Came upon this little gem last Saturday could not recommend this place enough the welcome was warm and friendly the food was freshly cooked and of a high quality and served on warm plates the home made puddings/cakes which you can take out were second to none I cannot recommend this cafe enough the best breakfast I have eaten out Wayne of Hessle

I called in on Saturday morning on the off chance to have some breakfast, having not been here before. I received a nice warm welcome and was shown to an immaculately clean table. There was an excellent selection on the menu. I ended up just going for it and having the Full English Breakfast for £9.95, which was a real plateful and inclusive tea and toast. I considered it very good value for money. It was a very filling and absolutely delicious breakfast, which, even when I felt pretty full, I still ploughed through because it was so nicely cooked with good quality ingredients. Top marks from me. I certainly won’t hesitate to eat there again!

Been a few times now and the food never fails to be excellent, the staff are friendly and efficient, nice cuppa and always freshly cooked food, I can highly recommend the small breakfast which is my usual order. 😁

Called in for a coffee but ended up staying for lunch as the food looked so nice.We were not disappointed as the cheese omelette and the homemade cheese and tomato quiche were both excellent and served with nice chips and salad.There was a nice selection of cakes on display but we both decided on the homemade apple and raspberry crumble with custard and it was delicious.All the staff were very friendly and the service was very good.

Wish we'd found this place before great food and atmosphere service was spot on and accommodating, cakes looked lovely and good selection on the menu including specials. Will definitely be visiting again as we're often in Brigg

Fabulous little cafe. Their quiches are the best I've ever tasted and proper home cooked chips too. They always have a specials board on top of a great selection from the menu. If you're too full from your lunch, you can choose from a lovely range of cakes and pudding to take home 😊

I only came across this review page by chance because I forgot to pick up the phone number of the cafe from the waitress on Friday, that would then allow us to book in advance as they are often full up because of the excellent reputation they have achieved.

We went for breakfast but I can't say I enjoyed it much. The veggie breakfast was very bland, the sausages were especially tasteless and I wished I had chosen something different. The cakes on display looked amazing so perhaps better for afternoon tea. Be aware this is a dog friendly cafe and there were three dogs there while we were in which may put some people off.

Stumbled across the café and glad we did. Fantastic home cooked food. Haven't seen sausage pie on a menu for years and it was delicious. Bread and butter pudding and caramel apple crumble pie was perfect with custard.

We always enjoy our trip to Louise's cafe.Excellent food, plenty of choice and very reasonable prices. Definitely worth a visit.

Well worth a visit all homemade food cakes are amazing

Good selection of different meals, all staff friendly & helpful. Dog friendly, owner even has treats for well behaved dogs. Very pleasant atmosphere all round. often go for breakfast after gym, poached eggs are done to perfection. Cooked breakfast has a choice of how you want your eggs cooking & choice of Lincolnshire or pork sausage. Nothing is too much for them.

Fabulous cafe! With so many options or big brands it's nice to support a local business and it doesn't cost the earth. During a visit to see family we stopped for refreshments and a scooby snack... elevenses! There's a choice to sit either inside or outside at the tables, you can grab a quick bite to eat or a proper meal whether for breakfast or lunch. We seated ourselves and ordered straight away, choosing quickly from the great value menu. We went up to the til to order with the friendly ladies and were only waiting a short while before the cans, milshakes and latte came over, shortly followed by our beautiful fresh scones.

Always pop in for a coffee to take on our walk. Take grandkids they love it.

This little cafe serves really nice food, it's clean and the staff are friendly.

Just visited the dog friendly cafe. We had a slice of delicious lemon merangue pie and a scrumpy slice of bakewell tart. The girls were lovely and even treated our pooches to a tasty treat.

What can I say, great service yet again, the food is lovely, Thai fish cakes and shepherds pie. Thank you again. Reasonably priced and good size tasty portions. If you have a big appetite there is always a great selection of sweets and cake

Lovely homemade food done fresh with pleasant service.

Very nice food at a very good price. And all home made produce. With extremely friendly staff. I wasn’t sure how appropriate it would be for a business lunch, but it worked extremely well. It’s tucked away, and not well known in the area. But really well worth a visit. We’ll be back.

We have been for a meal at the college café and we can't fault it. We will definitely be going back. The food was spot on, and the staff was helpful and very friendly.

Had lovely homemade quiche, pannini was£4 not £6 as in some other places. Coffee comes with complimentary shortcake. Place is welcoming and clean, most items homemade.

Visited for the first time yesterday as we are moving back to the area. Very good indeed. All day breakfast served with Lincolnshire sausage not cheap sausage. Great homemade cakes/slices. Will be visiting again.

Clean with good food friendly staff

We have visited this cafe on a number of occasions and it is usually very good but today we ordered a breakfast, toast and drinks. The usually excellent sausage tasted sour. I quietly told the pleasant staff who took the breakfast back to the kitchen. I over heard the person in charge say, there is nothing wrong with them, I have done 20 breakfasts today. The breakfast was returned to us, without further comment, I had already paid so some of the breakfast was eaten and we left. Very poor customer service. Will not bother to waste my money there again.

While shopping in Brigg.We called for a spot of lunch. As usual we had a lovely meal. All homemade. I had the Millionaires trifle for dessert. It was absolutely to die for. Would definitely recommend.

We had a lovely meal today at this cafe. We knew the food would be good, as we had visited the Willows. Lovely clean and bright inside. Was impressed that the lady on the door was checking everyone that came in temperature. Plenty of hand gel on the tables.Service was excellent, friendly and helpful staff. We would definitely recommend to anyone. Also they do take away food, and the cakes looked lovely. Well done lady's we wish you all the success on your new venture.

Under new management as of this week and making a superb first impression on us! Excellent cottage pie, fresh sweet tasting vegetables, yummy gravy and perfect chips! We ordered the food as takeaway and it was ready piping hot in excellent containers. We ate this feast in the car. We will be seeing you again soon! Thanks ever so much. Fiona

Cafe serves quite a varied menu with the addition of a daily specials board. Food very good and service quick and efficient. Easy access for wheelchairs and prams.

We pop in today for some cake and somthing to drink, the cake was really nice and moist and then i spotted the home made scotch eggs which i tried all i can say is AMAZING it was seasoned to perfection it came with an homemade onion chutney which complmemented the scotch egg, i would recomend this amazing little cafe, the staff was fantastic and chatty all in all 10/10
