Costa in Worcester

Was going to odeon today so thought we would treat ourselves to a Costa it's the worst Costa I have been too. Ordered drinks other people were getting there drinks started and completed that were after us we stood in qué for 15 mins to wait for our drinks to then be told they haven't got my drink they have run out.. u would expect that after 5 mins but 15 the organisational skills was appalling it turned something that was supposed to be lovely to do together to something that I thought y did I bother we nearly missed the start of the movie too

Fantastic service, staff are so lovely and care about their customers. Laine and Leon are just a few of the staff that make my visits enjoyable and make superb coffee

Such a lovely little costa!! Staff really lovely and clearly enjoy their jobs. Ideally located just across from the train station. Would definitely go back!

Good coffee - consider letting staff take tips. They deserve a good living :)

Ordered a black one shot Americano and a Penny toffee latte. We got an ordinary latte and the server spilled half my coffee into my saucer. I had to ask for napkins to clear the mess up. The music was so loud, the two servers behind the bar had to shout at each other, which was rather disconcerting as one was trying to chat the other up. I will not be using that Costa again

A good shop, and notably connected to the odeon, so you can use their toilets (the costa doesn't have any) and order from the cinema

The employees here are lovely! I usually come in for something to eat or drink and I always come out happy for the rest of my day from chatting with these lovely people.

A very polite, friendly young man served us this afternoon to a cappacino & latte, which were both very nice, as usual.

After a long day out it was well worth it. Excellent drinks and cakes. Staff friendly and helpful. Excellent service. Highly recommended

Visit here pretty much everyday. Main reason is the coffee but also the staff are always very friendly and hard working!

The service here was a little slow

Really lovely shop, convenient if you neeed to get a bus or train. The staff are very friendly and always provide a warm welcome. It is a bit expensive in my opinion for a hot chocolate but well worth it

Long time waiting for service and then got the wrong order. Poor service and bad experience. Where have the standards of customer service and satisfaction gone.

Always a fan of a well made Costa coffee, but Audrey and her colleague had great chat and were very kind helping me come up with a drink :)

One staff member working, not very expedient. Drinks were as ordered, apart from not being full measures on the hot drink. Usually pick Costa over other chains but I doubt I’ll be going to this one again.

The staff and food here are excellent on one occasion they let us have two wraps free of charge as they where going in the bin. Very generous of them and gratefully welcomed. Caramel shortbread is amazing. Highly recommended

nice - but small.... no toilets - so you've got to go through the cinema!

Not intended to have a tea I dived in to miss the rain. Instantly met by the manager, Jane I think, with copious amounts of blue roll to dry myself. Ordered a tea and had a Goats Cheese and Pepper panini. Which were both then served to me! That was a very pleasant surprise I must say. Small but very friendly and helpful.

Busy always because for the station otherwise inside is too small sitting area upstairs

Fantastic customer service. Ryan the manager made us coffees, actually brought them over to our table and had a very pleasant conversation with my wife and myself. Much respect!

As this costa is the smallest the staff are more helpful than in the bigger ones. The beverages are just as good

Good location in Tescos superstore had a coffee whilst waiting for partner to do weekly shop. (His turn this week). Just very expensive. Nice staff though.

Great coffee but the place a bit small

Light and airy stand alone Costa which we found via the Costa App. en-route home from Wales.Good efficient service, relatively clean and tidy (compared to many other Costa’s visited!Car parking (metered) is almost opposite and there is one on the same side of the street, so no problems finding a space, although, it was a weekday.

Small little cafe used as a pit stop on a photoshoot. Lovely guy behind the counter on a boiling hot day and offered a solution to my dairy free ice coffee confusion :)

Lovely coffee and cake but need toilet facilities on site not next door in cinema which was locked up.

The staff were nice to deal with and the coffee is up to the usual standard. There is quite bit of traffic plus a taxi rank nearby as well a pelican crossing which I found slightly disturbing.

Really enjoyed the food, drinks and the atmosphere- great for a quick stop in town and for studying.

This is quite a small Costa compared to others. The staff are helpful and friendly, but service can be a little slow. If you order a hot drink (tea/coffee/etc) while in the Odeon next door, this is where Odeon staff get your drink from. So Odeon coffee is fresh from next door!

Run out of hot spiced apple 😬 - this happens way too often!!

A quick visit while waiting for a concert at Symphony Hall. Nice surroundings and good coffee in a large cardboard beaker.

OK, so its a Costa, not really going to blow your coffee connoisseur socks off but if you want to grab a coffee hit and be served by friendly staff then why not. You can also order next door in the Odeon cinema and enjoy your coffee whilst you watch your movie!Lots of competition in the area so they need to keep up on their game.

Late Friday afternoon 18th August, recently arrived in Worcester for the weekend, been out exploring with friends and it was time for refreshments and we visited here.This is a very small Costa beside the Odeon Cinema. We ordered 2 medium cappuccinos, £2.65 each, we were  told to take a seat and the coffees and other drinks would be brought to the table when ready.The coffee when severed was too hot to drink and was rather weak, so a bit disappointing, not the normal Costa standard.The staff were friendly and the place was clean and tidy, pity coffee a bit weak.

Excellent friendly staff serving decent coffee a good way to supplement visits to the Odeon cinema
