Lovely breakfast very filling for a good price, staff very polite and friendly, exceptionally clean with a five food hygiene rating worth a visit

I cannot recommend this cafe highly enough! I have visited The Copper Kettle on several occasions with family and friends but never taken the time to write a review before. However, after having their magnificent steak pie and veg for the first time last Friday, I now feel compelled to do so. The menu consists of all the usual breakfast and lunch favourites but also includes some traditional dishes like their fab steak pie, cottage pie, liver and bacon, etc etc all served with fresh veg grown on the farm that owns the cafe. The puddings are to die for too! I particularly recommend the bread and butter pudding and custard! Everything is homemade on the premises which I find, a very refreshing change in this day and age. The quality of the produce is absolutely first class and the portion sizes, service and value for money are second to none and the delightful manager, Donna, runs a relaxed but efficient ship with what seems to be, a very happy work force on board for whom nothing is too much trouble. The cafe is an inspiring charity run business, where they help kids with learning difficulties both on their farm and in the cafe. The Copper Kettle scores 10/10 every time for my family and friends and is always our first choice whenever we decide to eat out. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed! Sonya

I have just enjoyed a very good home cooked steak and ale pie for lunch, with a good choice of vegetables and all served piping hot! The price was very reasonable too. The café is clean and unpretentious and the service is prompt and friendly. My friend and I have enjoyed breakfasts, here, in the past as well. The menu offers quite a choice of British staple dishes including vegetarian and gluten free meals. Recommended!

Had been reccomend by a friend. Went in early, 0800. No wait, food cooked to order. Beautifuly cooked, no fat, good quality food. Staff very friendly the premises is spotless. Highly reccomend.

The best ingredients are picked out for a fantastic english brekkie. We came a couple of times on our jolly and the standards were the same each visit. Glorious yellow eggs and meaty yet juicy sausage washed down with a lovely mug of tea. Staff are friendly and nothing too much trouble but also leave you to your meal once they know your happy. They fully deserve the 5* food hygiene certificate as its clean, bright and comfortable. If it were in my town I'd be a regular.

We often go to the Copper Kettle for breakfast before going away for the day with Baker's Dolphin coaches. Their breakfast sets us up for several hours! Unfortunately, no fault of the café, but there are often travellers in the Copper Kettle. Cheap & cheerful meals, and the staff are nice.

Winner every time with butchers sausages try having a breakfast with cheap sausages it spoils the breakfast absolutely no point in my view having a breakfast without butchers sausages I had the butchers faggots as well they was spectacular that was the best meal in ages.

Fabulous venue for food whether visiting with friends or family. Food is freshly cooked and always hot. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff and they provide a much valued service to the people who visit. Great value and a big welcome❤️

microwave cooked food and rude staff, wont be returning. The food was vile and beans were very cold. The cutlery wasn’t clean neither were the cups. Wouldn’t recommend going here.

Came from Coventry with my partner we stayed over the night and was really looking forward to breakfast the next day.. What a DISAPPOINTMENT They put my beans and tomatoes over my Eggs so I couldn’t even enjoy the yolk with my toast 😞 and it was swimming in oil I had to use my serviette and my partner’s to soak off the oil and my toast was burnt, £17 was not worth the money this is the first review iv ever had to write, shame because the place was packed not sure why 😳

We often come here for lunch and the food is really of a high standard and very inexpensive. This time we had cheese on toast and, goodness, the cheese topping was very generous and so tasty! The staff are jolly and helpful - so, yes, we shall keep on coming back to the Copper Kettle!

Good food at a reasonable price, good friendly service clean and tidy , open 7 days a week from 7am till 3 pm

I am a regular to The Copper Kettle. The menu choice is fabulous, the food is beautifully cooked and very homely and the prices are very reasonable. But the main reason we come back is because we are treated like family here. The ladies are absolutely top notch. Xx.

Have used this cafe on a regular basis and always opt for a medium or large breakfast. However, since my last visit they appear to have changed the brand of sausages used and it is certainly not an improvement, they are completely tasteless. So, won't be returning until they restore the original sausages. I don't know if this was to save money or for some other reason but, either way, they need to look at it again.

Convenient location next to the big car park. Clean, warm and with friendly staff. Coffee pretty good. Some clientele a bit loud and sweary so not somewhere to go for a quiet drink. But, compared with what else is on offer in Weston this is a great bet. The breakfasts looked huge and smelt good and there was a wide selection of tasty snack foods on the menu.

The copper kettle is a excellent place to eat for all meals,the portions are extremely large but also of high quality ingredients, this is recommended location if you have a room only basis also if you live locally, the service is excellent and you would probably enjoy your breakfast lunch and dinner here you won’t be disappointed.

You know what its like, you want a breakfast but you don't want it greasy or swimming in fat. Well the Copper Kettle Cafe is for you. Guaranteed good food and my personal favourite. I travel a lot so it's always nice to visit when back in Weston. On this occasion I was with my wife and brother in law. My wife ordered Mushrooms on toast, whereas my brother in law and I had the full English. Him small me medium. I can't do the large!When the food arrived, as always, its cooked to order so arrives piping hot. The best bit for me is nice crispy fried bread!. Joined by two fried eggs, two thick slices of bacon, two butchers sausages, two hash browns, bakedbean, tomatoes and I add black pudding.You can tell how good it is as all the plates were cleared. Wendy and the team do a marvelous job and all very friendly. Now, when can I go back again?

I have been here a few times now, a couple times with my little one and a couple times as a couple. All times were at breakfast time though so I can not comment on the lunch menu.

We’ve been eating at the cooper kettle for around two years, can’t fault the food. However today we went as a family and our youngest (who is a very fussy eater) had a Mac Donald’s, before we sat down I asked staff if she was ok to eat that when we have our cooked breakfast. I wasn’t prepared for the response.....one staff member was very rude and quite verbally aggressive. We totally understood if it’s company policy as she stated, however there really wasn’t any need for the reposnse and the way we were treated. We won’t ever be returning and they have lost our loyal custom!!

Haute Cuisine this is not but good old cafe spread is the name of the game . Just around the corner from the hustle and bustle of the town centre , train station , coach drop off and municipal car park . Worth a try

This restaurant it facing the promenade, there is no parking on site but there is a public carpark about 300 mtrs away. The food is good but a tad overpriced.

We had lunch here today and it was lovely. Great views of the lake from every seat, the food is perfectly prepared and reasonably priced. Parking can be challenging during high season, but it's worth it. We definitely will be back!

Visited on Friday the 13th but our choice of cafe definitely wasn't unlucky. We had 1 small and 1 medium breakfast and left full and happy. The breakfast was well cooked and when delivered to the table we were told that the bacon had shrunk when cooked so they'd given us extra (double in fact!) wouldn't happen in lots of place for damaging yields! We had crusty bread and butter with it and it was lovely and fresh and mopped up the egg and tomato just perfectly.Brilliant breakfast thank you to all

I have since noticed one or two reviews that have been a little negative.I have been back here on a number of occasions and visited again this week. I can honestly say that the food is still absolutely top quality and the place is still spotlessly clean and looking great. The staff couldn't have been more welcoming and again made our visit very enjoyable.If you haven't already tried this café, give it a go, You will not be disappointed!

Upon arrival cafe was busy with plenty of seating left,ordered our food which arrived quickly and was hot and totally delicious.Highly recommend for a fry up.

I decided to visit there after the refurbishment, quite excited in fact. But was left very disappointed. The atmosphere feels clinical. Free range eggs are no longer used and the food tasted cheap when compared to what it used to be like. I would strongly advise the new owner to offer decent food and make it a more welcoming and 'warmer' place. I wish them all the best but its not like it used to be.

The cafe was busy upon arrival and whilst staff seemed welcoming the staff behind the counter could speed up a little, as they were creating long queues through the tables which doesn't make for a quiet or private breakfast. Having said that the food was of good quality and served quickly. Few minor errors but all products were very nice and there was a wide selection of food and breakfasts on offer to cater for all. Good pricing and facilities.

the new layout of the old copper kettle is vastly better than how it use to be.. the only thing i can think of to improve it would be a slimming world friendly fried breakfast as I've been on there diet for a while now and really miss a good cafe fry up.. it might be healthy cooking one to plan at home buts it's not the same

My wife and I dropped in for a breakfast and enjoyed it.The cafe looks clean and tidy, and the food offerings clear on display, a choice of breakfasts starting at £5.50 for a small cooked breakfast with tea or coffee in with the price, this is a great thing to do, value for money it is. The crusty bread and butter was a great option on the breakfast and included Egg, Bacon, Sausage, Beans/tomatoes, hash brown and a choice of Fried/Bread & Butter/toast. The beans had a slightly cheap taste to them and my egg was not runny but these are small things to be of concern as the overall service and offerings make this the place to go for a decent cafe breakfast in Weston!

Hi,We recently went to this café for breakfast. We haven't been in since it changed ownership (It was diabolical before). We were very pleasantly surprised as the whole place has been refurbished and is spotless.They were great with us changing around breakfast and the food was exceptional quality and very well cooked. All fresh and piping hot. We have really struggled recently to find a decent café in Weston that serves a good breakfast, but have certainly found one now. We have been every week since and will continue to go there. I would highly recommend this place. Give it a try!

I was very surprised to read the bad reviews, after my experience today, I expected all good reviews. The cafe seemed very clean, I would imagine it has recently been renovated, but I don't know. It just has that new, clean feeling. The food was of excellent quality in my opinion and at a very reasonable price. The menu was varied, with plenty of choice to satisfy most appetites. The staff were very friendly and it is very child friendly with some toys in a box in the corner. I definitely recommend the Copper Kettle and look forward to visiting again.

If we fancy a breakfast I wouldn't go anywhere else in Weston, and there are plenty of other places. The portions are a very good size and the food beautifully cooked, the prices are very reasonable. The café is spotless and the staff very friendly. They do other meals but we have only been in at breakfast time.

A old favourite stopping off cafe for a good fry up or bacon sandwiches has morphed into a none discript cafe trying to cater for a range of cultures

Always have breakfast here when ever I play weston ,huge tasty well cooked food sets me up for the road ,good prices and clean and friendly. Try it out

First visited this cafe in 2000 and in 2014 the food quality and quantity is still great.Great food, great service and modest cost. Can't beat that.
