Costa in Broxbourne

Clean, welcoming branch of costa. Very cosy and nice view of the clocktower. Staff are always very nice and friendly.

Don't normal write reviews but its not the 1st time the establishment has let Costa down. I love costa only place I use until now. Been made to go nero. Place is a mess yet you have 4 unhappy staff working every day very strange. Today the person who served was chantelle on receipt snatched money of me, questioned what I ask for. All I want is to sit in a coffee shop and relax before I go to work instead they make me angrey. I run bars for a living and my job is to keep customers not scare them to another coffee shop. Love their range of hot and cold drinks, plus their cakes and sandwiches always very tasty and fresh. Service always good here.

El personal era amable y simpático, gran servicio y buena variedad de bebidas para elegir. Una pena que el lugar no es más grande, como parece ser siempre lleno.

The staff in here are superb and very friendly. They greet everyone with a big smile and a great can do attitude. Coffee and food is great. Plenty of seating. Love it!

Estoy de visita en un montón de tiendas de costa y este es por lejos el mejor dirigido. Siempre amable y eficiente personal. Nunca he tenido un problema en esta rama. Los inodoros siempre limpia y mesas limpias y ordenadas. Sigan con el buen trabajo. El director de aquí tiene un gran equipo trabajando para ella.

Esta costa es simplemente otra Costa, sin embargo lo que define la costa es el excelente personal amable que se desviven por dar un excelente servicio al cliente y el salón que es perfecta para los días cuando el sol muestra su cara.La Costa sirve mi tipo de café y tiene deliciosos tentempiés, es un lugar agradable para sentarse y charlar

Costa es Costa. La cadena privada y Whitbread es mucho WYSIWYG pero el personal hace la diferencia y tengo la suerte de tener un buen equipo. Saben mi orden regular y un poco de bromas y charla nunca es una mala cosa.Bonita zona de vidrios para un día de sol y se mantiene limpio y bonito. Probable, ya dirigido por chicas totalmente descarado pero cierto.

Not a lot to say about this Costa. Not really any different from any other Costa I've been to. I like their coffee and the food is OK

Great early morning coffee and catch up with friends. The service is impeccable they go all out to make you comfortable.

Coffee has always been good and hot however not enough staff to clean the tables/chairs/floors. Every occasion I have had to clean my own table and this really isn't on.

Its a nice atmosphere, the staff are always friendly. Its always busy as well. My only issue is that its sometimes so busy that you need more seating, but its not a bad thing to see somewhere very busy

We were in town and decided to have a quick coffee, service was what you would expect and the coffee was as well...to be honest you could have been in any Costa anywhere in the country. ..nothing outstanding.

As we try as any coffees shops that we can, this is a chain which we usually avoid, but it looked inviting on a dank Saturday. Welcoming, interesting food, I had the pork and apple toastie which was a good choice. The service was good
