Visiting there with 3 people, stay in. Had a warm white chocolate and strawberry milkshake and a caramel shortbread, both were delicious. Great atmosphere and friendly staff

This is our favourite Costa in Fife! The coffee and food are excellent. It's clean and the staff are, without exception, pleasant, helpful and efficient.

After devoting my spare time away from my Drain Cover Spotting hobby and alongside updating my “Rate My Local lamp-post with Missing Cat Poster” website I made a touch and go decision to request a lady friend (Sue) of mine whom I met on an adult dating site for adults who are over 55+ still residing at home with their mother’s. As we approached the entrance door I noticed a small hamster on the door mat, I frantically picked it up for it to sink it’s teeth into my pinky finger, alas! We overcame this small, unfortunate act of dismay and on tender hooks and a bundle of nerves I decided to pull out my chair and grabbed hold of the menu.. now, the mere font used “ comic sands” was burdensome to my 2” spectacles, the grammar was ghastly to a gentleman like myself who possesses a comparable IQ to the D list celebrities Paula Abdul and Harrison Ford. I received my microscopic cup of hot beverage as did my lady companion, £6.78 each, of course she also wished consume a Lemon Drizzle cake - £4.99. So all together my sophisticated and extremely regrettable date came to £11.77. It explains tremendously as to why the waiter was over taking our order in “ two shakes of a lambs tail”. Basically, in a nut shell, I have been burgled off Costa and this so-called member of the opposite sex they cry a lady. I have since sent her a very detailed, in depth correspondence letter off my lawyer to claim back the monies that were spent on our date, this has been sent in high priority first class post. I do hope to recover this currency off my lady friend as I wish her to refund me promptly. I scurried home to alert my mother of the incident lucky enough she has awarded me some extra pocket money for the week commencing which should recover the empty hole in my male purse which I found at a bus stop in Lower-Methil that was once used by the very spellbinding and majestic Jade Richards, a local household name and celebrity who appeared in 2011 on the British Broadcasting show X Factor all the way from the Scottish Terrier dog shaped county of Fife! I will award Costa 3 stars as the table clothes were freshly pressed with obviously a Morphy Richards Super Glide Steam Iron and good heavens Starch for a good smooth crisp finish. I also bring to light I stuffed said table cloth into my rucksack before galloping out the exit door like a bat out of hell. Yours faithfully and truly - Sir P

Fab Coffee/Tea/ House. Fresh tasty eat in/takeaway snacks, Brilliant Staff, I love the vibrant friendly atmosphere in Costas. Whether alone or with friends, its a wonderful place. And that doesn't happen by chance. The lovely Staff create the ambiance. Very hardworking pleasant polite Team. Highly recommended.💜

Take food intolerances/allergies seriously. Reassuring. There is a protocol in Costa for allergies. Just alert them as soon as you arrive and it's put in place.

As always, I had a nice visit to a Costa in high Street kirkcaldy, nice people and so is the coffee

Staff are always polite and courteous but it can be a busy place and seating can be at a premium

I know this only says it's 'OK' but that's because I really mean it's ok,.not bad. The staff who served me were ok, not as welcoming as Costa in the Kirkcaldy retail park but not at all unwelcoming. The lady who informed me of the impending two minutes silence was excellent. I guess that's the margins, open, obviously welcoming and positive always wins. Kirkcaldy has an abundance of coffee shops and charity shops, little in the way of places I'd go to but Costa is my normal coffee shop of choice so in I went. Tables were cleaned quickly, there are plenty of seats available, but the place wasn't empty by any means. In terms of what it is like decor wise it's the same as most Costas. Unfortunately Kirkcaldy town centre isn't the most appealing currently, although the council are spending money, and the former shopping centre will become low cost housing for c.a. 300 housing units. I can't see me going there specifically to attend Costas. If I do, then I might go there again but as I said many other options exist.

From a design and decor perspective Costa Coffee in Kirkcaldy is rather unremarkable. It is however clean and tidy and our coffees and toasted sandwiches were well up to the expected standard and were very good Service was also good.

Staff are excellent - knew exactly what I meant by "long shot" Cleaned and dried the outside table for me too. First class!

The vegan macaroni was absolutely great, I wasn't expecting there to be so many vegan options but was quite please to see the variety.

Arrived half an hour before closing time. We weren't rushed or made to feel like we should hurry up. We were even offered a Christmas muffin to go with our coffees. A lovely gesture 🙂. The staff were friendly and helpful and the shop was beautifully clean and laid out

Very disappointed in the attitude of the barista made my order then moved to the front of the shop to keep socially distanced from others queuing and waiting. The barista saw me at the end of the counter and loudly asked her colleague to tell me to come and collect my order as she was not walking down to where I was waiting. Unnecessarily rude!

In a Costa shop where I track and traced ( Kirkcaldy retail park )20 mins later I'm in this Costa shop in Kirkcaldy where I'm asked to track and trace again ? " It's a different shop " says the assistant " eh ? You work for Costa you already have my details "...I'm asked to leave 🤬 ok won't be back

One of mumber staff was very rude,she was very aggressive,she said to me we are in Scotland not in England The Fact I had NHS App to Check in but not the The Costa App,witch in other Costas they provide a both.But still Costa coffee is my favourite in all UK.

Always love costa but there pricing needs lowered, especially the food which is never of a quality worth the price.

Poor Wifi not allowing Track and trace to work, its system is not NHS approved. Coffee ok.

Ordered for collection on the app but was unable to select more than one 'extra' (marshmallows/cream etc) or syrups that I know are available in store but are not able to be selected on the app. Other stores have allowed me to amend the order when I've arrived for collection but staff at this store were abrupt and unhelpful when I asked for extra customisation. Quality of products was good as always and as expected but won't be back to this particular store due to the unaccommodating staff.

Consistent is the word for this coffee shop: always clean and welcoming, and the coffee is the best. The atmosphere is warm and comforting with first class service to match.What stands out are the staff. They are experts at what they do, and exceptionally friendly. A nice part of my daily routine and definitely the place to be.

we had a lovely lunch ,I had a Irish latte (unfurtunatelly there was way too much flavour sirup and I really struggled to finish it) and we had toasts&paninis. The front girl (did't catch her name ) was doing a great job in making sure people do scan the QR code and they are seated within safe distance.

Typical Costa shop, sat on for about 40 minutes, was fine, the coffee lovely and the staff very friendly

Great Costa but disappointed to see people coming in off the street to use the toilets, they didn’t even have face masks on, have seen this on more than one occasion just barging past people in the queue, they should be available for customers only!!!!

Not much to say here except its costly. Food and drinks very good but they are expensive. The place is clean but it seems to take time to clear the tables. Tosties are amazing but it's crazy that you have to order food and drink, pay for it and then wait for your order to be prepared while customers are queuing behind you. I dare you to go during your lunch break and still have time to eat.

No major changes to the structure of the cafeafter the refit, but the place seems lighter and brighter, and food displays seem better organised. Went in for a light lunch and both food and drinks were piping hot. Unfortunately still not a place to go for a gluten free lunch. Staff were friendly and efficient.

Nice coffee, sandwich and cake.

Good in parts. Cleaner than many. Warm. Attentive? staff. Or is their attention merely an effort to push you to get out before you're finished? Not keen to provide vouchers for free coffee which are advertised at the tables. Never asks if customers have a loyalty card. Leaves me with a feeling that their hospitality is measured and rationed. Not what I experience in other Costa shops.

I am quite a regular here, @ least once a week, on this occasion it was me & a friend just for a catch-up & a coffee, can’t wait for the refurb, looking forward to it, think it will make a big difference to the shop & will entice even more costumers to come here.

This is my first choice for coffee down the high street, always feel welcome and the service is always nice! Never had any issues coming here.
