Chips had been sitting out for some time limp warm and inedible.I would not return to this chip shop.

Cuisine which should be illegal. Caused severe stomach problems and a deep sadness after consumption. I suggest you go for the chips if you must come to this germ enclave. I also would not trust Chip-man regarding any dietary requirements info.

“what da heeeeell?” we rocked up late in the night, so naturally they decided to make up a price on the spot. Six Great British Pounds for a regular chips?! Abysmal pile of slop. Not worth it even after a heavy night! Lots of takeaways available on this road, don’t waste your money x

The food was absolutely atrocious. Cheesy chips were chips with a tiny bit of grated cheese on which was not melted at all. The pizza was hard. The kebab was dry. The deluxe mac and cheese was far from deluxe. All in all the food was inedible

Have just been robbed at this takeaway. They decided to tell me a different price to the price that was clearly listed. It was supposed to be £5.95 instead I was charged £8. He started arguing about his made up price. I will never go there again, to make it worse the food wasn't even good. False advertising, completely illegal and goes against trading standards. Save yourself the trouble and go anywhere else.

onion rings were bitter, tasted chemically, were too soft and squishy and my gums had a reaction to them that I've never had in my life before. the chicken nuggets had crumbly weird stuff inside and the jumbo sausage had been coated in salt as if all the salt in the cellar had spilled open on it. I've always accepted budget food from Concord as good enough but this was so bad and concerning I won't be ordering again. guys you are lovely but wth is going on.

the people were really lovely, we had problems with delivery and they were super nice over the phone and understanding. they also threw in some extra chips which was super sweet

First time ordering from this place I ordered a cheese margarita pizza with Donna meat and chips and chips and cheese I’m staying at a travel lodge and I said this on the order and they go to a house door and I phone up told them it’s a hotel and I order this at 12 and it didn’t show up until 2:30 this is a bad experience looks nice I probably would never order again

Got lost the driver couldn’t find me when I taught him my address and a Travelodge hotel came with my food cold and spent £21 and not even eat it I’m really disappointed in my food I’m homeless and having eaten in days

Great food and really tasty.. kept me informed right through to point of delivery.. so easy to order and great value for money

The Lombardy pizza was incredible, just what we needed after our long journey home. Gino is a lovely owner and has some good tales to tell.

Fish wasn’t nice, it wasn’t very warm. The chips were warmer, they were nice, but there seemed to be a lot of small crispy ones! (Inedible) spring rolls were solid at each end, but the middle was fine, but overall it was a disappointment!!! I’m bothered about this cause iv previously not had any problems there quality was so much better than this time…..not sure how I feel about this. I did order later n waited over an 1hr on delivery! If you’s want customers you’ll need to improve. Sorryguys

Chip shops are expensive these days so it's nice to find one where the food is actually good. The Concorde is one such. Staff are friendly considering the time that I came in. Would come here again.

The airfield is about 20 miles outside Edinburgh. I went by two buses so it took over an hour to get there. I love seeing inside Concorde and how the rich flew fast over the Atlantic.. More old planes to view. Cafe on site reasonable price for hot food and drinks.

I used to live next to Concorde when I went to Uni. I haven’t been back in 5 years, but after a long day exploring the city, there was only one place I wanted to go. When I walked in, Oliver remembered me right away and greeted me like an old friend (I guess I did pop in often as a student). The pizza is even better than I remembered and the service is top notch. You’ll not find more friendly staff. Everyone here is always lovely- it’s absolutely a place I return to whenever I am visiting Scotland from the US.

Deluxe Mac n Chrese was watery. very disappointed 😞

chips were cold. pizzas were cold & was thick hard & burnt underneath. tomato base tasted very off we didn't ask for lumps of mozzarella cheese these weren't very nice was like chewing rubber.. I'll never order again

Kept getting pestered about "where I was from" questions. Ordered a kebab and the wait was glacial. Really awkward as I was the only punter in that evening. Took ages, finally got served and it was tasteless - ended up putting it in the bin not long after. I HATE wasting food but it was just gross. AVOID.

First time just moved to area! Just a bit late but not to much, wrappers n bag soaking as raining, bags just burst when l picked up…….that’s my only negative, as the food was brilliant, hot and cooked to perfection. I had fish which I really enjoyed would defo use Concorde again. Hubby devoured the chicken said nicest he’s had for long time. Chips also very nice, thank you! Oh the free focaccia was like a biscuit n cold time we ate meal, so no thanks to that…….no complaints about the main meals!

Absolute bandits. Pushed the delivery back 3 times so it took 1 hour 45 mins. Bag handed over with a big hole in it with my bottle of fanta hanging outside of it and a lot of dampness around the areas, as if something has leaked. White pudding is rock hard, chips and kebab are cold despite the delivery being less than 10 mins drive.

Scampi and chips were delicious. Focaccia was tasty too. Food was hot when it arrived. Delivery guy was polite and pleasant.

Accept the order, wait an hour until everywhere else in the city is closed, and then cancel.

Driver didn't have a clue where he was going and stopped for five minutes twice two streets away in the wrong direction and then phoned for directions and even walked across the when he got to the gate resulting in very cold food wrapped in paper in a brown paper bag no warm bag

Came here for some quick chips with cheese after work. Absolutely delighted. I was greeted by some nice, chill music in the background and the staff were really nice to me. You gotta appreciate them after a long day

Food was horrible taste to fishy and wasn't cooked

The last two visits were dreadful. The pizza I ordered was missing two essential ingredients. The next pizza-made by the owners son-the toppings slid of the pizza. The place has fallen badly, it's fate is sealed.

My daughter went in today for a 'large portion of chips' to be charged £3.85 for which was no more than a handful of chips. Being a chef myself I find this absolutely shocking that a business took advantage of a child getting chips. Unbelievable and will not be back

Unfortunately, a very poor fish supper. Saturday night, centre of town. You’d think the fish would be fresh, but it tasted like it had been sat for hours. Also had to wait for “fresh” chips which could have fooled me. Disappointing on all accounts.

Delivery was 1 hour 40 mins and pizza not great - won’t order again

HAIRY CHIPS. Seems like two day old food! Avoid at all cost! Spent 20 pounds for family tea and threw the lot away! Seemed friendly now we know why!

We looked for a nice place to eat after 11pm. We found Concorde and it was such a nice experience. Love the staff and the food. Everything in all a very nice place. Would recommend to everyone.

Lovely staff but they didn't do munchy boxes so the guy made 1 up now this was for 1 adult 2 kids bit disappointed I was charged 17 pound!

I waited well over an hour I sent 3 messages asking where my order was ,then it eventually came at five minutes to midnight it should have been delivered about 10 but that was bad enough ,but £11etc has been charged twice so a rubbish meal and delivery of a steak pie supper has cost me nearly £25 I am 73 disabled pensioner ,please cancel this two with drawal from my bank account .

Charged me more money because I was drunk, lucky not drunk enough for their exploitation. Will never use them again and as advise you don’t.

My meal for s never delivered to me . The delivery man went away without delivering the order but complained over the phone when I told him I was on my way to pick up the food that it was too cold outside and left. I never saw him or the food when I tried to contact him he blocked my number I never got the food

I never review places normally. But I had to do it for Concorde, because every time I go in there, the two guys serving are the absolute nicest people. We are lucky to have them in Edinburgh. The food is always delicious and exactly what’s needed after work. Amazing service - thank you!

Food was ok, but ordered 5.30pm and was eventually delivered 7.10pm

We didn't receive the food we ordered and what we received was both overcooked and luke warm. Tried to call the restaurant, number on just eat didn't work and number on Google goes to full answer phone. Never again!

Food was horrid chips were really old and stale yet also covered in grease. A chippy which doesn't offer 'salt n sauce'... why? Picked sauce and it was like the thing was on ration. The sausages were ok but nothing to eat them with. Food came a bit late. Wouldn't care but the driver left my food at the bottom of my stairwell on the floor with no attempt of delivery. There is no means to get in touch with the driver which is a flaw with JustEat and not the food or driver. Had a very bad service before with just eat where they failed to find a driver and made no attempt of notifying me for over an hour. Total waste of time and annoyed with this service. Especially customer service which is non existant unless you find an automated window following a delivery like this. Company making and saving a fortune since there is no way for people to get in touch about certain things via the website. Would not be acceptable in a restauraunt.

Fish & Smoked Sausage Suppers arrived swimming in oil with a mixture of raw chips & old rock hard ones. Absolutely inedabile. Portion of curry sauce was water like with zero taste. Thankfully the tub was 1/4 full less to pour down the sink. Tried calling the shop got no answer. With their answering machine full. Really disappointing as when I worked at Concorde Gino had extremely high standards. I will be calling again tomorrow as we are furious, out of pocket & still hungry.

Just had a single fish lovely staff and fish beautifully cooked. I only usually have fish on its own as I can only ever eat 6 chips and what a surprise when I opened it. 6 chips. I didn't tell them they must be psychic 🥰❤️😊

Delivery driver was nice and on time but chips and hamburger aren’t very nice. Only one hamburger with a hamburger supper too, for same price as any other chippy that always done two.

Never received my order at all!

My fish was in thick batter which had gone half cold. Tough grey fish. The chips were not fresh, they were dried out. Since the change of owner this fish and chip shop is rapidly going down hill. I can’t go on spending the money for a poor product...it just doesn’t work that way!
