Very nice coffee shop, very relaxed and welcoming. They had a great selection of foods on offer, and the coffee was lovely! There was also baby-changing facilities which is a big help, and the opening times are ideal, one of the only coffee shops in the area that open at that time of day - early in the morning.

Spacious area with plenty of different seating options. Food was fresh and service counter easily accessible and quick.

Unfortunately, the coffee machine was broken down, but the staff couldn't have been nicer in trying to cope with the problem. Well done to the staff on Sunday's shift

Costa always dependable. We take our grandson there after school. He's enjoyed sausage baps, chocolate treats and a White choc "hot chocolate" over the year. Quiet after school from 3:30. Would recommend.

I love costa so when I found out it was on the eat out to help out scheme I had to go and visit. I got a toastie, a cake an iced tea and a cola for £4!! The staff were polite and friendly and the cafe was clean and tidy. The social distancing rules were easy to follow as it was all sign posted. I had a lovely lunch and will be returning in the future

Standard Costa, but stands out from the rest by having plenty of tables with space around them. You don't need to feel crowded and penned in.

Very quiet. Only one barrister on duty, but he was very attentive and polite. Coffee was good too.

My review is for pretty well all the Costas I’ve visited - why is it that table clearing is on the low end of the service list and the Furniture is allowed to look worn and in some instances soiled. Perhaps a comment from the relevant management would be informative on these points.

Buy a coffee most mornings sad to say the quality really depends on which barista is working as at least once or twice a week I seem to get a coffee I expect a 5year old has made which is a shame considering the ridiculous price.

Called in the other week with a couple of friends for a nice relaxing coffee. The service was very friendly and the Barista suggested a couple of new coffee blends that we may of liked. The coffee came to the table nice and hot, with the usual Costa design on the top.

Not bad coffee standard. quite busy for a Wednesday Morning.

2pm on a Saturday afternoon and no stock to have for lunch. Said they were waiting a deliver. Does that mean that Sunday is busier than Sat.

Friendly and super efficient as usual. Brioche cinnamon bun and Goats cheese and red pepper foccacia was a delight. Bee x

Visited on a busy Friday after wandering around the local market , had some toast and my flat white was amazing, the store was busy and even though they had two staff on I didnt have to queue for long and they were both very polite . 10/10 would definitely recommend!

Visit here often it is not our local Costa but it’s miles better than our local Costa in West Kirby. Staff are fantastic nothing is too much trouble, coffee and food is always to a high standard and if it isn’t is sorted straight away. Doing an amazing job well done!

Costa in the beautiful town of Neston is a good Costa. Cosy place with good hospitality and a wide selection of hot and cold drinks. They serve all kinds of Coffee and Tea (Cold/Hot). There is a plenty of sandwiches and toasties for breakfast. There are 5 or 6 different types of desserts and muffins. It's usually quiet but not during the vibrant weekends. There is also a restroom available. For working on your laptop, there are few power sockets and there is a wifi for 2 hours (registration required or open wifi for Costa Loyalty Card Holders). There are 2 sections of this place, the front (Cooled by Air Conditioning) and it's spacious and the best part, and, the back with stairs to get to, and it's warm with no AC working. There are sofas and chairs and a beautiful view for sitting near the entrance. It's my favourite so far in the UK.

The Costa in Neston is above average, friendly and helpful staff, clean, decent range of furniture and nicely decorated. But unless you are a young mum with a baby or toddlers do not visit on a Tuesday. There is a large regular group who take over much of the space for baby/toddler activities. This is commendable BUT the main problem is buggies/pushchairs that take up so much space that some seating and tables becomes unusable. So enjoy Neston Costa on any other day!!

One of many coffee shops in Neston, obviously part of a chain but has the the feel of an independent. The staff are brilliant and cannot do enough to make you feel comfortable, the seating areas are clean and spacious with plenty of room to relax. Price wise, a little on the high side but all coffee shops all tend to be, but with nice furnishings and finish to the place along with the high standard of cleanliness you really don't mind paying the extra.

Its a costa, it is what it is, however what makes it for me is the friendly service I get. I visit several times a week for a coffee and a tea for my wife and they always welcome me with a friendly smile and a nice chat.

Had a trip on my bike to Neston Costa last week. I ordered a Cappuccino and brown toast from the server. He said find yourself a table and I'll bring it over to you.

Had a flat white to go the other day and I take the lid off to put some sugar in and this beauty was on top, credit to all the staff there, they all do a wonderful job!

Its my local costa and although it would be interesting to rate a mass produced coffee, what makes this costa great is the staff, always friendly, chatty and helpful.

Great coffee, not that cozy nor cheap

I've visited several times now, and each time I get treated with a friendly greeting, and genuine interest from the staff members. They know my order, and those of many other customers, and really make you feel like a valued customer. You are spoken with, not at, as is often the case, and each visit is pleasant. The cakes and sandwiches are lovely, with a great selection, but the toast is soooo good! The place is lovely and clean, toilets are accessible on the ground floor and are available up at the back of the shop. There is even a nice little book swap area, which is a very clever idea. News papers are provided for customers to read, which is a nice way to keep occupied if you are on your own, but more often than not staff will chat to you anyway. A definite recommendation, and well worthy of the mile trip to get there. The staff really make the store, despite being a relatively young team, they are all happy, enthusiastic and very welcoming.

Very unusual for a Costa .Lots of steps. The accessible toilet is well hidden with very poor signage. Costa make this location more accessible. Better signage please .

I'm not a huge fan of coffee chains. Credit where credit is due, at no point did I feel I was on a conveyer belt like I do in most coffee chains. Friendly staff, clean interior and decent drinks.

The only real coffee shop in town I visited on a quiet sunday with my family , we had toast and crumpets we enjoyed beautifully hand crafted coffee with the Old Paradise Street number 17 in a cortado, mocha and a flat white , the staff were amazing and most courteous , will definitely go back again , thank god a proper coffee shop who knows what they are doing has come to Neston!
