Conwy Royal British Legion in Conwy

In the past I’ve enjoyed some great events - live rugby internationals gatherings and big fun family birthday parties. However, the last three recent occasions this year I’ve been shocked at the sheer lack of any real ale! Not a single draught pump - just an offering of tasteless gassy 1970’s style John Smith’s! Sorry but won’t be returning as plenty of other pubs offering decent ale nearby.

Excellent staff and a great place to go to just to chill and have a laugh. Will defo go again. Pool tables are the best in conwy

Great local club. Sadly we found this on our last night of our stay in Conwy. The lad behind the bar was so friendly and helpful, we turned up for a game of darts and he showed us the board, it wasn't functional yet as the season hadn't started but he let us set it up so we could have a few games. Overall a great night was had, cheap drinks and we later found out it is dog friendly which we had previously read online it wasn't.

Watching the excellent RAZORBACK. Friendly staff , good prices on beers. Need to advertise all events better.

Popped here to watch forest v Arsenal. Orders a hieneken. Lady behind r took my card to pay for my beer. Turned out she charged me £15 on contactless. Be careful.

Our first visit.Me and my partner were made to feel welcomed. It looks small from the outside but surprised by the interior. Lovely, warm atmosphere, well decorated and clean. Went out of their way to get us coffees after they had run out! Friendly people Will defo visit again

Stayed in Conwy on holiday Went to the Conwy Comrades Social Club as outside they have a large sign saying all Non Members welcome. Spoke to a gentleman outside to check ok to go in for a drink He was really friendly and showed us the way in. Thats were the friendly bit ended. At the bar the lady who was ok asked were we members if not we would have to be Signed in She then asked a Gentleman by bar who I think also worked there to sign us in. He just said point blank NO. But she decided to serve us anyway. We felt very uncomfortable after this drank up and went. We are not teens but pensioners age 68 & 71 this was the only place in all of Conwy were we felt unwelcome so will never be going back here, Will go to all the other lovely friendly pubs in Conwy.

Hasn't changed much over the years but you wouldn't want it to. Regular customers are testament to the consistency.

As a member of a party of about 30 in the period before Christmas we were really made welcome, and all accommodated on a single table in the concert room which we had to ourselves. The food was well presented on a buffet and we were encouraged to take additional helpings. The limited choice of beers were well kept and cheerfully served.

Great atmosphere, friendly staff, and reasonably priced food & drink. Large screen to watch the match. Good banter, good crowd, no bother.

Good sized venue with lovely staff. Stage needs better lighting! Bar prices particularly good. Cozy and clean.

Arrived on a Tuesday morning, when the craft fair was on in the social club. Good choice of locally produced produce, but the little cafe was the star within, with great filter coffee at a highly reasonable price. Food also looked good and great value. Friendly place offering excellent value

After wandering in and out all the pubs looking to watch liverpools first game of the season I was about to return to my campsite as only places with it on were too chokka as I had my 2 daughters with me or just couldn't get a seat , when I spotted this place. Had a couple of pints and seen the game , beer was good and even had a bit of banter with a spurs fan and a manure fan ..(thanks lads) . was made welcome and would defo recommend 👍🏽👍🏽

Breakfast is amazing and some top quality real ales here too. Friendly staff and helpful to the tourists. Defiantly worth a visit
