m not comfortable disclosing that to every restaurant I go in to, yet I was threatened to have the police called on me for using the toilet. I was sent into a panic attack and will be never using this Taco Bell again, literally amazed by how rude they were.

I give everywhere 4 stars because Nobody is perfect and There is always room for improvement The pop machine is watering down the fizzy pop and it tastes nasty You can taste that it's been watered-down

dirty, sloppy, messy, and lacking any real effort from the team. we were very disappointed by the poor cleanliness of the place and lack of urgency around serving the customers.

They said that they didn't have any beef or chicken cooked so I had to go with vegan, but then someone in my group was able to order the chicken then was given beef. Make it make sense.

Staff didn't acknowledge our arrival and when we said excuse me they looked at us like we had interrupted their life. Are people not trained to acknowledge and say "I'll be with you when I'm finished" anymore? Food bland and over priced. Twice the price of the US version but amazingly of worse quality. Avoid.

Ordered some food from TacoBell for a team lunch at my office. The restaurant accepted the order, our delivery driver arrived at the restaurant and then just sat there for 30-45 minutes. Eventually the restaurant cancelled the order. Really really dissapointing customer service, no contact at all about the cancellation.

As soon as you even walk past the store, you are assaulted by the stench of urine. I tried to soldier on and bought my meal to dine in initially, but after nearly gagging whilst they prepared my order I was forced to ask them to make it "to go". The food is nice, but the place absolutely reeks.

Super greasy and nowhere as good as I remember when I was here last time. Tiniest amount of beef in the tacos and just everything was soaked in oil. The frying machine was out of order too or something. Not good.

I have come here a few times and staff are always friendly. My most recent trip I had Joe serving me and he was very helpful and polite. Food was really good and would definitely recommend.

Food was pretty poor, there are much better mexican outlets that provide better quality and taste however it was quick and the service was good

Wow. Where to start. Quesadilla £4.99. Slightly overpriced but so sensational never the less. However the star of the show, my boy Jacob T. 6’7 from the waist below, simply the best customer service you’ll ever experience, someone I really hold close to my heart after my taco experience. Forever grateful my mate.

The Merrion Centre restaurant was absolutely filthy. The toilets were disgusting, the drinks machine was filthy, all the surfaces were covered in grease. Staff standing about doing nothing. Spoke to the Shift Manager about the hygiene, he just tried to pass the blame. Would not recommend.

Normally okay, but they missed half our order which was obviously disappointing when we got home and our food that we paid for wasn't there. It was really quiet too when we went in to order. Second time this has happened now which is a shame because we were frequent customers before.

Taco Bell has always been a let down, until I visited this one! The fries were next level, people refused to believe me when I said how good they were. Since those people have tried em and comeback to me to say sorry for doubting me and Taco Bell! For whom the Taco Bell tolls!

We were going to order from here but my wife went to use the bathroom before we ordered and the girl behind the counter screamed at my wife saying it was for paying customer only. Went to your kirkstall branch instead staff are far friendlier after my wife was publicly embarrassed

This place become more and more sad. I came like 4, 5 times. Every single time, they miss something in my order! Today they didn’t give me the churros I paid for, and when I got home found out there is nothing I can do about it. Before they either miss the cinnamon twist or best case miss the sauce I ordered. So what’s the point to pay extra ordering beside the meal they not gonna give it to you anyway. And the quality of the food became so bad as well. First time was the best when they just opened long time ago. Then, the taco becomes more and more soggy, the wrap becomes more and more cold. Meat become less and less. Just sooo sooo sad. Not gonna go back anymore.

Had a stop here while driving from Austin in the afternoon. Very clean and the Manager on duty was very polite and took our order. Since ours was a veg order he specified twice to his employees to replace the Beef to Beans which was great according to me. Food came out in a timely manner. They deserve a 5 star
