Maybe the best cortado I’ve had yesterday morning 🤤 and I’ve just been living in Spain (el casa de cortados) for 7 years.

This was a stop on a windy, wet walk and needed some refreshments. I wanted a hot chocolate and the males of the group wanted some liquid refreshments. We asked for 2 beers and were then told that we needed to buy hot food before they could be served. This is highly unusual unless it is part of their licence. My hot chocolate was more milk than chocolate. My husband asked if there was any cold beers, as the ones they had been served were room temperature. Who knows a man who enjoys his beer warm? I don’t!!! However the fridges were full of coke, water and soft drinks but no beer. We obviously could not then return the food or warm beers for a refund. Also the price of our order for 2x hot chocolate’s, 2x beers and 2x sausage rolls was £25.00 for warm beers! Wake up and smell the bad hot chocolate.

We visited this shop whilst walking across the beaches. It's a great little shop, local business with friendly staff all serving excellent tea, coffee, ice-cream and treats. Their coffee cups are recyclable and compostable - doing a little bit to make a big difference to our environment. What's more, there's a well maintained toilet next door with an honesty box to help with the upkeep of the toilet

We spent £32 pound on 3 coffees that where the size of a flat white and 3 panini’s, me and my mother had bacon and brie which was a ciabatta with a slice of brie and 2 small pieces of bacon which where under cooked and tasteless. My sister is allergic to dairy so she asked for any vegan options so the made her a plain tomato panini and changed the same price. All round disappointed

Had a fabulous cheese and ham panini here, my friend had Brie, bacon and cranberry, nice and hot and very tasty. We also had the best mocha and cappuccino that we have had in the whole of the UK 🇬🇧 (apart from the ones I make at home!) Lovely spot just near the beach and a nice friendly welcome - would definitely go back.

We love this place. They do a great flat white and our children love the hot chocolate with cream and toasted marshmallows. There is a good choice of ice cream flavours in individual tubs. There is warm food too including pasties from Malcolm Barnecutt. The manager, Martin, is super friendly and accommodating. We will be sure to return when we are next in Cornwall.

Parking cost £5 all day and we spent most the morning afternoon there swimming and renting out the paddle board! Had a really nice time here at this beach wished we took the body boards with us and it would of been so amazing! Did some rock pooling and found some fish and baby shrimps and lobsters but put them back at the end of the day.

What a great little cafe. Very small, only a few outside picnic benches. They have a restaurant license, so can only sell alcohol with food to be consumed on the premises, but you can't go wrong with a pasty and a pint for £8. Good Barnacott pasties and a range of paninis. Some nice farm ice cream pots and decent coffee. Very friendly.

I had a lovely pasty and coffee from Constantine Beach cafe that warmed me up after a swim in the sea! The reason I have not given it 5 stars is not due to the food but the lack of recycling. It was awful to see cans, glass bottles and cardboard that could be recycled being thrown in with the general waste. Recycling needs to be a top priority for any establishment. Having dealt with councils and recycling bin collection before I understand there can be some challenges but the the environmental benefit hugely outweighs this. Please will the owners of Constantine Beach Cafe install recycling as soon as possible before the summer season hits?

Wonderful to have this facility and needs support to keep going great pasties and a beer by the beach also does prosecco. We really enjoyed our week there although it was off season. The staff are friendly and the toilets are kept spruce used by all beach goers but the charge is voluntary so no need to worry about being out of change. The beach is perfect rock pools surf sand and lifeguards. On of our favourite places.

The cakes available where being physically handled by the staff without hand sanitiser between customers, so we didn't get the brownies we initially wanted, and when I asked whether the cheese and onion pasty had sweetcorn in, they were really rude. Ended up just getting a couple of cans of coke, at which point the guy just silently pointed at the card reader, then turned his back on us, didn't say another word, even after I said thanks, just slammed down our drinks and completely dismissed us. I worked in the Cornish tourism industry, I know it's frustrating, especially in the holidays, and I never leave bad reviews, but I was genuinely shocked at how rude and incompetent the staff are.

Spent the day on the beach With a friend, we stumbled across this cafe on our way back. We were covered in sand & the kind guy working at the cafe was so kind he offered the use of his hose so we could wash ourselves and our wet suits off. We couldn’t buy anything because it had just closed, so it was such a lovely gesture for him to offer the service. He said all visitors to the beach can use his hose to wash off.
