Lovely place for an evening cocktail (or cheeky glass of Rose) in Henley

Burger had zero flavour apart from burger sauce and chips were hard. Lamb dish was hugely overpriced at £25 and only had two bits of lamb and two bits of fondant potato. Really disappointing!

I've been coming over some months now, mainly for lunch. Always good service and the food is spot on.

Amazing staff, food was tasty, I wanted to repeat the burger however I couldn’t fit it in… I will come back for seconds. Staff was outstanding, Livia was very caring and quick to attend, drink recommendations were spot on with the food.

Inviting atmosphere and very comfortable seating with plenty of space, settees and arm chairs. Good coffee. The service was surprisingly a little brusque.

The lounge area by the fire with large doors for easy pram access is an ideal location for mothers with young children to enjoy a coffee or for lunch with family. The food is consistently delicious, and the service is always excellent.

The service provided by the staff this evening was truly exceptional. Despite the restaurant being quite busy, we were warmly welcomed and managed to secure a delightful spot by the fireplace, which was perfect on this chilly day. The food was delicious and arrived promptly. The pumpkin and pancetta pizza was particularly delectable. We will definitely be returning for another visit.

Great food and service! Been here for many times and always impressed! Food tonight was delicious,even it was very busy they managed to squeeze us by the bar where you can eat also ! We've been served by Radu who was amazing !

Lovely food and friendly, warm service. A nice relaxed setting and worth enjoying the light bites menu to share with a smaller group. Courgette Fritti, buttermilk fried chicken, sourdough bread, and burrata were delicious with a large glass of Verdejo wine. I have even recreated their sourdough with date and sea salt butter at home, so tasty.

Love the atmosphere here in the henley coppa club,there hot chocolate is the best.

My wife and I decided to visit the restaurant after hearing great things about it, specially since we knew Fatima is working there. Our visit exceeded expectations-the service was outstanding, and food was truly amazing. We had a wonderful time and we decided, we will be our regular place in Henley. Thank you for providing such a delightful experience. Many thanks Fatima and Liv , we will be back next week.

Sadly disappointed with our lunch. Steak under cooked. Was suppose to be medium but was very rare. Chicken dish had a strange taste and texture. Manager did take these two meals off of our bill. Which was fair as we didn’t eat them.

Never been to one of these before, didn’t know what to expect. Turned out just right for a hot skillet breakfast on a miserable rainy morning. Very friendly greeting, fast service, loved the really hot & tasty food. Clean, bit of a buzz going on inside. Nice surprise and will be back for another try. UPDATE: Went back for pizza & salad. Meh. Great service, though.

Visited Coppa Club Henley for the first time today. Overall, brilliant service and atmosphere. We went for lunch, and the food was delicious, we will definitely be back in the near future. Jamie.

Delicious food and very good service. I’ve been with my husband, on a very hot day. The restaurant had the AC on and it was lovely to have our dinner there.

This was my first time visiting coppa club and my experience here perfect. I really enjoyed the service from Fatima. I definitely recommend going to coppa club.

Best service in town, it might be a chain restaurant but there staff here are second to none, I’ve eaten at other locations of this chain and this one is the all round best with service and welcoming warmth. 10/10 thanks guys 🙏

Magnificent place we enjoy every time we visit Henley. Fernando and his beautiful wife have exceptional customer service skills and made our visit very special. Food, wine and sweets were all delicious at a great price. Credit to all the team there you deserve some form of reward. See you all again soon.

Disappointing. Came here for brunch before heading home, phone booking was good and we had a lovely table by the window in the corner. It took them 20 minutes to make 1 latte and 2 peppermint teas, only taking our food order just before the drinks arrived meaning we waited another 25 minutes. Food was okay, one had a fry up which they said was nice, another eggs, bacon and toast. I had maple syrup bacon pancakes with a side of 2 x scrambled eggs, which was very lacking in maple syrup and butter, no-one came to check if everything was okay, and after the long wait for food and difficulty getting anyone’s attention, I just couldn’t be bothered. Bill came and tried to charge £6 for 2 scrambled eggs, which is disgusting, on the menu it’s written as bacon, or 2 eggs £3 each, my partner had 2 extra slices of bacon but was only charged £3, and it was written as “2 eggs”. The waiter did take this off the bill (As much as it sounds petty, £3 per egg is daylight robbery). Overall, lack of staff and overpriced menu.

This is by far the best place to eat in Henley. It is always consistent. The atmosphere is always relaxed. I do enjoy it!

Food is really great, slightly on the expensive side, we paid £70 for two burgers two coffees and two sticky toffee puddings but it was really superb

Great service, hot food,arrived quickly BUT the 2 x large portions of pasta were not large at all and neither did they contain very much sauce or beef- mostly pasta! Please reconsider your description or fix the portion sizes !

Good service, friendly. Tired decor. Fishcakes dry, mediocre and in desperate need of a sauce. Had better from Waitrose. Obviously bought in. Underwhelming salad.

Comfortable with a great "lounge" atmosphere. Food is as good as you should expect, and the welcome is warm and sensitive to customer needs.

Carbonara is impeccable, I visit at least twice a month. Staff are amazing & such a nice atmosphere

Just had an amazing dinner here. The carbonara and parmesan croquettes were absolutely delicious and the staff were so friendly. Our waiters went above and beyond to make it a lovely experience!

Went into the Coppa Club, Henley for a couple of drinks with friends. I found the atmosphere warm and inviting and the service excellent.

A lovely place for a romantic dinner. The food here is top notch. I had an excellent brunch here with my wife. Smashed avocado and poached eggs with some lovely chilli for kick. Wonderful.

A very nice little place tucked away and almost out of sight. Very attentive team beautiful food well presented, sadly no pineapple juice. Veggie/vegan burger was like chewy cardboard and was topped with red cabbage, which I really did not understand. But on the whole an enjoyable experience. Must try the parmesan croquettes!!

First visit but I must admit best food with great service easy to make the choices from menu. Staff is super friendly thank you Livina for your service today all in all great atmosphere kids friendly we would highly recommend can’t wait for next visit !

I want to express my gratitude to Chimaa, our wonderful waitress. Her excellent service and friendly demeanor made our dining experience truly enjoyable. We also loved the prawn and fish cake – the food was really good. Thank you, Chimaa!

What we wanted on the menu they didn't have... Ordered a pizza, nothing special, dry slightly overcooked. We asked for the bill and sat for 10 minutes before we had to remind the waiter for our bill.

Just great, very busy though as expected after Boxing Day.

Lovely tasty food in a lovely atmosphere with excellent service. The only thing that would have made it better would be that the bill turned out 50% less. The breakfast could at least include a tea/coffee in the price.

It was a beautiful experience, the atmosphere was calm and warm. A lovely place to hang out with friends, family and even celebrations 🍾 of events. I enjoyed my Coppa Hot Pizza and Peach Trip drink. There is good parking at the Waitrose Car Park at the back.

Just thoroughly enjoyed Coppa. We popped in with my dog and had some drinks/cocktails, lovely atmosphere. Returned the next night (minus my dog :-)) for more strawberry margaritas and candyfloss and a meal, to finish our holiday tour of 4 weeks. Memorable, great staff, friendly atmosphere, if I lived in Henley on Thames, this would definitely be my haunt:-)

Myself, my brother and my mum came to copper club for dinner. It started promising with some garlic bread and some breaded calamari which was done very well for basic dishes, both were hot although the calamari was a little under seasoned. For the mains we had ordered the chicken, the flat iron steak and the king prawn linguine. Both the chicken and the steak were done very well (again quite basic dishes). My linguine came and straight away I was disappointed, no sauce, pasta (I know the pasta is meant to be aldente, but wasn’t cooked at all), nearly raw tomatoes, one king prawn with the shell on and the others were small prawns that were definitely from frozen due to their toughness. The garlic was also raw in the pasta too. At no point did the waiters ask if we liked our meals and we had to ask them for the dessert menu after about 10-15 minutes. We then ordered one roasted pineapple with puff rice and a sticky toffee pudding, the pineapple was cooked well but the puff rice was a very bizarre choice to have with a dessert. It was ok but not great. Overall for the price, good for a drink but nothing tasted fresh and it was very basic food done average. Overall disappointing

Really accommodating for a party of 8 with kids! Shout out to our waiter Danny! He was really receptive to my kids, thank you! Even when it got busy he made sure the food was on point. Food and cocktails were great and timing. I’d definitely come back to try more dishes!

Best cocktail waiter ever 5 stars

There are a number of reasons to go out for dinner, but service is why you come back. We’ve visited Coppa Club a number of times over the years. Serrvice has more often then not been so-so, but every time we see Danny he has always been there to greet us with a smile, ask us how our days was, and make sure we’re looked after. Danny has been why we go back, but tonight we met newer members of the team who were just as lovely. Coppa club is going up. Highly recommend.

Service was impeccable. Food was mediocre. What made our dining experience extremely uncomfortable was the type of people this establishment attracts. Hopefully the rest of Henley isn’t as arrogant and pompous as the people eating at the Coppa Club this evening.

Early Sunday evening supper., First time eating here, service was great, food and menu good. Reasonably priced too. Quite noisy and appears popular for families with young kids.

Very average dood quality today. Small portions and definitely not great value for money.

Visited with a friend. We got seated quickly which was great, had 2-3 waiters asking us for drinks and food which was odd but fine. Waited for 1h for food to be brought to our table. I asked one of the waiters once and my guess is the food order wasn’t sent to the kitchen when we actually ordered but rather when I asked about when it’s coming to us. This was particularly annoying because we only had a couple of hours for lunch, which is normally enough. I had to reschedule a meeting as we were delayed. Haven’t been back since. Food is fine though. Their brunch is quite tasty, I have also tried their pizza which isn’t really prepared to my standards but I suppose this isn’t an Italian restaurant.

Visited with three friends whilst staying in Henley. Excellent menu, reasonably priced and very attentive staff. Great evening had by all, would definitely eat here again if in the area.

A stylish warm and welcoming environment. A reasonably priced menu for snacks, meals and drinks too. The hot chocolate on a freezing night - excellent! I am withholding a star because in spite of present times only one staff member, serving tables, wore a face covering. I did not see the chefs, managers, other waiters or bar staff with a mask. For a moment it was wonderful to feel pre-Covid again, but then I remember we are not. Yes, it's optional, but we can choose the safer option. Let's keep our hospitality businesses going while Europe locks down again. Cover-up please - it's an even warmer welcome.
