On visiting your coffee shop in Commercial Street, Shorditch, East London this afternoon, we were greeted by an extremely rude lady barista who claimed to be the manager; though when checked with another local Costa, found out the manager was a man???? Was shouted at and talked over by this ill mannered represenative of Costa before I could even finish my first question!! What was the issue I hear you ask? The fact that I tried to ask if the toilet had a code for entry as I had a 2 year old baby that needed his nappy changed, I was told to go use a public toilet and that it was disgusting that I walk in off the street expecting to use their toilet even though I pointed out that my wife and baby were fourth in the line waiting to order drinks!!!! If you are struggling to train your staff in basic customer service and communication, I can forward you some details on available courses that would be happy to assist your badly behaved staff. This ruined a rare family day out for us and we are very regular Costa goers but this will put an end to that!

Costa Coffee es una de mis cadenas de café preferidas. Este dio en el clavo por decoración, servicio, café, etc. El sándwich de pollo chipotle tostado fue todo un éxito.

ampla opção de diferentes tipos de café .muito bem preparados para uma rede que visa atender um grande volume de clientes . Atendimento simpatico e rapido. Boas opções de lanches quentes e tortas . otima opção para um breakfast ou um rápido "pit stop"

Fuimos la semana pasada para el desayuno como nos alojaremos en Brick Lane. Preciosa relajado y venden zumo costa normal a diferencia de Starbucks. Conseguimos una sandwichera y 2 rollos de salchichas con ketchup o salsa marrón. Estos son los mejores panecillos en salchichas y delicioso sabor mucho mejor que Starbucks y lo recomiendo altamente. El restaurante es grande y espacioso y limpio y el personal era educado y amable, sin duda volveremos.

영국 전역에 어디서나 볼 수 있는 곳 이라 특별함은 없지만 커피맛도 좋고 디저트도 괜찮아서 잠시 카페에 쉬면서 시간을 보내거나 음료들을 마시기에 좋은 장소입니다.

les lattés au Costa sont super bon...et que dire de leur muffin au toffee et sauce caramel...et le Costa situé à Trafalgar Square est au 2ème étage d'une librairie...le plaisir de ne pas être obliger d'aller dans un Starbuck à l'étranger...

Es como un Starbucks pero con otro nombre... Los empleados antentos y todo correcto. Lo mejor poder estar en la terraza al sol.

A costa is just a costa right? Wrong. This one has all the good parts we know to expect from this chain, but with funky industrial feel. There are three, count them, three levels! Albeit in a halfy half mezzanine style. I can't comment on the top level as we ate at the bottom. New and comfy benches, low comfy sofas and a range of table sizes. Plus plugs! Good for laptops, phone chargers, basically anything that requires a thirteen amp plug! Good service with a smile and a bit of green in their hair. VERY alternative. My friend had a Toasted teacake. Everything you'd want it to be.

Its great here, in the sunshine on a table outside. Staff are friendly, Hot choccie is always good and a naughty chocolate tiffin. Better than the tunbridge wells industrial estate one, a lot more friendly, although i didn't bother with a croissant after the stale one i had in tun wells

Esse café é sensacional, muita variedade de cafés, tortas e pães!!!!! Adorei!!!!! Tem em todo lugar, fácil de achar eu super recomendo!

Outro café de rede que pode ser encontrado em toda cidade. Muffins deliciosos e chocolate quente muito gostoso. Local muito bem decorado e com bom atendimento. O preço está na média.
