Love this cafe. We're not regulars yet but have been a few times in the past 3 weeks. Hard working, food all cooked fresh so you must expect to wait and it's worth it. Lovely lady on her own kept her cool this morning 1/10/21 as hungry folk popped in. The breakfasts are delicious and made with quality ingredients. I'd recommend a trip here.

Called in after a walk around Fleetwood. Although it was cramped inside we got a small table to one side of entrance. The staff were very friendly and helpful and we were given the menu to peruse before ordering. We had to order at the counter. Coffee was good. We ordered 2 cheese toasties that came with salad side and small pot of crisps. It cost £12 altogether. Enough cheese in the toasties too. We weren’t rushed even though there were people seemingly looking in for a table. This seems to be a meeting place for locals too.

We really enjoyed our lunch at this unpretentious cafe , very fast and efficient service , great prawn sandwiches , great presentation and very modest prices too. We arrived on a busy lunchtime , with outside seating all taken , and just managed to get a table inside. Pleasant atmosphere , lovely coffee , we will certainly return , as quite local to us , if we can get in , but they very much deserve their popularity !! Excellent.

This small café provides good quality food at sensible prices. It's only small so can get very busy but on a fine day there is space outside. The staff don't rush the preparation, so you may have to wait a short while, but this is all to their credit. All the meals looked very enticing and presentation was good too. We went in just after 12 noon to buy sandwiches. Its quite small. After a quick look at the menu and the fact that we were the only customers we ordered steak pie chips and peas and scampi chips and peas. The girls were polite and got on with cooking. My steak pie, a good wedge, was full of beef the chips a lovely cooked colour and mushy peas and thick gravy in its own jug. A really good meal. The chips and scampi came in a large cone, it looked great. Very good food all in.

After a tram ride from Starr Gate Blackpool we were gasping for a cup of coffee and the Corner Cafe seemed to be the only place open at the Fleetwood terminus. We ordered three ordinary coffees and one tea and then waited for nearly 15 minutes for them to be provided. Admittedly the prices of the drinks were cheap but that reflected the decor of the cafe. The worse things about the cafe though was the strong smell of cooking fat- as though the extraction filters above the cookers needed urgent cleaning or replacement. I think we'll give this cafe a miss in the future.

First of all let me say we visited here on tram Sunday and it was a nice day and the cafe and Fleetwood was packed out and very busy. The writing was on the wall when two members of the local rotary club asked for a refund as they could not wait any longer while we were waiting to order! We ordered a cup of tea two cokes and three baskets of chips. We sat outside as directed and were told the order would be bought out to us , It had taken 15 minutes to get this far. It then took a further twenty minutes before we had the cup of tea. We never got the chips and after 35 to 40 minutes I went in to cancel the order only to be told they had done it and given it had been given to someone else . I again asked for a refund as I hadn't had the food, and explained I did not want to wait any longer. I was told they had done the order , and they could not do anything . After asking twice for a refund and getting nowhere I gave up against my better judgement and left with no food and having had an expensive drink and no refund. In hindsight I should have stayed and argued , but it had already spoilt our day. There were at least 6 staff working , and I still cannot see why there was such a delay even though it was busy day. These are the facts , and I will leave you all to reach your own conclusions, but we will never go back here again.I would like to say the food other people were having looked very nice , but I cannot comment on what we did not get !

It's not often that the first thing I do when I get home is want to immediately review somewhere I visited but this is a special wee place. Had it not been for the rain showers then perhaps we would still be sat outside! We stumbled across this place by accident as we had originally sat at a cafe elsewhere that didn't take card payments (and the food didn't look too appealing!). Even though we had our dog with us and all the outside tables were taken, the ladies were quick to offer and set up another one for us along with the well-needed water bowl for Guinness!. They were even apologetic that policy was not to have dogs inside and whilst we love our totally 'dog friendly' places, this place still ticks the box for how they accommodated us.The food was excellent and totally not what we were expecting from what looks like just another cafe. Crispy breaded scampi served in a cone; chunky chips with some skin along with all the tartar and ketchup you could ever need really hit the spot - and at a surprising price! It was fantastic value for money. My only gripe is that whilst the wife got her fantastically presented scampi and chips in a cone; my sausages looked a bit lacklustre on the traditional plate!! Seriously though, we were so impressed by the quality and portion sizes too.The wife had eyed up the huge sundae another couple were enjoying and we had planned to dig into one but the rain beat us to it - but we're so glad we have a ready-made excuse to return soon! Thanks for a great lunch ladies!

Pie good, chips were strange, frozen but mash potato inside. The waitress had to go for cutlery and it was thrown on the table. Cups came , no saucers. The food was presented in a quirky way- but the basics need to be sorted. - cleaned throughly, waitress to be taught people skills.with the previous owners it was spotless how ever busy it was.We will go again, and give it another chance.

This is not a posh hotel afternoon tea, but a good array of different edibles, well prepared and well cooked and, moreover, imaginatively served which leave you feeling good about the end of your day. Our selection consisted of a small hot dog with onions on a finger roll (excellent sausage), a cheeseburger with salad server in a soft white bun and a small cone of chunky chips and a finger of fish in breadcrumb. As if that weren't enough, there was a selection of sweet delectables arranged in glasses of different shapes and sizes and this included miniature doughnuts, fondant fancies, iced sponge cake, battenburg cake, Viennese shortcake, popcorn and, to help with the five-a-day requirement, some fresh strawberries. The sweet items were served in a kind of rowing boat structure standing on its flat end with little shelves on which the glasses stood and the great thing about them was, not only that they were in dainty portions, but those cakes with icing tasted of raspberry or strawberry. The whole ensemble was walked down with a mini milkshake and a large pot of tea (coffee is also available) and represented terrific value. Natasha and her assistant were attentive and obviously enjoy putting together this bit of culinary theatre for their guests. The cafe also serves breakfast, lunches, snacks and locally made ice-cream, so even if afternoon tea is not your bag, I'm sure you would fine something equally delicious if you dropped by.

Visited this café today and sat outside watching world go by. This is a great little café, if not large, it makes up for it by its menu and value for money eats. Friendly staff and very dog friendly. Well done - very recommendable.....

We spent a very leisurely lunch here today having met up with a former work colleague who lives in the area, & enjoyed scampi & fish with chips, teas & coffee's all served outside as the weather was great. We been several time previously during the last four years & can say that the service & quality are consistent. You will not find flambé king prawns or a chateaubriand on the menu - that's not their forte, but simple fresh salads & sandwiches, a good quality breakfast, home made steak pies & excellent fish & chips all served with a decent cup of tea or coffee are what they are good at.We've always found the staff very pleasant & polite, the service prompt, & the cleanliness of the café including the toilets to be excellent. The opening hours may seem a bit limited but it reflects the visitor patterns to Fleetwood as most are just there for the day. For a simple good quality lunch on a day out then this place is very good.

Having cycled along the front from the Pleasure Beach my friends and I were delighted to come across the Corner Café for a bit of a pit stop before cycling back to the pleasure beach. The place was very clean and the staff most helpful. Although tempted by the homemade steak pie being enjoyed by other customers I decided on a bacon and mushroom barm cake with my coffee. Delicious. They even had gluten free bread for one of our party. Highly recommended. (Both the café and the Bike ride)

Ok staff, but seemed a little tired and unhappy. Just had a pot of tea and 2 slices of toast. Had planned on having a breakfast but they were only served until 12pm. Overall ok, but won't be returning & will try somewhere differnt next time!

We come here every time we visit Fleetwood. It's only small, but the food is excellent. There's a good choice too and although it's inexpensive that's not reflected in the quality of their food, which is high. I always have the steak pie and chips. It's extremely good. I would never normally choose steak pie as I'd be too suspicious of its content, but this steak pie is really delicious. It costs £3.50, fish and chips is £5. There are sandwiches and jacket potatoes on the menu too. It's very clean and the staff are helpful, but unobtrusive. A very good place for lunch or a drink and a slice of cake.

First visit to this cafe - for coffee and cake. Situated just near the Fleetwood to Knott End Ferry We sat outside as it was a nice day - some noise from the trams which run past the cafe but you can always sit inside. The cafe was lovely and clean, and the staff friendly :-) Coffee was very good, and my grandson enjoyed his juice and cake! We will certainly return!

Called here for lunch on Bank Holiday Monday at the start of may 2015. the place is spotless to say the least, the windows look as if the glass has been taken out. Food was served hot and cooked to perfection. The staff were nice and pleasant and the price was reasonable. Overall a nice clean place to eat a nice meal.

Absolutely stunning little cafe, lovely service, so clean and such friendly service. A definite place to go to whether for a quick cuppa or something more. All very reasonable prices and the food, I was told, locally sourced.
