Visited for a family meal whilst staying at the Radisson. Food was good and the service too. Only one criticism, we could hardly read the menu. The font was far too small and the colour and print was faded. Actually had to get my phone out and use the camera zoom to read it!

Staying overnight before a flight. Never a problem getting a table. Not cheap for what it is but service from Dorota was excellent. She was very attentive and prompt with orders. Very enjoyable start to our holiday.

I suppose we were expecting a lot for the high prices but I think it failed on the night we went. It was chaos trying to get our table even though we had booked. We booked for 7.15 and we got our meal at 8.20. Bearing in mind that most of the dishes were around the £20 mark and £10 to £12 for a 250ml glass of wine we expected better. The food wasn’t particularly hot. I think the key is that whilst they seemed to have a regimented system in taking orders and serving there was nobody just to check on tables that everything was ok. That would have been the key. Just glad we didn’t have any of the steaks which I couldn’t afford!! They only had limited menu choice. They do add 10% service charge although you can get 10% off if you sign up for Radisson reward card on your phone. Must have just been a bad night looking at the positive reviews

We didn’t have particularly high expectations for a meal in an airport hotel, but it was fantastic! Really helpful and friendly staff, especially Syeed, and absolutely perfect food. Unusual dishes for us to try out and all cooked beautifully. Great cocktails too. Perfect start to our holiday 🩷

Staff are wonderful and very professional. The food was very disappointing it certainly didn't go hand in hand with the service. Poor quality, undercooked and stale.

Ate here in the 26th June about 9oclock in the evening, staff where excellent and could not be more helpful. Food on the other hand was overpriced , of poor quality ( we had steak) hassle back potatoes cold , sauces in our opinion from a packet. Ribeye £35 square steak ( still not sure what cut) £45 not including sides . We did not complain as didn’t feel anything could be done to resolve the situation. To Seamus hotels in The Radisson have a captive audience , such a shame as hotel is in an excellent location

Have visited previously and it has changed Staff very good and welcoming, did not wait too long for a table. The menu is more limited than it used to be. The food was good but not exceptional as it has been in the past. Very convenient if staying here for travelling. Price as expected for a hotel with a relevantly captive market but not abusing this position Still enjoyable experience and would arrange to dine again next time I am travelling from here

Superb restaurant in the Radisson blu Hotel. A special mention to the staff. Total professional team who know their jobs inside out. Nothing I’ve seen recently compares to their standards. Made our stay an enjoyable one with great food served with a smile.

We were late and tired. The service was pleasant and helpful in the hotel check in and we went to the restaurant for a meal. The food was served after a short period of time. The waiter, Laurencno was superb. Attentive without being obvious, very keen to ensure we were happy with the food and service and creative and knowledgeable in his suggestions. A wonderful evening and made better by the quality of service. Great food we take for granted and that’s what we got. We are back agin in 9 days!

So after visiting on 5th September and having very slow service and having to send food back to the kitchen I was a bit worried about trying it again. Hubby and I were off to Orlando so stayed at the Radisson Blu the night before and ate in the restaurant. It was really nice, much improved from September. I had the prawn linguini, hubby had fish and chips and we also had cheesy garlic bread! Lovely.

We stayed a night at Radisson Blu for a flight next day. There weren’t many choices for a reasonably comfortable meal and we settled on Collage. The restaurant is modernly decorated with an easy chic ambiance. Service is top notch and pleasant. As we were not hungry, we shared a main and a dessert and wine. We had a 450 club steak ( came with a bone marrow) with a side order of potato chips. This was quite good and we were happy with it. For dessert, we ordered dark chocolate deluxe which was a generous serving. I think pricing is not overly high - ok for a 4 -star airport hotel.

Fantastic service from lovely staff. It amazes me how the staff in this restaurant are more polite and efficient than in many city centre high end eateries.

For an airport hotel restaurant, surprisingly good ambiance coupled with exceptionally good service. Meila (front of house) especially good. Prices average for airport and compare favourably with high street. At dinner, burger was well cooked and fries crisp. Unusual kale slaw failed to hit the mark. The BBQ ribs were a little underwhelming and could have done with a longer cook. For breakfast, one of the best cold buffets i've had at a hotel with lovely warm pastries. Unfortunately, the hot buffet was a real let down - cold sausage, cool mushrooms and bacon that looked like it had seen the grill and run away - topped by soggy hash browns. Will eat there again but will stick to cold buffet !

An early flight so a night in the Radisson Blu with dinner at Collage. A superb window table, friendly and attentive staff and a sensational filet steak and pork cutlet. So good I forgot to take the photos until we’d finished. Not cheap, but really good quality never is !

We chose the Thai curry from the early bird menu, two courses for £20pp. It was the best curry we’ve had in years. My wife’s crème brûlée didn’t have the toasted top but my sticky toffee was great. Service from Gelcy was excellent.

Trying to, by telephone, reserve a table in the hotel’s restaurant for my forthcoming stay. The manager’s response clearly overstepped the line between assertiveness and rudeness considerably. Here the quality of customer service clearly does not match the hotel’s global reputation.About to cancel my booking and shall not return in future.

Been here several times and had great meals as a vegetarian. This was my first visit as a vegan. The menu is not well coded and there are no vegan options on the menu. I asked the staff what vegan options they had and the only option was the veggie burger. I asked if the hummus was vegan and I was told this was.Both courses were nice and the service was really attentive. I feelThere could have been more imaginative in the vegan choices and definitely think you need to re code your menu. There were no vegan desserts but I was told they could do a fruit salad.

Collage provides a bit more of a restaurant experience compared to the bar. And it does it well. Prompt service and well cooked food from a nicely judged middle of the range menu. Something for everyone. Because it is an airport hotel restaurant expect to find prices a little more than you might find a couple of miles away but the small premium is worth it for the convenience. It is not the place I would recommend for that special anniversary but it is a very solid, well executed and run restaurant to give your holiday or business trip the good start the evening before it deserves. If you are staying in the hotel, would recommend here for a more comfortable eating experience compared with the bar a nd a wider range of menu.

Popped in the night before our flight to Mexico, the lamb rump was beyond expectations. Prices were very reasonable for an on airport hotel and given the quality of the food I thought it was well worth it.

Food was tasty! Staff forgot to put our order through so brought oil bread and olives however i hate them-boke lol When our order came it was lovely and piping hot. Firstly the staff were lovely, polite and professional, there just wasn't enough of them. We waited quite a bit between being seated, getting the menu then getting to give our order and the wait for the actual food.

After a snack in the lounge earlier, I didn’t expect much here. But we were pleasantly surprised with service and the meal. Moderate priced considering it’s a hotel....we have you captive...expectation. Very tasty and well prepared this wound up a good choice and was convenient for our needs. This is a convenience hotel, and this being decent was happily a bonus.

it seems really odd that the hotel goes not feature this restaurant on their website. It is almost as if they are ashamed of it. I guess they have a captive audience. The prices were high - starters eg pate £8 mains eg burger/fish and chips £18 bottled beer 330ml eg meantime £5.30. We spent nearly £100 for 2 of us. It's worth signing up for the Radisson rewards on their website as you get a 5% discount. It took nearly an hour to get served. The staff were attentive enough just not enough of them. For the prices charged one would expect more staff.

As always - excellent food and staff. Only side comment I would make is in relation to the 'Cumberland sausage' (being as how I hail from Cumbria) texture fine, but flavour lacking. Not a complaint by any means, just a pointer.

When you stay at the Radisson, you can’t help but feel somewhat forced to eat at Collage, unfortunately. First off, service. The team that run this place haven’t got much of a clue at all. Very polite and friendly, but they just don’t know what they’re doing. Shambolic springs to mind! We were waited on by multiple waiters, no “zones” at all. The dessert menu took 20mins to not arrive. The table took 15mins to be shown to and literally not a word from them while we waited.

We went to dinner here before our trip home as it was convenient. We each had a pint of lager and the salad with the chicken breast. Both of us enjoyed the salads very much. Large chicken breast! The service was good. I thought the prices were a bit high, but expected that st an airport hotel.

Service Swift and friendly. I ordered cod which appeared suspiciously quickly. It was overcooked and I suspect from frozen. Very slimy. No one asked how my meal was. Avoid if possible.

Went for tea before staying at the Radisson for a flight. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Sat us down straight away, always asking if there was anything else we needed. The food was average..... given the price I was expecting more. I ordered a burger - it was slightly over cooked and was more like processed meat. Other meal we ordered was a lamb shank cottage pie - plenty of meat but minimal veg, but was tasty. Our dessert was very delayed, it seems the order hadn’t gone through to the kitchen but our waitress came and explained and was very apologetic. A big shout out to our waitress - Lauren J !!!!! She always had a smile on her face and even gave us some recommendations - she is fantastic!!!!!! :D.

I had the pleasure of eating at Collage while staying at Radisson Blu. Fiony was my server and was a real treat! He was very engaging and made my dining experience fantastic! Food was great and service was even better!

This restaurant has changed since my last visit; gone is the ‘dark and cramped bar area that led to the restaurant itself. I also suspect that the name has changed from the original.

Nice place, with a fantastic view of runway. Menu a bit limited, could do more for vegetarians but overall not too bad. The batter on the fish a bit heavy, but very tasty. Probably the quickest service we have ever had in a hotel, meals arrived almost immediately and presented very nicely. The music playing in the background was a bit weird, something more relaxing required. Highly recommend the Sticky Toffee pudding, a sheer delight, also the cheese and biscuits went down well. A little pricey, but to be expected. Overall very happy with the friendly service, and would eat here again.

Good choice of food on the recently updated dinner menu. The Lamb Shank Shepherd's Pie is to die for, full of meat. . Breakfast is also excellent with s great deal of choice. Excellent restaurant with very friendly staff.

Staying overnight before my flight at the Radisson hotel, I found that the choice is somewhat limited for nearby eateries and having read the reviews I thought it might be a risk, but I was pleasantly surprised and had an excellent meal.

We dined in this restaurant whilst staying in the Radisson Hotel. Very pleasant interior, staff were certainly customer focused. Our waitress Sabina was excellent. We both had fish & chips for dinner. The fish was lovely and moist, but overdone with batter.

Enjoyed the food here. Had the Barnsley Lamb Chop with Coriander Rice. Very tasty. Good views of the airport from where we were sitting. My brother enjoyed the Shepherds Pie. Certainly a cut above many airport hotel restaurants. Will eat here again.

Me and my partner went here last night and wow just wow. The food was amazing. The staff were phenomenal and a special mention to the lovely lady who looked after us. Her service and attention to the hospitality was second to none. Agnieska was her name, I would like her to receive this special mention as she deserves every success in what she does ❤️

We always stay @ the Radisson when we travel further a field. We go for a beer, prosecco then into the Collage for a meal. We have never been disappointed. Excellent service, excellent food.

We visited Collage having been before in May 2018 where we had a great steak dinner before an early flight the next day. What a disappointment this time... Firstly the menu had changed so we could no longer order a fillet steak (gutted). The choice of interesting starters had also diminished somewhat. As a gamble we both ordered sirloin steaks and they were both really disappointing. There were issues with both our steaks, but my steak was so fatty and difficult to chew that I had to take quite a lot of it (half-chewed) out of my mouth and put it back in my plate in a pile (yuk)! The service was good and when I complained about my steak they took it off the bill when they saw the pile of half chewed meat. Honestly though, I don't know what's happened to this place. It used to be really good. The final blow came when we both struggled to digest our steaks over the next two days (enough said). The quality of the meat seemed to be very poor in our opinion. It's a shame, but we won't be going back.

We were staying in hotel that bar is based in, we've visited a few times and felt on this occasion prices had increased from previous visits. We did enjoy the relaxed atmosphere and the bar manager was excellent.
