Venice Pizzas in Leeds

Ordered food nearly three hours ago and I’m yet to see it 💀 called multiple times but no one picked up so not sure why have a phone if you can’t use it

Worst food I have eaten. Shop owner was very rude. Service is poor. Food was cold and tasted really bad.

Took too long on delivery. Came after the time on advertised window and flavour was weak. If I was this disappointing to my wife I'd be divorced.

Will never order from this place again, The delivery guy phoned up at least 6 times saying he couldn't find my address so had me standing outside for at least 15mins 🤦‍♀️ I placed a order for 3 large Donna kebabs and 2 boneless feasts and when it arrived I had 3 small Donna kebabs and 2 boneless boxes which I didn't ask for, Once I phoned up saying that they had done all my orders wrong they turned around shouting and saying they don't do boneless feasts, But its literally there on the menu 🤷‍♀️ I would of given this place 0 stars but had to click onto one, Waste of money

Wrong pizza and the order when corrected came cold in the end off the night

Ridiculous, took an hour and a half to get to us. COLD. This was my sticky toffee pudding which was horrible and i’m fairly certain is just a victoria sponge cake. it’s either that or a jam roly poly which i DID NOT order. Didn’t answer the phone for twenty minutes and the voicemail says it’s “busy” which isn’t how phones work. Don’t order from here. Food wasn’t worth the very long wait.

Ordered food at 6.10pm told 50mins for delivery was ok with it, called 7.10pm again at 7.45pm was told it was on its way called again at 8pm totally ignoring my calls at this point 8.10pm it turns up flat cold so sent it back..tried to call again to let them know its been returned and still don't want to answer to my number..NEVER ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN ABSOLUTE MESSERS. Gave one star because you have to but going on service tonight they definitely don't deserve that one.

Food was cold, chips were scraps and sent the wrong pop because they thought we might like them. Will never order from them again

Twice ive request no salad and they're not listening to the app on just eat I don't like salad and not prepared to mess about taking it off just to eat the tikka and chips

Today before 2 AM I send my order and pay and wait but my order DID NOT ARRIVED .No one contacted and no one answered the phone . DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!!

I will never order from this place again. My food has been "on the way" for 56 minutes. I have called three times. They keep just saying "The driver is on his way" which is obviously not true. On one phone call they just hung up on me. While I was writing this the food arrived and it is freezing cold. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE - especially if you don't want to wait 1hr 40 minutes for cold food.

The chicken burger was still frozen avoid at all costs and poor hygiene no1 were gloves.

Me and my wife both got a burger delivered from here when stopping in a nearby hotel and it made us both ill. Had a very off taste and smell. The food was greasy. Just awful. How this place is still open is beyond me. The quality of the food is a zero star but I couldn't put a zero. Never eat from here again.

Ordered from just eat and got offered a free pizza with my order thought amazing for the Oder to be cancelled, went to order again but no offer for a free pizza, would not recommend

ordered deep pan pizzas they were flat cold and i never received desert said they would replace food but never bothered turning up

Really enjoyed my food and the customer service last time I ordered so decided to use this takeaway again. Unfortunately one of my items wasn't correct/satisfactory this time but I rang up and it was sorted for me immediately, the lady on the phone and delivery driver are lovely..10/10 for customer service!! The Cheese and onion garlic bread is AMAZING.

25 minutes late,cold food,and jalapeños in a cheeseburger that wasn't ordered, wont be making the same mistake again

Food has never been a issue, every order has been nice apart from delivery times and instructions, ordered a 1/2 supreme burger and got a 1/4 cheese with onion rings on it. And tonight i just received my calzone and specifically asked for no onions on it directly over the phone and it came with onions on it after waiting a hour and a half when less then a mile away such potential but they mess up the orders and i think they only have one delivery guy which is obviously going to cause a delay and no point calling up when the orders wrong as then your waiting 3 hours for food.

Orderd a wrap completely plain and come with everything on it wasn’t gunna offer to send another out and took over a hour to come after I orderd the original order 2 hours ago!

Absolutly disgusting just oreded pepperoni pizza looked like a shop bought with pepperoni put on half a portion of cold chips and stale kebab meat was rock hard... Never again

Ordered via UberEats - said order was on its way about an hour/hour and 15 after ordering and then didn't arrive for another 45 minutes. Called twice, told 6-8 minutes, nothing after 20 minutes and had to have UberEats cancel and refund. I don't mind delays but I don't like being lied to so would not use again.

Shocking, pizza was cold driver got lost

Not been to Venice Pizza Restaurant due to having it delivered to our home but the first experience was really good and the second time was good too. Didn't take long from ordering to delivery and the staff were polite when delivering. My daughter found Venice Pizza as she likes to try out new business due to a busy work life and she wanted to find somewhere new and found Venice Pizza. Our favourite is the Chicken Poppets and Chips. And the Pizza was also good the first time we had Pizza from Venice Pizza. I would recommend if you want to try it as a alternative to trying out something new.

Came for the carnival, decided to try this place, absolutely amazing smash burgers best prices I’ve ever seen in the UK and the food was 10/10 hands down

high quality pizza. good customer service over the phone and quick delivery time making sure the food is given very warm. slightly disappointed in lack of taste with the Parmesan. would recommend Venice pizza solely for their unique style and taste when making pizzas.

😍Under NEW Management Excellent handmade burgers & pizza mouthwatering. staff very friendly and amazingly fast delivery service ohh and the doughnuts are like heaven 💖 A must 5 for £5 is awesome. Highly recommended to try and see for yourselves Thanks to all the new staff. Love you guys

Nice fresh lamb & chicken family size crispy pizza good service and kebabs. Great customer service and service with a smile is hard to come by as these boys are super busy with orders but still are very polite. I think it's been taken by new management or something, love the delivery service definitely gonna get my food from here again From now I just wish they increased there desserts range as we all have a sweet tooth, we would to be able to order icecream and shakes!!

Ordered spaghetti Bolognese which smelled looked and tasted disgusting and has now given me food poisoning. Do not recommend. Would rather starve then order again

Just had 2 meals from here, dopiaza, paratha & onion bhaji, also pizza & chips. Food arrived in 20 mins instead of 40 promised, piping hot, very tasty, will use this place again.

I ordered a chicken masala with plain rice and 2 chapatti's. Food was piping hot on arrival and very fresh and tasty. Fair price and the delivery driver was a nice guy. 5 stars, thumbs up. From Steve @ William Hill.

Neanderthals who are unable to take a simple order and deliver all of the contents to paying customers. Waited close to 90 mins to some of the contents being missing. I had to send it back and order from ceasers round the corner instead. Unprofessional staff didn't even try to resolve the issue, will never order from here again!

So I ordered from this place on the 17/3/18 it was snowing on this day but that isn’t an excuse for such behaviour so the person on the phone sounded quiet frustrated as I was placing my order for some reason which I did not know .The delivery driver came to the door with a snobby attitude as I was finding my money, he said hurry up you BASTARD as he was banging on my gate I was shocked to hear this my little brother started crying. He stated that I should not have said 1 second but instead should have said 1 minute. I have never in my entire life been disrespected in such a manner which has now lead me to make this review on their business . The pizza had the quality of a cardboard while the chips were stale beyond belief . If you want to run a business in such a manner that’s your own prerogative but please never swear at your customers.

Most of the kebab was green and smothered in greese The can of pop was warm and had already been slightly opened I wouldn't recommended these at all

Went there for pizza last year was mouse or rat running across floor never went back when after I told staff what I had seen they looked at me like I was some sort of idiot ....unless under new management I would avoid

Curry wasn't nice at all. Seemed to be keema boiled in ghee with onion. Not up to their usual standards??. No complaints from kids about pizza though.

ordered a 14" pizza got a 12" one... really greasy and over cooked... never had an issue before... guess new management doesn't always mean better! paid an extra £4 for nothing

The jacket potato was only just cooked and came with very minimal toppings even when I paid for additional cheese it was a small sprinkle which ended up melted to the tinfoil it was wrapped in, I spent the majority of my meal picking off tinfoil from it. The cake I ordered was sadly frozen in the middle, clearly it has been take out of the freezer that day rather than being made fresh.

Ordered a cheese burger and wrote no sauce on the cheese burger please so it came forgot pop and put chilli sauce on cheese burger phoned up sent another one again chilli sauce on the cheese burger when I said not to do so just tried ringing the takeaway and theyv blanked the number I'm usually a good customer at this place not anymore when they treat customers this way and clearly can't understand simple english!!!!

Piri burger wasn't piri it was chilli sauce and not a nice one at that, burgers burnt, chips soggy... cheese salad baguette came hot??? Wrapped in paper so cheese melted and conjealed to wrapping so was just a hot cabbage baguette. All in all it was disgusting.
