This is my go to restaurant if I'm craving a gourmet burger. I have tried a variety of items on their menu, which include: double chicken burger box, double beef burger box, special lamb burger, special butter chicken burger, chicken wings, lab chips, sauces, taco, doughnuts and others. Every single dish I've ordered has been absolutely delicious. The packaging they use is sustainable, wrapping the burgers in foil also ensures the food stays hot when being delivered. Food is exceptional, the accompaniments they add to the burgers compliment the flavours beautifully.

Food arrived on time but unfortunately it was tepid. Also my burger had cheese on it when I requested no cheese. This meant no dinner for me as I hate cheese. First time trying this place as it had an Ubers eats top spot medal. What a total let down. Very disappointing.

Fancied a burger, a proper burger, and smokin griddle weren't delivering so found cookin lab and decided to give it a go. Ordered a double burger, chips and a chicken taco. The sauces were really nice and the burger was great - nice fresh meat. Taco tasted good, and next time I think I'll try a chicken box. Chips were just OK. Would I use them again, yes!

Just WOW!! Booked in advance for a works Christmas outing, 13 people. Was given a table for 12, service was very polite but clearly understaffed as only one server to cover multiple tables! Another venue booked so assumed two and a half hours to cater 3 courses, with a relatively minor menu, should have been adequate!! Was informed that restaurant had a problem with their draught beer, and then proceeded to be told they had run out of lager in bottles, we had, at that point only had 1 drink each! We managed to consume a starter and a main, but never had time to order a dessert as after two and a half hours we had to move on to our pre booked next location! When consulting the 'Duty Manager' regarding the, quite frankly, dull and frustrating christmas outing, it was met with distain, rudeness and clearly undertrained dismissall! 'IT'S JUST HOW IT IS TONIGHT' being one of the comical retorts!! Poor service, in a company whos reputation is, in my opinion underserved, is unacceptable! Food was good, as has always been the case!! What are these failing companies not understanding about quality of service!!!!
