Coombe Wood Cafe in Croydon

I love this place. Pam & the team are amazing! Always friendly and so caring. The coffee is incredible and the Japanese cheesecake is so good. The cafe is dog friendly too. The best there is!!

Attended a Jazz/rat pack event organised by Stella. This was our first time since it had changed owners. We were greeted by Adam as we arrived. Ordered our drinks and he said he would bring them over. We chose a medium signature platter. More than enough for 2 . A selection of meats and cheeses. We were impressed it came with a demi baguette . It was all delicious. Hubby had the Wimbledon beer . Which he raved about and I had several cocktails. Instead of opting from tne good selection of wines. The atmosphere was great and food delicious. The staff attentive. We will definitely be back.

I never review anywhere but found on Google maps, read reviews, came as in the area. Outside it look like it can’t possibly be good, totally unassuming, but food amazing. Saw others on way in, looked great, ours terrific. My daughter said her Kinda Bueno milkshake was heaven in a glass. Pancakes amazing

I have wanted to eat here for quite some time and found myself walking through the door on Saturday afternoon. I was greeted as an old friend and was shown to an available table at the front with my partner. We both chose a fry up option and I was able to change a few ingredients without any issues. I have eaten in a few cafes but honestly this was one of the best. Each ingredient tasted lovely and I was very happy with my selection - though I was unable to finish the plate.. I will definitely come back and try the rest of their menu.

We ordered kebab makhsoos take away for a family of 12. The food was fresh, delicious and large portions- A star quality. You've now got a happy group of regular customers.
