Was served by a very kind man called Matthew who was very kind and considerate. Good man who deserves the upmost respect.

Ideal for a toilet and food stop. Plenty of selection and a large car park . A warning on rejoining the road look at the signs carefully because it is easy to lose your sense of direction

Cleanliness of the truck amenities leaves a lot to be desired. Individual shower cubicles are filthy, the toilets appear to have no locks & the actual cleanliness of the whole truck area is also filthy - it really does leave a lot to be desired. We acknowledge that there is no charge for the services but it shouldn't mean that the areas should be left as they are at this time.

Toilets have become dirty and smelly. Cornwall Services is normally much better than this but it seems to be deteriorating.

Coffee OK but surroundings grubby. Tables not cleared. Toilets a disgrace, very smelly and not clean. An unpleasant experience. This service area used to be always clean and well maintained, but the new cleaning team not keeping it clean now.

We stopped at Cornwall Services travelling back from visiting family in Cornwall. I accidently left an item of my jewellery in the changing rooms of Mountain Warehouse and did not realise till I was back home - over 5 hours away! When we contacted Mountain Warehouse, they had already located my jewellery and had stored it safely. Then Cornwall Services Site Manager: Alex Lawson very kindly took the time to post my jewellery back to me! Really great customer care! I am so grateful. Thank you Alex!!

We stopped here for lunch on route out of Cornwall for the start of our holiday. Great selection of food options, the place was much cleaner than the last time we visited and all of the staff we encountered were friendly. Keep up the good work 👏

What an absolutely useless website, I couldn’t find ANY information about the EV chargers. Nothing about cost, number or their speed. Eventually I found some photos elsewhere but no other info.

A young lad named finlay was a new starter but was pleasant cheerful and and absolute star he made my kids laugh was a real joy to meet and be served by him we will be popping back in on our way home to see him he made our day well done McDonald's for giving him a start u have a star on ur hands finlay Moulton thank u

The toilets were very smelly, extraction unit obviously not up to the job. Some cubicles without toilet paper, altogether most unpleasant!

Visit Cornwall a lot and never stopped here before. But as we were driving an EV we decided to stop here and charge up. Plenty of rapid chargers for EVs and nice that there is a covered area for them. Whilst charging the car we decided to pop to the McDonald's for some lunch. Ordered via the app which made it quicker. There was staff member in the lobby area greeting everyone which was nice. We got our food and sat in the seating area. It was nice and clean. Food was hot and tasted nice for a McDonalds. Actually looked ok, and not the thrown together mcdonalds like many places serve you.

Whilst working in the area I have been using the services quite a lot Getting really fed up of greggs being closed They must be losing a fortune Must be down to local labour

Wow i must begin by saying that I was very disappointed with these services. I had planned to visit as I was very excited by the range of services there (Greggs, McDonalds, Subway etc). Before I checked out what food was available I made my way to the toilets to wash my hands and was shook to my core by the stench in the toilets. It didn’t smell like your average services toilet as I’m aware they’re smelly anyway. The stench was almost unbearable and smelt as though a horse had done its business there. I was very satisfied with my Greggs order however I was left feeling rather appalled by my experience in the toilets.

While working in Cornwall I have to use these services I find the Greggs is hardly ever open Subway is always open and staff are excellent But overall services does not cater for the needs of the many

I went to the services to get McDonald's. The McDonald's was really good and I loved it there was also other things like greggs and a play area I didn't go in them though

I know they are installing a bank of EV chargers but this has been going on for what seems like months and in the meantime the old Ecotricity ones remain broken - it’s a real pain as there’s little EV charging available in the A30

I have mixed opinions on this place. Its such a shame Macdonalds closes at 11 pm. You'd have thought a services station would be open 24/7 as lorry drivers use it, plus the hotel is there. Very odd.

A very good feeling and very clean and tidy. We went to COSTA the drinks where very hot and the staff were friendly we also found the hole place clean and tidy. We would use it again when we next travel to CORNWALL

I booked Sunday lunch for myself, my Nephew & his Fiance for his birthday. A disaster from start to finish. We arrived and were told there would be a wait for our drinks because of staff issues. When we eventually went in for our lunch we were given a menu with no prices and what looked like a set menu - 1 starter, 3 mains & 3 desserts. I thought this was strange but, hey ho we were here to enjoy ourselves. We then saw a 'waiter's with 3 soups & thought ah here we go, but no they were for someone else! The waiter eventually arrived with 3 beef dinners. I asked where our starter was, "you didn't order one" he says, I said " I thought we were on a set menu (pointing to the menu given) & mentioned there were no prices, why? Long story short, after complaining it seems we were given a menu for a spa day! Duh!! I then spoke to the resident manager(?), who was very dismissive & said we don't do Sunday Lunch, so why did they accept my reservation!!! I could go on & on with the way she tried to wriggle out of an obvious mistake on their part, but as a local & a spa regular to the hotel I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE. The ironic thing is the lovely beauty ladies said how lovely lunch was!!!! So, sorry Cornwall Hotel & Spa this is one local (+ friends/family) who will not be coming to you now or in the winter when you will no doubt need our business! I still don't know how much 3 beef dinners were!!!!Really disappointed - as love the friendly atmosphere in the spa beauty department.

Clean and tidy. Well marked out and marshalled for covid safe visit. Toilets were large and clean. McDonald’s queue was controlled by staff and everyone wearing masks also. Felt safe and happy to visit.

MacDonald's were clean and better than many with speedy cheerful service and parking outside with a large toilet

As above! Although the ever decreasing circles to drive into these services is a bit of a pain once inside you actually have a good selection of shops/eateries. It's also good to see that they actually have a system for sterilising tables in between visits......

Considering the current climate with covid 19, these are the worst toilets I have ever visited. Toilets are filthy, not been wiped at all for weeks. Skirting boards and legs to the cubicles have never been cleaned. The floors are dirty. The mirrors are full of water marks which have obviously been there for a long time. There were attendants present in their room but not doing anything.Will avoid in the future.

I'm not really a fan of services but the pizza place here with the big oven is really good and fairly priced, also the staff were really friendly and helpful, sometimes places surprise you, very good

We visit here lots as we are local. All the eating places are always clean and tidy. We love that you can sit in the middle and anyone can eat what they fancy. Everyone is very helpful. A shout out to Sue from McDonalds though who helped me with my food when I was with my two young children. She told me to go sit down and she would take care of bringing our food and everything to us. Such a small gesture leaves a big impression. My children love the soft play and it’s very well priced.

My neighbour and I visit the services quite regularly.I just need to say how lovely and clean it always is including the toilets.And i mean always.We visited today 4th Feb between 1.30 and 3.15.I spoke to Kevin one of the cleaning guys to tell him exactly that.Thank you.

This is exactly what the A30 needed! A nice little stopping off point with some good value food choices. And you can get your hair cut as well!!

I've tried Cornish Kitchen a couple of times now and they have not ceased to dissapoint. This time I tried the 'southern sandwhich' - a dry roll with two tiny chicken nuggets hidden inside.

Stopped here for numerous reasons including to use the ladies shower , the shower block was spotless and warm, it was locked and when I went to get a key the gentleman explained they like the women to leave a item with them , firstly so they return the key but also to ensure they are ok, the shower is away from the main building situated next to the men's, and for safety they like you to lock yourself into the block, I felt really safe and knowing if I did not return they would go look , absolutely fantastic. After my shower I then had some lunch and browsed the shop, I'd give this service station a 10/10 score...clean,great staff, fantastic facilities.

I live in North Cornwall, and this is the only decent service station on the A30. Since the local council have closed most of the public toilet facilities this is an excellent place to stop. Today I found that the toilets were really looking spic and span, and credit should go to the employees who have the thankless task of maintaining them. Well done whoever you are, you deserve the public's gratitude for a job well done!

Perfect services to stop at. Plenty of parking, great outlets, very clean toilets and facilities and the management/security team are amazing and make everyone very welcome.

The turbine marks the services location so you can see it miles before you get there. Great services. The newness has worn off a bit but the facilities are still top rate.

Went to cornwall services for meal at 7.56 pm there was a good ambient feel about the place not like usual motorway style it was extremely clean considering how busy it was got a meal from subway & chips from mc donalds sat down at a clean table all staff we met spoke to us including the man dashing round keeping the place clean. All in all an excellent services in every aspect

We drove to Cornwall and this service station was a god send for a toilet break and lunch stop. My wife had a Cornish pastie which she recommends. We stopped here on the way and back from our holiday which was mid August and the services was busy but most are. Will definitely stop here again.

I've visited this site a handful of times during our visit and unsure why in August half the toilets are constantly closed off? I would understand if cleaning was in progress but each time there was no cleaners in site!!! This meant you not only queued for the toilets you also queued for the dryers!!! My husband also experienced the same issues in the mens toilet!!! I have to add we stop at several services on route to Cornwall and this is the only location that toilets seemed to be restricted for some reason?

I visited Cornwall services with my grandchildren where we attended a clip and climb session on Saturday morning. I was very impressed with the staff and facilities. They were all great with my grandchildren we will definitely be visiting next time we are down. After working up an appetite we decided to go to Cornish kitchen, when we were in the que the young man behind the counter was getting a lot of grief from a customer who wanted a vegetarian breakfast the young man presented himself really well and explain everything to the customer in detail as to why they couldn’t offer one and offered alternatives to it but the disgruntled customer stormed off after not getting what she wanted. I give credit to the young man who handled the situation well, explained everything in detail and kept his cool. After working in catering for most of my working life I have experienced this all to much and give credit to the young man who I do believe was called lee. Our food was delicious and we will definitely recommend you to others and be back ourselves when down next. The only downside we encountered at Cornwall service was the toilet facilities. More than half the toilets where blocked off and the ones that were not blocked off where dirty. 5 stars to Cornish kitchen and clip and climb your services will bring us back here.

Stopped off here the other day for a lunchtime snack. We went to the Cornish kitchen and ordered a hot dog and chips and a cheese and tomato pizza. The pizza was freshly prepared and was delicious. Clean facilities Would visit here again

I stopped at Cornish Kitchen for breakfast and had a really good meal. When asked for a drink, I asked for tap water. I was told that ‘we are a take away so we do not have to provide it’ and was shown the water in plastic bottles in the refrigerator! Cornwall relies on the environment. The name of this brand is ‘Cornish’ Kitchen and the in ‘Cornwall Services’ This policy has to change or it is a misrepresentation of what it stands for. Having enjoyed the breakfast, I went to Costa, had a coffee and Costa were very happy to give me a glass of water with it!

We stopped off here to grab some breakfast, we usually have a Mac Donald’s but thought we would try the Cornish kitchen breakfast, well the service was rubbish, I asked to take off 2 items as I don’t like them, when I asked to swap them I was told they would have to charge extra for another egg! Even though I had removed 2 Items! I ordered 2 coffees as well. I was told to take a seat and they would bring it over. When the food arrived I was disappointed! The egg was so over cooked and was crispy on the edges, I had about 10 baked beans, the mushrooms were inedible, bacon had been cooked over an hour ago and kept warm it was more like leather! I had to go and remind them about the coffee to be told it’s behind you help yourselves, nice to be told on ordering! Customers services skills and politeness cost nothing! To swap a couple of items on a breakfast is nothing to keep Customers happy! “Customer is always right” certainly will not be eating in here again! Will stick to what we know at McDonald’s! Not happy at all. No point complaining as I wouldn’t want to interrupt the conversation the workers were having amongst themselves!

We had been to macdonilds and sat on seats in middle of sevices we could not belive how people left the tables and floor but the cleaner from Churchill did not stop he definitely earns his money

On a delayed return from holiday we looked up the services and saw a food outlet where we could get fish and chips. By the time we arrived at 18.45 it was closed. WH Smith closed at 19.00. Apart from a well known fast food outlet, the only other things you could do is gamble or buy clothes. Pathetic for a busy holiday weekend.

Although my first thought was that this would be handy earlier on in our journey as actually we then only had 45 mins to go after this stop however a very welcomed break with a lovely area for our 6 year old and baby to stretch out and play for an hour. Lovely clean services with a nice laid out car park with good sized spaces especially as most people travelling need to open every door and wide just to find something.

We want to mention how impressed we were with the service Kevin provided for us & other visitors at Cornwall Services today. His positive attitude, dedication & warm personality stood out as he swept & cleaned the tables in the main seating area. A great example of how to serve people with a smile! We need more Kevin’s in the world!!

I am a regular user of the services and especially the Cornish Kitchen.Food is always freshly prepared to a good standard.Staff are helpful and friendly,must name Michelle,Molly and Joe.Only one problem cannot alter what is exactly on the menu not even to delete an item,this should not be difficult.

Been here several times now and have to say it's great value for money. We've shared a delicious pizza with the kids after they went climbing - which too was a fantastic experience.

We were on our way to Devon and stopped for a break and a quick lunch. Went into Subway and each had a 6 inch sub. The staff were particularly helpful and friendly and offered everything they had there - salad, different types of bread and meats. The lady asked if I wanted it warmed which I did. I had a latte and my Son had a drink from the machine. With this we could have had crisps or cookies. This amounted to £6.99 via a special offer from one of their booklets. Cornwall Services as a whole I have found has been very good. There is a reasonable choice of food including Costa Coffee. Also they are building a hotel alongside this for travellers.

Stopped here on the way back from Penzance and was really impressed. First sight was the Rowe's pasty counter - being out of season we hadn't found any open pasty shops in Cornwall, so that made my day! Lots of shops and food for sale, around a central area with lots of seating. Would definitely pop back in here again.

No gluten free choice which is fine but when asked to cook the breakfast and just exclude the sausage to make it gluten free, the young girl on the counter refused to remove anything. I’d understand it if we asked to add things or pay less but they seem incapable of simply removing one item of a set breakfast.

Busy but generally well run services. Quite convoluted entry to Car Park but that’s nothing too unusual. Adjacent hotel construction that seems to have been going in for ages but doesn’t really impact on the site apart from visually.

Visited here today for the first time , had coffee at Costa , was very impressed with the warm and friendly welcome. Nice !!

After nearly 25 years working in the UK and Europe this is the best managed, cleanest and friendliest services I have visited. The facilities for HGV parking are reasonably priced, well maintained by Kevin and close by. No walking from one end of the site to the other here.

We stop here a fair bit for drinks and snacks while in the area. Good range of eateries and clean facilities. We had some excellent pizza here on our last visit, thoroughly recommended!

Having travelled all around the country for various reasons I couldn't excuse what a high level of customer service myself and my family received at Cornwall services. We were greeted with a smile and knew that the staff where very approachable for information regards to places to stay and eat.

I visit this place weekly and the shops and toilets are very good, although the general maintenance

Cornwall is filling with new buildings, of all types, as the area promotes itself. These services are plain to see from the A30 and I've suggested could be the best I've ever been into. It may be that they are not the busiest but they are clean friendly.

Planned stop for coffee at the McDonald’s which was good as normal. The services were very busy which is good for the area, the toilets were dirty and smelly due to the amount of people using these facilities, need more cleaners for these busy t8mes

Visited on a busy day- and the custom shows how this service area is needed. Spacious car park, clean premises, courteous staff. Patronised Costa and this was one of the best organised Costas we have visited - congratulations.

We enjoyed a really good cheese and ham panini to take back to the car - as we had dogs to check in on. It was large, hot, tasty mini salad with balsamic dressing. Very good value.

I have to give Alex, the manager a massive thank you. We were doing a photoshoot near by and needed a place for makeup and hair for our model and Alex looked after us so well. Perfect location too!

Great local Cornish sausage, lovely coleslaw, but would have liked a seeded bread product as I don't do well with white bread. Kind & polite staff, which makes all the difference! A big thank you as this was just what we needed at the time. WELL DONE GUYS X Visited am on Friday 15th March

We arrived mid morning, three of us wanting a vegetarian meal. We were informed that only breakfasts were being prepared, no problem we wanted breakfast. But when we asked for three vegetarian breakfasts we were told, no we don't do vegetarian breakfasts. So basically we were turned away without any options.

We get Costa, alway clean they got a kids activity bit clip and climb. Washing machine and tumble dry outside by the side petrol station on the way out

Soft play brilliant and all the other shops great. The only let down is the lack of cleanliness of the ladies toilets. I arrived at 09.30am so all should be clean ready for the day surly? They were disgusting and the build up of dirt has been there for a while. Will visit again but will make sure I go to the toilet before I do.

As services go it is excellent, along the lines of Gloucester Services but smaller. With its various outlets there is something for everyone including MacDonalds, Costa etc. Also Smiths and clothes franchise. Clean and easy.

Wow! We stumbled upon a lovely independent cafe at the back of the surf store. We felt like we had robbed the poor guy blind... beautiful barista coffee, salads and sourdough sandwiches, crisps and two pieces of beautiful homemade cake....all for a tenner! The chap who whipped up the coffee and food was fab, really attentive and clearly knew what he was doing. Avoid those chains and give this place a go. We will be back in a heartbeat. Well done x

Used while in the area was busy in the food places while we was there so we ended up getting subway which was ok,plenty of seating and the toilets where very clean ideal break spot in you traveling further down to cornwall, everything u need is on here of course being service station prices are dearer, also building a holiday inn next door so would be a ideal spot of place if u need a nights sleep

For a couple who don't normally eat pizzas we find it very difficult to pass this place without buying one! Realy is the best flavour ever. Thank you. :)

Been here multiple times on my way between Devon and Cornwall and every time has been fantastic, the staff in the Cornish kitchen and Cornish pizza kitchen are always incredibly friendly, and the food is always delicious and served quickly, would absolutely reccomend skipping the McDonald's or subway and heading straight for the Cornish kitchen!

A frequent stop for us but today we tried the Cornish Kitchen pizza! We had the Cornish breakfast. It was lovely! Great tasting. Friendly staff. Made a change from the usual McDonald's stop.

Wow is all I can say the pizzas were amazing! It was such a shame to see so many people eating mc Donald’s when you had fantastic authentic pizzas freshly made to order great selection of toppings and extremely reasonably priced definitely worth a try we be back

Stopped off for a coffee on the way back to Devon and left my purse in the Costa by mistake. Didn’t discover it was missing until the following day. After leaving a message for the services, the general manager rang me back swiftly having already checked with Costa that the purse had been found and handed in. He assured me it was safe until I was able to return.

Stopped off for a comfort break, and picked up some bargains at WHS.

I often stop here on my way to meet clients in Cornwall but had 2 business meetings here today. Great facilities - modern, clean, car parking easy, plenty of outlet choice and busy but not too manic to hold a business meeting. All staff interacted with were customer focussed, friendly and professional. I was helped my a lovely gentlemen who explained car parking for an extended stay which is very reasonable at only £5 for 24 hours. Town centre parking very poor in comparison. All food and beverages purchased good too. I would recommend it for both business and pleasure.

I called in yesterday on the way home from Cornwall.

Heading home from a day trip over the boarder shopping and seeing friends. Stopped for a late snack and as expected it was fairly quiet but also very clean and good service.

This busy Service Area is one of the better designed Services. It has an open light and clean feel to it. The parking is still a pain though with minimum sized parking slots and huge cars built for ego and not need, prevalent.

We recently popped in during a trip to Camborne. The disabled parking was excellent, plenty of spaces and close to the doors. The inside of the services is divided up into a series of shops, from surfing gear to pastry products, as well as a McDonald's which seemed busy (they have the self serve screens which is a plus).

We've used the services a number of times backwards and forwards to Cornwall, but our visit on the way the home really was the best....

The manager at Cornwall Services, Mike, and everyone in the team here are brilliant, so helpful and talkative and really made us all feel at home when visiting. Would really recommend.

This new trunk road services area makes very efficient use of space. The foot print is not big, but lots in packed into it including a pizza oven in the main atrium! Everything is very clean including the toilets. It is eco friendly with two wind turbines.This TSA sets a good example for others to follow. I understand that there are plans to build an hotel on the site.
