Great breakfasts, coffee and cake. A bit restricted due to COVID but they are adapting and doing their utmost to keep things going for locals and visitors alike. Don't expect polished but then again, who wants that all the time, this is quaint, cute and friendly and best sausage baguette I've had in ages.

Lovely lunch in the sunny garden. Ham, lettuce and tomato sandwich with crisps, gorgeous bit of ham, crisp, crunchy lettuce and fresh tomatoes wrapped in a couple of perfect slices of bread, what more could you want? Very friendly and polite service, felt very welcomed. 100% recommend and will definitely be returning!

As a regular of this gorgeous little cafe I can honestly say the coffee is great and the brownies are amazing! Friendly, cosy and great range of foods for all tastes. Something for everyone.

Quick coffee and a sarnie at lunchtime, half way through my cycle ride. Great service, epic coronation chicken sandwich and coffee. Great find - try it if your passing, you won’t be disappointed!

Another lovely stop at the Plaistow Sores cafe - out for a 40 mile cycle i=ride, and needed a good coffee and panini. Just what I needed and came with a salad and crisps to make a complete meal.

This is a great cafe that is local to us. Serves delicious, freshly made food as well as scrummy cakes and really good coffee. Lorraine is so friendly and welcoming. Great garden outside too, perfect for sitting in whilst we have this sunny weather.

We were in need of a bite to day and a coffee and as we past this store we noticed the sign for coffee so we stopped. What a great store cafe, we had a pork pie with pickle and a veg pannini, and washed down with two lattes. The produce is locally soured and of great quality. The staff were welcoming and freindly. After our break we looked around the store which had most items that were needed to serve the local community, including fresh produce delivered daily. Great store, great service and a great find. Next time we pass that way we will definately stop again.

Popped in today for a large cappuncino and a home cooked ham and chutney panini. Delicious tasting panini that was served with lettuce and tomato plus crisps, Definitely will return when in the area again. Definitely would recommend.

dropped into here for some bacon and milk and stopped for a coffee. very nice and cosy with locals coming in for breakfast and to read the paper!

We came here a couple of times for small supplies, but especially for the coffee to take over onto the green opposite.

Stopped here with a friend on a cycle ride and had a good value bacon sandwich which comes quickly and was great, will return

Precioso hotel con un jardín bancos así como mesas en el interior. Yo creo que esta es la tienda de campo con una pequeña cafetería donde puedes pedir tortas caseras con café y aperitivos ligeros de comer (no estoy seguro de todo lo demás).Tenía una preciosa (enorme! ) pedazo de la tarta de chocolate con café. Tarta era increíble, el café estaba bien ya que no encontrar suficientemente fuerte.La señorita que me atendió fue muy agradable y amable. Esperé unos cinco minutos para mi pedido y puedes pagar con tarjetas.Una parada útil poco si para un paseo en bicicleta o senderismo.

Lovely setting, terrible service. We were waiting 45 minutes for our drinks and 1 hour for egg and sausage sandwich, which was still snotty in the middle. Would not go back. Shame

Siempre he sido de esta manera siempre he querido entrar y apoyar esta tienda, una tienda local favorita. Siempre pensé que sería un gran lugar para un café, y eso es exactamente lo que he hecho, y abrió un café encantador! Sándwiches, pasteles y café de excelente! Bonito lugar para sentarse, dentro o fuera. Un grupo de nosotros tuvimos una conversación muy agradable con una señora de 91 locales que paseos cada día por su comida y una taza de té.

Habiendo realizado una caminata de dos horas fuimos para té y pasteles. Pasteles eran excelentes y todo casero. Personal muy amable y servicial. El único inconveniente era el té se sirve como una bolsa de té en una taza. Sería mucho mejor en ollas de té. Por lo demás muy buena para una pequeña tienda de pueblo.

Dropped in for a cup of coffee between retail stops in the area. Friendly welcome, great coffee and a chocolate brownie to die for. Best I've ever tasted👌😀

Sin duda merece la pena parar en este café excelente, en el precioso pueblo de Plaistow en West Sussex. Lorena te hace más bienvenido y la selección de pasteles caseros realmente no le decepcionará! El café sobrepasa todo lo que se puede encontrar en la calle y a los niños les encantan los cremosos batidos de leche. Los almuerzos livianos son frescos y sabrosos! No te lo puedes perder!

Today we dropped in for coffee with friends. Superb coffee, scrummy cakes and very welcoming owners. We will go back soon!
