Costa in East Riding of Yorkshire

A nice place for a coffee while waiting for a train, as the station is just across road. Or if you just want a coffee and cake while in town. Helpful staff, good coffee. Will visit again.

I love these people! We live in the US, but when I come home, this is my local coffee shop. 😊

Reviewing the day I was there which wasn't very good on atmosphere due to screaming /running children & unconcerned parents. Normally fine here, just my luck to pick a crowded day

A new Costa for me, great service, but unfortunately I'm not familiar with the area so parking was a bit "lucky dip" unless I'm missing something.

Needless to say walked past. No intention to go into this place.

I've been to this Costa a few times now, most Saturday mornings before volunteering at Castaway. The staff are always patient and give great recommendations. If they're not sure on something, they will double check. Staff seem very aware of disabilities and accommodations including providing extra time. There is an accessible toilet and all areas are accessible to those with mobility difficulties. The drinks are brilliant and the choice is varied. Same with food. They even do toast! I normally get a cup of tea and either a muffin or toast. My favourite is the napoleon muffin.

Some staff are friendly always there to help prices are good too

Sorry I was not at Costa coffee...I was over the road..getting some plants for my garden....maybe call at Costa coffee next time...sorry..

Ice machine never working for some reason, so they don’t make iced drinks? i mean it’s pretty easy to make ice yourself💀

This is “Costa Coffee “ in Goole. In a Good location, the front Train station. Here I visited for the first time. Good idea to spend time with a cup of your favorite iced Latte while you wait for a train. Personal is lovely, kind, and keeps attention to details.

Friendly, smiling staff. Clean tables. Great tasting cappuccino and flat white, made properly. Will be back soon. Thank you.

All Costa coffee outlets are the same. Built to the same plan and serving identical menus. The only thing that makes them different is the people. The staff at Goole are brilliant, helpful and friendly. That's what makes people return, not the coffee.

Service seemed very slow with one of the servers appearing to be under trained,especially when it comes to hygiene....he coughed into his hands the started handling our order without washing or sanitising his hands

Called in to meet my friend for the 1st time in goole Costa,, staff seamed miserable the place it self was untidy and whilst sat there I could see loads of cobwebs above the door and around the tops of windows... not impressed and probably won't go again bit of a let down as we usually love a good catch up in other Costa's ....

A really nice cosy costa on the corner of the high street. It has a nice calm environment and the Hot chocolates and the Millionaire shortbreads are top notch here. Another positive is if you get q good seat, you can train spot as Goole station is only just across from here

Very poor service, had to ask for table to be cleaned. Seemed to concentrate more on deliveroo than customers in queue. Will not be going to this establishment again 😡

Went in for coffee. My personal opinion , over-rated and expensive. Better value at Macdonalds !!

Never ever get a Costa gift card. It says you must use within a certain time period otherwise it becomes invalid....I tried to use on a couple of occasions but was told that they wouldn't accept it because of coronavirus and now have been told that it is now invalid because the time has lapsed!! Absolute crime

Always a pleasure to visit Costa Goole, staff are always cheerful and happy to help. Felt perfectly safe visiting during covid, plenty of safeguarding in place.

As always very good service and great coffee ☕. Only gripe is you only get half an hour WiFi. You get unlimited in most places.

Absolutely appalling, I visited Goole 17/09/20 10.15am I purchased a small latte on my points app and the menu stated £ 2.25 but the girl serving had no clue and charged me £ 2.55 she would not have it that it was £ 2.25 even though it said it on the wall board. I have contacted customer service about this issue, I hope you get back to me Costa ASAP. This is shocking!

Visited to have a drink and a catch up with friends whilst exchanging Christmas presents. The staff were very friendly and the tables and toilets were very clean and tidy. Good to see also that it remains pretty busy for the duration of our time here.

The staff are always friendly and happy, clean establishment and Excellent service. I regularly visit here and have always been very pleased with the service and friendly nature I have received and seen others recieve. Well done Girls 😊

Nice place to sit and have a coffee and cake, like most Costa's. A lot better if you can get a window seat. Staff pleasant and friendly.

What can you say if you like Costa then you'll like it! Not too busy but the main thing is the staff are very friendly chatty and always have a smile. Love it here

Most of the staff are friendly and welcoming. The younger staff are always on the go, clearing pots, making drinks, restocking both pots and goods. Place is always clean and usually quick service. Food is consistent but its just sandwiches and cakes.

Called here for a latte and toast. The lady serving was friendly. The coffee and the toast was good. Nothing much more to say Costa is usually consistent.
